The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the traditional fairy tales based program on the improvement of preschoolers level of distributive justice reasoning. The program was developed on the six Korean fairy tales which deal with the sharing problem among the friends and the families. The subjects were seventy-six, 4- and 5-year-old children selected from two kindergartens in Seoul and Ichon. Solomon 4-group experimental design was used. Each children were assigned for 2 experimental groups and for 2 control groups. Before the intervention, the subjects in experimental group 1 and control group 1 were interviewed individually with story dilemmas for their distributive justice reasoning. For eight-week period, the program based on six Korean traditional fairy tales were used as an intervention. After the intervention, all the subjects were interviewed individually with another story dilemmas. The data were analyzed in SPSS Win 10.0 program, by frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and independent t-test. As a result, the children in experimental groups had higher level of distributive justice reasoning than those in control groups. That is, program based on the traditional fairy tales gave positive effect on preschoolers distributive justice reasoning.

Firstly, this study has analyzed the following factors affecting the optimum specifications and design of distributive transformers: 1. Facilities installation cost per unit power output. 2. Facilities operating & maintenance cost per unit power output. 3. Production cost per unit power output. 4. Load factor. 5. Loss factor. Secondly, it has clarified the relations between the following factors and the specifications and design of distributive transformers; 1. No-load loss., 2. Load loss., 3. Voltage regulation., 4. Exciting current. Finally, it has determined the method of the most economic design for the transformers using the above factors and relations, and, for optimum the illustrative purpose, suggested their optimum specifications, way of evaluation, and merits by means of typical example.

Let R be a ring with identity. If a, b, $c{\in}R$ such that a+b+c = 1, then the distributive laws from addition over multiplication hold in R, that is a+(bc) = (a+b)(a+c) when ab = ba, and (ab)+c = (a+c)(b+c) when ac = ca. An application to obtains, if A,B are idempotent matrices and AB = BA = 0 then there exists an idempotent matrix C such that A + BC = (A + B)(A + C), and also A + BC = (I - C)(I - B). Some other cases and applications are also presented.

In this paper the concept of e-fuzzy filters is introduced in a Stone Almost Distributive Lattice. Several properties are derived on e-fuzzy filters with the help of maximal fuzzy filters. It is proved that the set of all e-fuzzy filters forms a complete distributive lattice.

Characterizations of closed subgroups in abelian groups have been generalized to modules in essentially dierent ways; they are in general inequivalent. Here we consider the relations between these generalizations over commutative rings, and we characterize the commutative rings over which they coincide. These are exactly the commutative noetherian distributive rings. We also give a characterization of c-injective modules over commutative noetherian distributive rings. For a noetherian distributive ring R, we prove that, (1) direct product of simple R-modules is c-injective; (2) an R-module D is c-injective if and only if it is isomorphic to a direct summand of a direct product of simple R-modules and injective R-modules.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health among hospital nurses. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 267 nurses from 3 general hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires and analyzed hierarchical multiple regression. Result: The distributive and procedural justices had effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but no effects on health. The procedural justice had more effects on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment than distributive justice. There was no moderating effect of distributive and procedural justices on nurses' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and health. Conclusions: It is important for hospitals to be established fair reward systems which should focus on both outcomes and processes in order to evaluate nurses' rewards. It is suggested that new moderators like personality or organizational structure should be considered for future research.

We introduce a notion of ternary distributive algebraic structure, give examples, and relate it to the notion of a quandle. Classification is given for low order structures of this type. Constructions of such structures from 3-Lie algebras are provided. We also describe ternary distributive algebraic structures coming from groups and give examples from vector spaces whose bases are elements of a finite ternary distributive set. We introduce a cohomology theory that is analogous to Hochschild cohomology and relate it to a formal deformation theory of these structures.

A simple but elegant result of Rival states that every sublattice L of a finite distributive lattice 𝒫 can be constructed from 𝒫 by removing a particular family 𝒥_L of its irreducible intervals. Applying this in the case that 𝒫 is a product of a finite set 𝒞 of chains, we get a one-to-one correspondence L ↦ 𝒟_𝒫(L) between the sublattices of 𝒫 and the preorders spanned by a canonical sublattice 𝒞^⋄ of 𝒫. We then show that L is a tight sublattice of the product of chains 𝒫 if and only if 𝒟_𝒫(L) is asymmetric. This yields a one-to-one correspondence between the tight sublattices of 𝒫 and the posets spanned by its poset J(𝒫) of non-zero join-irreducible elements. With this we recover and extend, among other classical results, the correspondence derived from results of Birkhoff and Dilworth, between the tight embeddings of a finite distributive lattice L into products of chains, and the chain decompositions of its poset J(L) of non-zero join-irreducible elements.

In this paper, we studied on 𝛽-fuzzy filters of Stone almost distributive lattices. An isomorphism between the lattice of 𝛽-fuzzy filters of a Stone ADL A onto the lattice of fuzzy ideals of the set of all boosters of A is established. The fact that any 𝛽-fuzzy filter of A is an e-fuzzy filter of A is proved. We discuss on some properties of prime 𝛽-fuzzy filters and some topological concepts on the collection of prime 𝛽-fuzzy filters of a Stone ADL. Further we show that the collection 𝓣 = {X^𝛽(λ) : λ is a fuzzy ideal of A} is a topology on 𝓕Spec_𝛽(A) where X^𝛽(λ) = {𝜇 ∈ 𝓕Spec_𝛽(A) : λ ⊈ 𝜇}.
