In this study, service quality attributes of uTradeHub were classified based on the Kano model, and quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub were investigated using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient(CSC) and average satisfaction coefficient(ASC). The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of classifying service quality attributes based on Kano model, 12 one dimensional qualities, 5 must-be qualities, 2 indifferent qualities were deducted, and many quality attributes of uTradeHub service were confirmed to be one dimensional quality to which is needed to be paid attention and paid more detailed attention to enhance service quality. Second, in the analysis result using Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "efficiency of business processing" were ranked in the top of satisfaction coefficient, and they found to be quality attributes that customer satisfaction increases when service quality was satisfied. While, "post processing for problems and complaints", "interaction", "ability to respond promptly when problems occur" were ranked in the top of unsatisfaction coefficient, and they were analysed to be quality attributes that customer complaints increase when service quality was unsatisfied. Third, in the result of analyzing the quality attributes that should be managed in priority to improve the service quality of uTradeHub based on the average satisfaction coefficient(ASC), "post processing for problems and complaints", "cost reduction", "useful information" were ranked in the top 3, and they were classified as quality attributes that the satisfaction level increases more when they are improved than now, but the satisfaction level decreases when they are worsen.
Objectives : To assess the characteristics of electropyography(EMG) and heart rate variability(HRV) values in idiopathic facial palsy inpatients of different Sasang constitutions. Methods : Medical records of 103 idiopathic facial palsy inpatients who underwent facial EMG testing and HRV testing were retrospectively reviewed. All subjects had been consulted to the department of Sasang constitution for constitution differentiation. The Sasang constitutional and age distribution were initially analyzed, and axonal loss percentage values on EMG were correlated with Sasang constitution and sex. HRV results were also correlated with Sasang constitution and sex. Results : 1. 24.4 percent of idiopathic facial palsy inpatients were of the Soyang constitution, 52.4 percent were of the Taeum, and 23.3 percent were of the Soeum. Patients in their fifties were most common in all constitutions(27.8%). 2. Mean axonal loss values for the temporal, zygomatic, and buccal branches were all statistically significantly lower in the Taeum constitution compared with Soyang or Soeum(p<0.05). 3. Mean axonal loss values for the temporal, zygomatic, and buccal branches were all statistically significantly lower in men than women(p<0.05). 4. The mean LF/HF ratio was significantly lower in idiopathic facial palsy inpatients of the Soeum constitution compared with Soyang and Taeum(p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in mean MHRT, SDNN, TP, VLF, LF, and HF of different constitutions. 5. The mean SDNN was significantly lower in women inpatients compared with men(p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in mean MHRT, TP, VLF, LF, HF, and LF/HF ratio. Conclusions : The Sasang constitutional composition of idiopathic facial palsy inpatients closely adheres to the composition proposed in Dong-eui-su-se-bo-won, but the Taeum and Soeum proportion is slightly larger and the Soyang proportion slightly smaller. Axonal loss value on EMG was significantly lower in the Taeum constitution, and in men(p<0.05, <0.05). Mean LF/HF ratio was significantly lower in the Soeum constitution compared with Soyang and Taeum(p<0.05), and mean SDNN was significantly lower in women(p<0.05).
The aim of this study was to evaluate treatment plan and treatment procedure such as bone graft material, timing of bone graft and orthodontic treatment in 31 alveolar cleft bone graft patients treated at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Chonnam University Hospital from Jan. 1992 to Dec. 1996. Results obtained were as follows : In total 31 patients of alveolar bone grafts, males(64.5%) were more than females(35.5%). The patients' age ranged between 2 - 33 years of age. Secondary bone grafting was the highest incidence(58.1%) when procedures were undertaken in patients between 6 - 16 years of age. In distribution of cleft side, unilateral clefts(93.5%) were the major part with the left side was larger than the right side. The Missing teeth were found most in lateral incisor, the supernumary teeth were found most between lateral incisor and canine. The most common occlusion before operation was class III malocclusion and anterior cross-bite(65.1%), orthodontic treatment was performed similarly between before and after the bone graft. The most common combined operation with alveolar bone graft was secondary cheiloplasty. The complications were 6 cases of bone defect, a case of oronasal fistula, 3 cases of dehiscence. PMCB and DFDB were used bone graft materials. In marginal bone height after operation, PMCB grafts were higher than DFDB grafts and marginal bone level was increased in the PMCB group but not in the DFDB group.
