The Effect of Loyalty Factors Perceived by Consumers on General Super Market (대형마트에 대한 소비자들이 지각하는 충성요인이 재방문 결정에 미치는 영향 : 목포권 소비자를 중심으로)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that cause consumers to frequently visit large - Super Store and goods for large - scale retailers using Super Store. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of this study is to present the empirical analysis of 53 adult males and females living in the Mokpo area on the relationship between perceived level of satisfaction and loyalty of the large - scale marts. The results were analyzed. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by the SPSS. Results - In the empirical analysis of this study, four variables were found to be the main loyalty factors, which were found to affect the satisfaction of Super Store and the decision to return again. Therefore, in this study, the quality of goods, price, diversity, and image were analyzed as loyalty factors, and it was analyzed as factors influencing satisfaction. It was confirmed that loyalty factors were important. In particular, consumers' perception of behaviors such as local specialties and community service that can be distinctly differentiated from other distribution agencies was very low. Conclusions - It is necessary to construct a comprehensive systematic system to analyze the detailed factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of users of Mokpo ticket consumers and to systematically manage and evaluate them. In order to raise awareness of consumer loyalty factors, consumer satisfaction and loyalty survey should be regularly conducted. Consumers should look for ways to improve them and develop improvement plans. The various direct and indirect services provided by Super Store to consumers include price, quality, assortment, customer service, accessibility, and feelings for large marts. However, since the services provided by the Super Store are different from those of the consumers, the loyalty factors for the different factors can be different. Therefore, in order to differentiate them from traditional markets or other distribution centers, it It should be used as a weapon of competition. In this study, it is generally recognized that the services provided by Super Store are very simple and inexpensive, so that consumers are not aware of the difference of particular stores.

Customer Complaint Intention in the Service Distribution Industry : Types and Determinants (서비스 유통 산업에서 고객 불평의도 유형과 결정요인)

  • Purpose - With growing competition in the service distribution industry, the importance of managing customer complaints has increased. If firms handle customer complaints effectively, they can strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intention. Many studies have focused on customers expressing complaints, yet research on silent customers is scant. This study focuses on two types of complainers and non-complainers. In other words, this study is to examine the value of voice complaint intention and no-action intention. This study also investigates how perceptual and relational factors affect complaint intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who have faced a service failure in a retail store(fast foods, electronics, apparel). And if such complaint were to occur again, respondents were asked about any possible action they would take. 300 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 279 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 158 males(56.6%) and 121 females(43.4%). The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The results are as follows. First, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were positively related to voice complaint intention. Second, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were negatively related to no-action intention. Third, commitment was positively related to voice complaint intention but didn't have a significant negative impact on no action. Forth, voice complaint behavior reduced switching intention and no-action intention enhanced switching intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the value of complaint behavior and show voice complaint intention and no-action intention should be managed differently. Voice complaint intention is evaluated positively because it reflects customers' concerns about the company, while no-action intention is evaluated negatively. Attitude toward complaing is the most effective in increasing voice complaint intention and likelihood of successful complaint is a major factor in reducing no-action intention. Also, in explaining switching intention, voice complaint intention plays a more important role than no-action intention.

User Authentication and Key Distribution on Open IPTV System (개방형 IPTV 환경에서의 사용자 인증 및 키 분배 메커니즘)

  • IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) is one of the typical businesses which are the convergence of Broadcast and Communication. It provides broadcasting service using IP networks. Recently, IPTV service is developed to Mobile IPTV or Open IPTV. Especially, Open IPTV uses open platform so not only service providers but also general users can provide contents to other users. Open IPTV system has many content providers, so existing security solution of IPTV cannot be adopted. In this paper, we suggest user authentication and key distribution mechanism on Open IPTV. Our proposed mechanism is based on Kerberos, so it can support distribution environment such as Open IPTV. We demonstrate that proposed mechanism can guarantee secure transmission of contents and reduce the delay of user authentication on Open IPTV system compared to other authentication mechanisms. We also compare our proposal and other mechanisms in various aspects, and analyze efficiency and safety of proposed mechanism. As a result, we insist that this mechanism satisfies the security requirements for IPTV.

