Purpose - The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of bakery revisit intention. This research selects Paris Baguette as the research context because the market share of Paris Baguette was the highest in Korean bakery market. Design/methodology/approach -This research employed revisit intention as the dependent variable, while this research chooses six attributes to account for revisit intention. Six attributes are price fairness, taste, product variety, accessibility, display, and membership. This research uses survey as the main instrument. For the data collection, online survey using Google survey form was implemented. The survey participants are domestic consumers of Paris Baguette. The number of observation is 245. For the data analysis, this study used frequency analysis, correlation matrix, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression model. There are four control variables, which contains age, gender, visiting frequency, and monthly income. Findings - The results shows that price fairness, taste, product diversity, and accessibility are significant attributes with the positive effect. Among the significant attributes, taste presented the highest magnitude to explain the revisit intention. However, membership and display appeared as non-significant attributes to account for bakery revisit intention. Research implications or Originality - This study provides the bakery managers with the information to design their service and product. This study also contributes to the literature by understanding the consumer behavior more in the domain of bakery service.

본 연구는 정부 및 공공기관의 보건 관련 웹 사이트들의 웹 접근성을 한국형 지침에 따라 평가하여 장애인이나 노령자들과 같은 정보이용 소외집단들이 겪을 수 있는 문제점들을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 27개의 보건 관련 웹 사이트의 접근성을 자동평가 및 전문가 평가를 수행하여 측정하였다. 두 단계의 평가를 실시한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 국립병원이나 국립재활원 등과 같은 의료기관들은 웹 접근성 오류가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 외에도 건강보험심사평가원, 보건복지부, 보건사업진흥원, 식품의약품안전처, 그리고, 한국의료분쟁 조정중재원 등은 웹 접근성 준수율이 매우 높았다. 그러나 전문가 평가를 실시한 결과, 자동평가에서는 오류가 없는 것으로 나타났던 적절한 대체텍스트의 제공이 매우 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 텍스트 콘텐츠의 명도 대비가 표준에 미치지 않아 전맹자나 저시력자들의 웹 접근성을 지원하기 힘든 것으로 평가되었다. 그 외에도 기본언어표시와 마크업 오류 등 정확한 정보의 전달을 어렵게 하는 문제들이 나타났고, 반복영역 건너뛰기, 콘텐츠 선형화, 그리고 키보드 사용보장을 준수하지 않는 문제들이 발견되어 시각장애뿐 아니라 인지장애 내지 운동장애가 있는 이용자에게는 웹 접근성을 심각하게 방해하는 요소가 될 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 국내 연구로서는 처음으로 정부 및 공공기관의 보건관련 웹 사이트들의 접근성을 한국형 지침에 따라 평가했다. 또한, 이러한 웹 사이트들을 대상으로 자동 평가로 측정하기 어려운 웹 접근성의 정도와 상세한 내용 분석을 포괄하는 전문가 평가를 수행했다는 점에서 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 기여했다고 볼 수 있다.

Objective: The present study evaluated information presentation methods applicable to a wearable Braille display in terms of performance and satisfaction measures. Background: A Braille display wearable at a finger can improve accessibility of information for the blind by presenting information in real time. Method: A Braille display with six pins operated by DC servomotors was developed to simulate four information presentation methods(active, stationary, simultaneous, and sequential methods). An evaluation experiment was conducted with 16 participants(8 normal and 8 blind participants) by using three objective measures(reaction time, RT, unit: sec; recognition time, CT, unit: sec; correct response percentage, CP) and two subjective measures(overall satisfaction, OS; perception easiness, PE) with a 7-point scale. Results: The average RTs and CTs of the active and stationary methods were significantly shorter than those of the simultaneous and sequential methods for the blind participants. Also, the average CPs, OSs, and PEs of the active and sequential methods were significantly higher than those of the stationary and simultaneous methods. Conclusion: The active and sequential methods were preferred to the other methods for the blind. Application: The performance characteristics identified in the present study for the four braille display methods can be utilized to develop an effective wearable Braille display system.

본 연구는 공공도서관 모바일 웹의 접근성 현황을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 앱과 웹 지침에 따라 접근성 체크리스트를 도출하고, 자동평가와 수동평가를 통해 접근성 현황을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 대체텍스트는 검색결과 도서 이미지 안내, 메인메뉴, 텍스트 대신 이미지 제공에서 가장 많이 미준수 현황을 보였으며, 초점은 검색 및 검색결과에서, 운영체제 접근성은 검색어 입력창 레이블 및 아이디, 패스워드 입력창에서, 색에 무관한 인식은 좌석현황 및 도서관일정, 명도대비는 메인메뉴 및 서지사항에서, 컨트롤 간 충분한 간격은 자료검색 필드 간 간격 및 메인검색창에서 미준수 현황이 주로 나타났다. 이와 함께 연구결과로 모바일 도서관 주요 서비스별로 정리하여, 향후 도서관 모바일 웹 서비스 구축에 활용하고자 하였다.