The efficiency of maxillary canine retraction by means of sliding mechanics along an 0.016 continuous labial arch and an 0.009 inch in diameter with a lumen of 0.030 inch NiTi closed coil spring was compared with that using the same NiTi closed coil spring and Molar Anchoring Spring(MAS) which was designed by author. MAS was made of .017" X .025" TMA wire and was given 60 degree tip-back bend on the wire close to the molar tube. This study was designed to investigate molar and canine root control during retraction into an extraction site with continuous arch wire system. Two techniques were tested with a continuous arch model embedded in a photoelastic resin. A photoelastic model was employed to visualize the effects of forces applied to canine and molar by two retraction mechanics. With the aid of polarized light, stresses were viewed as colored fringes. The photoelastic overview of the upper right quadrant showed that stress concentrations were observed in its photoelastic model. The obtained results were as follows. 1. Higher concentration of compression can be seen clearly at the distal curvature of the canine and mesial curvature of the molar and premolar when NiTi closed coil spring was applied only, which means severe anchorage loss of the molar and uncontrolled tipping of the canine. 2. The least level compression was presented at the mesial root area of the molar and premolar, and mesial root area of the canine when NiTi closed coil spring and MAS were used simultaneously. Especially mesial alveolar crest region of the canine was shown moderate level of compression that means MAS can be used as a appliance for anchorage control and prevention of canine extrusion and uncontrolled tipping during canine retraction.

The long-span bridges such as Incheon Bridge and Seohae Grand Bridge are located on the coastal region effected frequently by strong wind of typhoons. In order to ensure the wind-resistant performance of the structure, estimation of the proper design wind speed is very important. In this study, stochastic estimation of design wind speed incurred by typhoons is carried out. For this purpose, we first established probability distribution of climatological parameters such as central pressure depth, distance of closest approach, translation speed and heading to build statistical model of typhoons, which are employed in Monte Carlo simulation for hypothetical typhoons. Once a typhoon is generated with statistically justified parameters, wind speeds are estimated along its path using wind field model. Thousands of typhoons are generated and their peak wind speeds are utilized to establish the extreme wind speeds for different return period. The results are compared with design basic wind speeds in Korean Highway Bridge Design Code, showing that the present results agree well with similar studies while the existing code suggests higher design wind speed.
Despite the gradual growth of mobile markets according to an increased mobile distribution rate, empirical studies on the mobile shopping application markets are not sufficient. From the viewpoint of a large number of purchase of brand product in department store by customers and a high growth rate of mobile shopping by means of mobile shopping, we classified a principle variable, the interactivity, into three levels and verified the effects of the interactivity on the flow, effects of the flow on the purchase intention and the control effect of purchase level. In conclusion, among the three levels of the interactivity the customer-customer interactivity and the content-customer interactivity have positive effects on the flow, but company-customer has not. On the other hand, the customer-customer interactivity and the content-customer interactivity have a positive effect on the flow. Furthermore, the flow affects the purchase intention positively. After the verification of the direct effect of interactivity on the purchase intention, the content-customer interactivity only has a positive effect on the purchase intention. Lastly, the purchase level has a control effect when the customer-customer interactivity has a positive effect on the flow.
