The mixing process with carbon black is important in the rubber industries. However, it is difficult to characterize the mixing mechanism of the carbon black. The mixing mechanism(distributive mixing and dispersive mixing) was discribed in this paper. The effect of fill factor on the mixing of the carbon black was studied. The dispersive mixing ability increases with increasing fill factor. However, the distributive mixing ability decreases with increasing fill factor. The effect of the carbon black content on the rheological property of the material was studied in this paper. The viscosity of the material increases with increasing the carbon black content. However, the elasticity of the matarial decreases with the carbon black content.

This paper reviewed the relationship between perceived justice and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in the franchise system of food service business. Based on the responses from 135 franchisees, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that distributive and procedural justice have positive relationships with almost service quality factors. The results of moderating analysis showed that male franchisees have more positive relationships with almost service quality factors than female franchisee while in distributive justice, and that female franchisees have more positive relationships with almost service quality factors than male franchisee while in procedural justice.

The present study was designed to assess the effect of relationship on children's distributive justice reasoning. 259 kindergarten, second-grade, and fifth-grade children were asked to allocate 9,000 Won to 3 characters under three different relationship conditions (strangers, peers, and siblings), provide rationales for those allocations, and rate the fairness of 4 different patterns of allocation. Older children were sensitive to relationship information such as allocation of more money to productive rather than to needy or older strangers, more to needy friends than to productive or older friends, and more to older than to a productive sibling. However, young children relied on only one principle, equality, across the relationship conditions. Kindergartners viewed allocations based on age entitlement as fairer than older children did, whereas both groups of older children rewarded individuals based on equality in stranger, equality and need in peer, and equality and equity in sibling relationships.

In the present paper we introduce and study L-pre-$T_0$-, L-pre-$T_1$-, L-pre-$T_2$ (L-pre-Hausdorff)-, L-pre-$T_3$ (L-pre-regularity)-, L-pre-$T_4$ (L-pre-normality)-, L-pre-strong-$T_3$-, L-pre-strong-$T_4$-, L-pre-$R_0$-, L-pre-$R_1$-separation axioms in (2, L)-topologies where L is a complete residuated lattice.Sometimes we need more conditions on L such as the completely distributive law or that the "$\bigwedge$" is distributive over arbitrary joins or the double negation law as we illustrate through this paper. As applications of our work the corresponding results(see[1,2]) are generalized and new consequences are obtained.

This study investigates the relationship among Appraisal outcome Satisfaction. Perceived Organization Support and Perceived Appraisal Justice. Several important findings emerge from this research. First. both distributive and procedural justice have a significant power in accounting for Perceived Organization Support. Second, it is evidenced that perceiving justice has a positive relationship with perceived organization support. Third, appraisal outcome satisfaction was higher, the level of distributive, procedural. interactional justice and perceived organization support were high. Future study. therefore. have to concentrate on the survey of casual relations among each concept in the framework of a longitudinal study. And to apply the results of this study to practical management, it is suggested that replicate research on various populations and through various experiments should be mand in the future.

Considering the above points, this study has been conducted to find out the effects brought by perceived organizational justice towards organizational citizenship behavior, with focus on multi-dimension and multi-class nature of trust. With this objective, I researched the following. First, which type gives larger effect to organizational citizenship behavior, the type of distributive justice (that is lower dimension of organizational justice) or that of procedural justice. Second, what effects are given to the 5 types of trust, by distributive justice and procedural justice. Also, what effects are given to organizational citizenship behavior by the 5 types of trust. Third, which type of justice gives larger effect to organizational citizenship behavior when trust is served as a medium. Fourth, which items should be dealt in priority to lead members of organization towards a desirable direction. The research for this purpose was conducted on the basis of comprehensive analysis of variable including. socio-population variable.

This study investigates that the relationship of performance appraisal justice and employee's job satisfaction and whether appraisal outcome perception can significantly take the moderate role on this relationship. We conduct empirical study with one dimension of distributive justice and 5 dimensions of procedural justice; appraisal system, participation of employee, feedback, knowledge of rater, and appraisal standard. The result shows that distributive and procedural justice significantly explain employees' job satisfaction. The result, also, shows that moderate role of appraisal outcome perception is significant. This means if the employee who regards appraisal outcome as high perceive appraisal justice, she/he will experience more job satisfaction than the employee who regards appraisal outcome as low.
