원격교육연수원은 2013년 12월 기준으로 63개 연수원이 민간, 대학부설, 국공립기관의 형태로 운영되고 있다. 원격교육연수원은 학습관리시스템을 통해 연수 관리를 하고 있기 때문에 학습관리시스템은 원격 연수의 질과 관계가 있다. 본 논문은 원격연수의 질 제고를 위해 원격교육연수원의 학습관리시스템 기능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 전반적으로 연수자, 관리자, 튜터에게 필요한 기능이 70.07%, 72.09%, 70.41%의 구현율을 보여주었다. 연수자 기능에서는 연수지원, 관리자 기능에서는 통계관리, 튜터 기능에서는 커뮤니케이션 기능이 가장 낮은 구현율을 보였다. 본 논문의 결과를 통해 원격교육연수원의 효율적인 연수 운영을 위한 학습관리시스템 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

대학의 가상교육이 성공적으로 운영되기 위해서는 대학도서관의 효과적인 지원을 필요로 한다. 원격학생들이 학습에 필요한 모든 정보자료 및 도서관서비스를 원활하게 지원 받을 때, 학습의 효과를 극대화할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 가상교육의 성공적인 지원을 위해 대학도서관이 추구해야 할 역할 및 기능에 관하여 외국의 선행연구를 통하여 살펴보고, 대학도서관이 가상교육을 성공적으로 지원할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 사서 도서과서비스, 디지털도서관, 도서관 정책 및 운영 측면으로 나누어 제시하였다.

This study aimed to find the association between geographic proximity and program participation at a Healthy Family Support Center (HFSC). Drawing demographic and geographic information from the participant list at a local HFSC in Seoul for the period 2009 to 2011, this study calculated the geographic distance from the individual residence to the center for 2,343 participants. We found that single time participants had a longer distance from their residence to the center than multiple time participants. When we compared the proximity by program areas, we found that the geographic distance to the center was shorter among education program participants than among non participants. However, there was no difference in the other areas of programs. In terms of the target group, the distance was shorter among adult program participants. Finally, the average distance among participants in multiple session programs was shorter. The results of this study indicated that the relationship between geographic proximity and program participation depended on program areas, target groups, and the number of sessions.

웹을 통한 원격교육은 시간과 공간의 문제를 극복할 수 있다는 큰 장점에도 불구하고 강의실 및 집합교육에 비해 연수생 관리가 취약하다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제는 원격교육활동의 성취수준 및 목표도달에 대한 커다란 장애로 부담이 되고 있고 원격교육담당자에게 많은 고민을 안겨주고 있다. 원격교육담당자는 원격교육활동에 대한 연수생의 참여와 반응을 계속적으로 모니터링 해야 하고 이에 대한 적절한 피드백을 연수생에게 제공하여야 함에도 불구하고 기존의 원격교육시스템은 교수학습활동에 중점을 둔 나머지 원격교육활동에 대한 효율적 관리기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격교육의 일환으로 실시되고 있는 원격교원연수의 효율적 운영이 가능하며 교원연수가 목표로 하는 성취수준의 효과적 달성을 위해 원격교원연수의 적합한 관리요소를 추출하고 이를 시스템 또는 연수 관리자가 연수과정에 적용하여 연수생에 대한 적절한 피드백의 제공이 가능한 원격교원연수 관리시스템을 효율적으로 구현하였으며 교육과정과 컴퓨팅 환경에 따라 시스템의 유연한 변경도 가능하게 되었다.

학습 공간의 확대로 원격교육은 교수 학습 방법의 주요 흐름의 하나로서 자리잡았고 이를 지원하기 위한 다양한 매체, 기술 및 전략 등에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 원격교육시스템은 교수자나 학습자에게 일정 수준 이상의 기술적 소양과 경제적 부담을 요구한다. 또한 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 학교 현장에서의 간소화된 웹 기반 원격교육시스템은 학습자 행동을 파악하기 어렵게 하는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템의 구축 및 운영에 필요한 부담을 제거하고 원격학습 환경에서 학습자의 지식 상태에 의존하여 개별화 학습이 가능한 개별적 발문에 기반한 동적 원격교육시스템을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하였다.

Information network technologies introduce a new education environment. Cyber education is growing rapidly as a field of practice especially in distance education system. The development of multimedia environment based on such technology as graphics, image, voice, and video, personal computer systems use has become the media for interactive teaching-teaming service. These features have made integrated multimedia education feasible. This research suggested a direction for the development of an interactive distance education system. I have developed an education system which cooperate problem bank and learning system. This system support arbitration of the relative difficulty in the problem bank database. An ongoing version of this research was evaluated. Those findings reveal several factors that influence how the proposed system can be tailored to the students' perspectives in order to come up with the enhanced version of this system.

본 연구는 L기업의 사례를 중심으로 웹기반 온라인 기업교육의 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들과 학습효과 요인들과의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 지각된 매체풍부성, 정보제공 기능, 교수자의 태도, 지각된 유용성이 원격교육의 성과에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상호작용 정도와 화면구성은 성과에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 종합적으로 살펴보면 학습자들의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 부분적으로 고려하는 것도 중요하지만 전반적인 효과를 기대하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 종합적인 접근이 이루어져야 함을 시사하고 있다. 즉 원격교육시스템이 기업교육의 효과성에 기여하기 위해서는 학습자, 교수자, 설계 요인을 체계적으로 고려하여 재설계되어야 한다.

In a future society where cutting-edge science technology such as artificial intelligence becomes commonplace, the demand for talented people with basic knowledge of mathematics and science is expected to increase continuously, and the educational infrastructure suitable for the characteristics of future generations is still insufficient. In particular, in the case of students taking convergence courses including practical training, there was a problem in communication with the instructor. In this study, we looked at the current status of distance learning at domestic universities that came suddenly due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. In addition, a case study of the use of technology was conducted to facilitate the interaction between instructors and learners through case analysis of distance classes in convergence subjects. Therefore, this study aims to introduce the case of developing lecture contents for smooth convergence education in a non-face-to-face educational environment targeting the developed AI convergence courses and applying them to the education of enrolled students.

The article considers the training, competitiveness of specialists, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of specialists in the context of distance learning. The advantages of distance learning are shown. The characteristic features of distance learning in the preparation of students and in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are determined. Competitiveness, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of a specialist are qualities that determine a person's life and work success. Professional mobility is interpreted as a systemic quality of a specialist's personality, which includes a whole range of knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities, value orientations, and so on. The vision of mobility of specialists by foreign scientists is presented. It is noted that the classification of professional mobility presented in the article makes it possible to organize various movements from a single position, to present them as separate manifestations of the general process of professional and pedagogical mobility, to determine which type of mobility ensures the performance of certain social functions. It was found that mobility can be differentiated into differentiated and intergeneration. According to the subject, individual and group mobility are distinguished; according to the direction - internal and external. The classification of employees according to their attitude to mobility is shown, which can be divided into the following groups: actually mobile; potentially mobile; actually stable; potentially stable.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.