This study was carried out to investigate the vascular flora of Mt. Nam, Mt. Toham, and Mt. Danseok in Gyeongju National Park. In this study the tidal area in Seo han bay, North Korea was detected and extracted by using various satellite images (ASTER, KOMPSAT EOC, Landsat TM/ETM+) and GIS spatial analysis. Especially, the micro-landform was classified through the spectral characteristic of each satellite image and the change of tidal flat size was detected on passing year. For this, the spectral characteristics of eight tidal flat area in Korea, which are called as Seo han bay, Gwang ryang bay, Hae iu bay, Gang hwa bay, A san bay, Garorim bay, Jul po bay and Soon chun bay, were analyzed by using multi band of multi spectral satellite images such as Landsat TM/ETM+. Moreover, the micro-landform tidal flat in Seo han bay, North Korea was extracted by using ISODATA clustering based on the result of spectral characteristic. In addition, in order to detect the change of tidal flat size on passing years, the ancient topography map (1918-1920) was constructed as GIS DB. Also, the tidal flat distribution map based on the temporal satellite images were constructed to detect the tidal flat size for recent years. Through this, the efficient band to classify the micro-landform and detect its boundary was clarified and one possibility of KOMPSAT EOC application could be also introduced by extracting the spatial information of tidal flat efficiently.
This study included the analysis of mushroom data collected from Mt. Chiak in Gangwon-do using various methods. Former studies of Korean mushrooms are limited by regional characters and there is less species diversity among the regions. This study tried to find a way for the forecast of mushroom distribution and appearance by indexes of species diversity. The indexes used in this study include the number of fungi (N), the number of species (S), similarity index (C), richness index (R1, R2), variety index (V1, V2), evenness index (E1, E2, E3, E4, E5), and dominance index (D1) to analyze variety of species diversity. Analyses of data of fungi using a multistage cluster sampling indicate that the average value of C for years was higher than the average value of C for areas. The mushrooms consisted of 208 species in 686 individuals in limited fungal collection from 2002 to 2003. One hundred thirty nine species in 393 individuals were collected in 2002, and 122 species 293 individuals were collected in 2003. The individuals collected in 2003 were smaller than 2002's individuals. Similarity, richness, and variety indexes' values of 2003 were reduced than 2002's values but dominance index of 2003 was increased than 2002's value. Generally the species diversity of the environment to evaluate the index of similarity, richness, and variety was a higher index; dominance index was lower than that of the surrounding environment, suggesting a good diversity. As a result, the occurrence of mushrooms in the surrounding environment and the various factors seem fell in 2002 compared to 2003. The majority genus of the limited fungal collection was Mycena genus in 63 individuals; the majority species was Laccaria laccata in 34 individuals. Ninety three species in 106 individuals were collected by the extended collection and the majority genus of the extended collection was Amanita genus in 17 individuals; the majority species was Amanita citrina (Schaeff.) Pers. which was found in 5 individuals. This demonstrates that periodical similarity's value was 0.159 is higher than special similarity's 0.119. This indicates that the probability of the appearance of same mushrooms in the same area in following year is higher than the probability of the appearance of same mushrooms in the surrounding area in same year. The value of coefficient of variation (CV), in which the amount of change is much or less by N is higher than the CV value by S. CV value of dominance index(D) was the highest r point among other indexes, and evenness index (E) was the lowest point among other indexes. The correlation matrix with 66 combinations between the indexes, the combinations with correlations was 46 combinations. These results revealed that indexes of R1, V2, and E1 were proper to represent species diversity of fungi based on the correlation matrix and the theory of statistical independence which means there is no or less mutual association. This research would contribute to the study about variable living creature by measuring method and in the future this would be used to figure out regulation about fungi with their correlation, values in ecosystem, develop improving new models about agricultural fungi species and numbers by investigating agricultural variable species.
This study examine the overlapping concepts among the brand performance variables such as brand trust, consumer-brand relationship, and brand loyalty in study one after divided consumer-brand relationship into 4 different variables, brand congruity, interdependence, brand nostalgia, brand love. Contrary to expectation, conclusion of factor analysis shows that there exist 4 factors based on eigenvalue. The variables such as brand experience, consumer-relationship, and brand love are divided into several variables and verified the validity of these concepts. We can easily witness this kind of situation because researchers use different scales on same variables Second study suggest brand love is concept that harder to accomplish than brand loyalty. Because the several fit indices of first model that indicate the simple relationships among brand trust, consumer-brand relationship, and brand loyalty are very low to accept, this study propose 4 different models. Conclusion shows that model 3b(love is placed last) is most acceptable thing. And this means love brands like people might be hardest thing to achieve.