멀티터치 디스플레이 시스템은 참여자가 별도의 부가장치 없이 다양한 인터랙티브 미디어에 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 기술로 최근 큰 각광을 받고 있다. 특히 마이크로소프트사의 서피스 (Microsoft Surface)와 같이 벽면형 디스플레이 이외에 원형의 디스플레이 상에서의 멀티터치 기술이 상용화됨에 따라 보다 다양한 형태의 탠저블 인터페이스로서의 가능성을 보였다. 본 논문 에서는 이를 확장하여 구형이 아닌 볼록형(Convex) 불규칙 표면을 대상으로 영상을 디스플레이 하고 디스플레이된 콘텐츠와 참여자의 상호작용이 가능한 멀티터치 인터랙션 시스템을 제안한다. 이러한 제안 방법은 각종 탠져블 인터페이스, 예를 들어 디오라마 기반의 전시 시스템이나 체감형 아케이드 게임에서 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the product characteristics and spatial configuration in a retail store. This study utilized the analytical method of Space Syntax, and the software package used for the analysis was New-wave and Pesh. The qualitative study focused on the showroom of 'H INTERIOR', a leading furniture company in Korea, and examined the accessibility of the space. The result showed that the main accessible route was well established in the retail store, and more trendy and fashionable products were likely to be displayed in more accessible places. Also, the products in the selected showroom were arranged according to the pricing information, so that products with lower price were displayed in more accessible places. This study suggested that it be important to adequately and appropriately display the products in relation to the characteristics of products, and implied that the method of Space Syntax was useful to strategically evaluate the display in retail spaces.

장애인에 대한 정책과 지원, 장애인 접근성 향상을 위한 지침 제정, 기술혁신과 제품개발 등으로 장애인 보조기기 분야는 산업측면에서 크게 부각되고 있다. 최근에는 ICT 발전으로 시각 장애인용 스크린 리더, 점자 디스플레이, 화면 확대기, 문자음성 변환기 등이 출시되어 촉각과 청각으로 인터넷 접속이 용이해지고 스마트기기를 통해 편리하게 전자출판 콘텐츠를 활용하고 메일을 주고받을 수 있게 된 것이다. 그렇지만 급속하게 전환되고 있는 디지털 미디어기반의 스마트시대에 시각 장애인의 접근성은 아직도 열악하고 보조기기와 대체자료의 성능과 품질도 개선되어야 할 점이 많은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구개발 혁신 측면에서 시각 장애인용 보조기기 및 대체자료의 현황과 구조를 분석하고 접근성 향상을 위한 구현 방향을 제시하고 있다. 연구결과, 향후에는 다양한 디지털 정보가 맞춤형 및 실감형 형태로 전환되고 장애인 전용 단말기 또는 스마트기기를 통해 유통될 것으로 예상된다.

In this paper, the fire engine pump is controlled and monitored by the AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript and Xml) in the web server. The embedded system with built-in system having a processor and a memory of high performance occurs many problems in transmitting the large amount of data in real time through the web server. The AJAX is different from HTML (Hyper Text Makeup Language) with java script technology and can make RIA (Rich Internet Application). It process the necessary data by using asynchronous and it take advantage of usefulness, accessibility, a fast response time. Using AJAX can build up web server with real time and monitoring that fire engine pump status, check processing pump memory in the event of fire, also remotely monitors can do. The web server system can control the fire engine pump as like the black box. The experimental results show the effectiveness and commercialize possibility.

In this paper, we propose a telemedicine system based ECG data using a bio-signal meter and a smart device for treating faraway patients. This system is composed of a patch-shaped portable bio-signal meter, patient's smart device application, and doctor's PC software. Using these components, doctors and patients can do telemedicine. First, a patient measures his own ECG signal with a bio-signal meter and send the data to a doctor using a smart device application. Then, the doctor checks the ECG data, and make and send a diagnosis chart to web server. Likewise, doctors and patients can be offered a medical environment without time and space restraints. Applying this system to real medical system can improve the problem of low accessibility and efficiency and also can reduce medical expenses.

The purpose of this study is to express display space according to a way of symbols' meanings, to apply and study the way that systemizes, specifies and objectifies the approaches to designs when the space is expressed. The study will present applicable characteristics in expressing the display space by analyzing visitors' symbolic nature prior to the specification of space expression. The study way is to analyze the definition, structure, system, characteristic and meaning-applied ways of the symbols through symbolic theoretical considerations, to show communication's accessibility applying the symbol-produced ways to the relationship between the conception and the components in expressing the exhibition space and finally to present the way to express the exhibition space through the symbols' meaning-produced ways.
