웨이블렛-신경망을 이용한 부분방전 종류와 진단에 관한연구 (A Study on Diagnosis of Partial Discharge Type Using Wavelet Transform-Neural Network)

  • In this papers, we proposed the new method in order to diagnosis partial discharge type of transformers. For wavelet transform, Daubechies filter is used, we can obtain wavelet coefficients which is used to extract feature of statistical parameters (maximum value, average value, dispersion, skewness, kurtosis) about high frequency current signal per 3-electrode type (needle-plane electrode, IEC electrode and Void electrode.). Also. these coefficients are used to identify Signal of internal partial discharge in transformer. As a result. from compare of high frequency current signal amplitude and average value. we are obtained results of IEC electrode> Void electrode> Needle-Plane electrode. otherwise. In case of skewness and kurtosis, we are obtained results of Void electrode> IEC electrode > Needle-Plane electrode. As Improved method in order to diagnosis partial discharge type of transformers, we use neural network.

  • Zinc Air battery obtain their energy density advantage over the other batteries by utilizing ambient oxygen as the cathode materials, and reusing cathode as recycled form. And specific capacity of zinc powder is as high as 820mAh/g. When Zinc Air battery discharged by low rate current discharge voltage profile has very flat pattern until end of voltage. But, when Zinc Air battery discharged by high rate current discharge voltage and capacity become lower. Therefore, we focused on effects of catalyst size in cathode. So we examined performance of zinc air batteries, average discharge voltage, capacity, energy, resistance. And we also obtained resistance by the GSM pulse discharge. So we have got optimum size of catalyst for Zinc Air battery.

  • In recent years, increasing electricity use has led to considerable interest in green energy. In order to effectively supply, cut off, and operate an electric power system, many electric power facilities such as gas insulation switch (GIS), cable, and large substation facilities with higher densities are being developed to meet demand. However, because of the increased use of aging electric power facilities, safety problems are emerging. Electromagnetic wave and leakage current detection are mainly used as sensing methods to detect live-line partial discharges. Although electromagnetic sensors are excellent at providing an initial diagnosis and very reliable, it is difficult to precisely determine the fault point, while leakage current sensors require a connection to the ground line and are very vulnerable to line noise. The partial discharge characteristic in particular is accompanied by statistical irregularity, and it has been reported that proper statistical processing of data is very important. Therefore, in this paper, we present the results of analyzing ${\Phi}-q-n$ cluster distributions of partial discharge characteristics by using K-means clustering to develop an expert partial discharge diagnosis system generated in a GIS facility.

  • 본 논문에서 우리는 변압기의 부분방전형태를 진단하기위하여 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 웨이블렛 변화을 위하여, 다우비치 필터가 사용되어졌다. 우리는 3개의 전극 종류(침대평판자극, IEC전극, 보이드 전극)마다 고주파 전류신호에 관한 통계적인 특징 파라메터(최대값, 평균값, 분산, 왜도, 첨쇄도)를 추출하기위하여 사용하였다. 역시 이들 계수들은 변압기내 내부부분방전의 신호의 정체를 알기위하여 사용되어졌다. 그 결과로서 고주파전류신호의 진폭과 평균값의 비교로부터 우리는 IEC electrode> Void electrode> Needle-Plane electrode의 결과를 얻었다. 반면에 왜도와 첨쇄도의 경우, 우리는 Void electrode> IEC electrode> Needle-Plane electrode을 얻었다.

MIM 공법 적용 커넥터 금형 가공용 방전 전극 개발 (Development of Discharge Electrode for Machining Connector Mold applying MIM Process)

  • A discharge electrode plays a role of shaving off workpiece with spark generated by current in discharge machining. Accordingly, for the discharge electrode, an electrode with excellent wear resistance is necessary. Generally, Graphite and Cu are used as the materials of the electrode, and recently Cu-W is mainly used as an electrode with excellent wear resistance. However, the form of the electrode generally used is produced mostly using cutting work, so a lot of costs incur if several similar forms are needed. Thus, this study developed a Cu-W electrode using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process to produce similar forms with excellent productivity and a great quantity of electrodes in a similar form in discharge machining and carried out a discharge machining test. In developing an electrode applying MIM, predicting contraction of a product in a sintering process, a mold expansion ratio of 1.29486 was given, but the actual product showed a percentage of contraction 24% to 32%, which showed a difference of 3% to 5%. In addition, to verify wear resistance of the discharge electrode, abrasion loss was measured after the discharge.