Analysis of Accessibility of Public interest related Living Service in Rural Area (공익형 농촌 생활서비스 접근성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine whether public services in rural areas performed the functions of public interest value that benefited all residents of rural areas. Therefore, the results were derived through spatial distribution and population characteristics analysis at the level of basic living service facilities. As a result, the status of spatial distribution in the Favorable and Vulnerable areas of rural villages and the status of population distribution in the vulnerable areas was analyzed for retail, child care and medical facilities. In the case of retail facilities, it was found that more than 80.0% of the country's farming villages were distributed in the favorable areas that could be reached within 15 minutes. In the case of child care facilities, 91.5% of the total number of favorable areas could be reached within 15 minutes, and the distribution of child care facilities nationwide was deemed proper. In the case of medical facilities, 90.8% or more villages could be reached within 15 minutes of travel time as a lawmaker, and in the case of hospitals and emergency medical services, 92.7% of hospitals and 68.2% of emergency medical services were analyzed as favorable areas. Through these results, the government intends to establish objective spatial data in rural areas to provide basic information on policy directions and contribute to planning.

Analysis of the Secondary Pre-service Mathematics Teachers' Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching(MKT): Focused on Normal Distribution (중등 예비 수학교사들의 수학교수지식(MKT)분석: 정규분포를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching) of the pre-service mathematics teachers on the normal distribution through the comparative analysis between the sub-elements of the MKT. In addition, it is to examine the factors that cause the difference of the subjects' MKT. To accomplish this, by the subject of 24 secondary pre-service mathematics teachers, in this study the test items of the MKT on the normal distribution were developed and data were collected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis of the MKT test sheet, the CCK(Common Content Knowledge) of the preparatory mathematics teacher was confirmed as a high score, whereas the SCK(Specialized Content Knowledge) and KCS(Knowledge of Content and Students) were confirmed as low scores. In addition, through these results, it could be confirmed that the difference in MKT of preparatory mathematicians occurred.

  • Agricultural Co-operation chain stores were highly the utility of distribution rationalization for commercial distribution by informatisation and by multi-polarizied of large physical distribution center of Inventory intensive type consisted of intensive physical distribution. and transportation of commodities from physical distribution center have act by outsourcing. Therefore, the methods of distribution of commodities of life and agricultural products are distinguished from route distribution and regular time collective distribution. the method of distribution is formated the distribution field b\ulcorner characteristic of commodity. On the other hand, spatial characteristics by sales activities of commodities was clarified by types of stole commodity according to level of paddy agriculture development and level of service industrial employment. But manufactured foodstuffs and miscellaneous goods. that is commodities of life clarified the fact selling that is not influenced by regional type.

The Effect of Service Quality and Value of Five-Star Hotel Services on Behavioral Intentions with the Role of Consumer Satisfaction as Mediator

  • This study aims to improve knowledge of consumers' decision-making by testing a conceptual model that considers the hotel's service quality and service value toward customers' behavioral intentions using a mediator, which is the role of consumers' satisfaction. The object of this research is five-star hotels, which has become a significant segment of the general hotel industry and is undergoing rapid expansion. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaire as the sampling method answered by people who have stayed at five-star hotels before. The total of 150 valid respondents were used in this study. The collected data was processed by a statistical tool software, Partial Least Square (PLS). The major findings of this research showed that the relations between service quality and service value of five-star hotels do not have significant positive impact on consumers' behavioral intention, nonetheless the mediation analysis shows that customers' satisfaction partially mediates service quality and service value with consumers' behavioral intentions to stay. It means that in this case, consumers' satisfaction has an important role to mediate service value quality and service value. As a result, the study shows that four out of six hypotheses are supported. A couple of recommendations are suggested for further research.