수증 전도도 변화에 따른 수표면 방전의 특성 (Characteristics of Water Surface Discharge due to Water Conductivity)

  • 수표면을 전극으로 사용한 무성방전형 오존발생기를 제안하고 수중의 전도도 변화가 수표면 방전에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 조사하였다. 수표면 방전에 중요한 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소로 방전공간내의 이온과 수중의 이온 및 극성분자등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 전도도를 변화시켜 수중에 존재하는 이온의 수를 조절함으로써 방전특성을 변화시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 증류수내에 각각 다른양의 NaCl을 투입함으로써 전도도를 변화시켰고 이때의 전류-전압특성과 오존발생특성을 비교 조사하였다. 결과적으로 순수한 증류수를 사용한 경우보다 NaCl을 투입한 경우 안정된 방전을 발생시킬 수 있었고 투입하는 NaCl의 양을 늘여감에 따라 방전개시전압을 낮출 수 있었다.

The Surface Modification of Electrode with Solid Electrolyte Interphase for Hybrid Supercapacitor

  • A hybrid supercapacitor (HS) is an energy storage device used to enhance the low weight energy density (Wh/kg) of a supercapacitor. On the other hand, a sudden decrease in capacity has been pointed out as a reliability problem after many charge/discharge cycles. The reliability problem of a HS affects the early aging process. In this study, the capacity performance of a HS was observed after charge/discharge. For detailed analysis of the initial charge/discharge cycles, the charge and discharge curve was measured at a low current density. In addition, a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer was confirmed after the charge/discharge. A HC composed of a lithium titanate (LTO) anode and active carbon cathode was used. The charge/discharge efficiency of the first cycle was lower than the late cycles and the charge/discharge rate was also lower. This behavior was induced by SEI layer formation, which consumed Li ions in the LTO lattice. The formation of a SEI layer after the charge/discharge cycles was confirmed using a range of analysis techniques.

  • 금속시료를 직접분석하기 위하여 원자흡수법에 의한 글로우방전시스템을 구성하였다. 방전이 일어나는 양극과 음극은 가공성 세라믹을 이용한 arrestor에 의해 분리하였으며, 방전에 영향을 미치는 전류 및 전압, arrestor의 형태, 가스 압력 그리고 가스 흐름 등을 개인용 컴퓨터와 ADC/DAC board 및 RS-232를 사용하여 자동적으로 제어될 수 있도록 하였다. 여러가지 방전에 미치는 실험변수들을 변화시키면서 시료손실속도, 원자흡광도 등의 변화를 측정하였으며, sputtering 된 후의 시료 표면을 주사형 전자현미경으로 관찰하였다.

  • Surface corona discharge characteristics of a ac corona charged ferroelectric pellet barrier have been investigated experimentally. Electric charged stored on the surfaces of the ferroelectric pellets by a at corona discharge provide partial electric fields on the surfaces of the ferroelectric pellets, which could generate surface corona discharges on the ferroelectric pellets. This system utilizes both the surface discharges on the ferroelectric pellet barrier and the corona discharge between wire electrodes. As a result, in the case of the corona discharge with the ferroelectric pellet barrier, the mean corona current and ozone generation increase greatly, and the surface discharges on the ferroelectric pellets can be generated efficiently. It is also found that, the ferroelectric pellet barrier discharge reactor had better discharge characteristics for plasma generation than the wire-to-wire discharge reactor without pellets.

근골격계 수술 아동의 퇴원교육 요구에 대한 고찰 (A Review of Discharge Education Needs of Children after Musculoskeletal Surgery)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current status of discharge education and nursing needs of children after musculoskeletal surgery. Methods: The literature from research databases was reviewed and analyzed (using PubMed, RISS review, KISS, and Dbpia). Results: Children who have undergone musculoskeletal surgery face physical challenges due to the effects of splints and immobilization, and experience pain for a long time. Therefore, home care after discharge is of paramount importance in these cases. The discharge education needs of each patient vary with regard to the topic and period. Discharge education should be systematic and consistent, with an emphasis on understanding the needs of the patients and parents. Conclusion: While there are studies on the nursing needs of adult musculoskeletal surgery patients at discharge, studies on discharge nursing needs in children who have undergone musculoskeletal surgery are still insufficient. It is necessary to specifically identify the educational needs of parents of children undergoing musculoskeletal surgery. Interventions that improve the voluntary participation of patients and parents in active self-care need to be developed.
