Seven nursery children with disability conducted survey from 122 mothers cared children with disability. Survey data was obtained from April 14. 2006 to May 23. 2006. The results were as follows: According to walking-existence, assistance walking, and disability-degree, low back pain incidence frequency of mothers were statically significant difference, (p<0.05). Low back pain incidence frequency of walker-ability population was 51.4%, but low back pain incidence frequency of walker-disability population was 80.0%. then low back pain incidence frequency of mothers to walking-existence was differed amount. Disabled not statically significant difference to encephalopathy and disability-type1 and disability -type2 (p>0.05). children with disability-degree and assistance walking benchmarked low back pain disability-measure. Low back pain degree not relevancy statically significant. Physical load was statically significant difference between Oswestry's low back pain score and reach effect to child-cared(p<0.05). • Ubiquitous computing environment means the computing environment that has taken its position so closely with the ordinary living so much like air or water. In building up the U-Korea, one of the important issues is the social issue from the drasticincrease of senior population. The contemporary society has its distinct trend in increase of senior household following the nuclear family orientation, increase of working parents with the advancement of women in society, unable to support seniors for long distance or short distance of business trip and other reasons that the need of senior welfare has been ever more felt. Accordingly, the Ministry of Government Affairs and Home Administration has developed the wireless paging system to make prompt response system for 119 Rescue when the single senior is encountered with emergency situation that is has been widely provided for the socially neglected people such as single senior, the disabled persons and others. Currently, the wireless paging system is operated as the sub-system for emergency rescue informationsystem, but due to the lack of reliability of product, problems of terminal portable transmitter, receptor and others, rejection of beneficiary and lack of knowledge in use, insufficient management and supervision of managing officers, the efficiency has been declined that there is a need of development for the system. Therefore, this study proposes the context aware information structure of the subject of ubiquitous wireless paging system required forthe development of the wireless paging system model of ubiquitous environment that improved the problems of currently operated wireless paging system.

  • Objectives: In this study, we conducted an exploratory analysis of the current media trends on schizophrenia using text-mining methods. Methods: First, web-crawling techniques extracted text data from 575 news articles in 10 major newspapers between 2018 and 2019, which were selected by searching "schizophrenia" in the Naver News. We had developed document-term matrix (DTM) and/or term-document matrix (TDM) through pre-processing techniques. Through the use of DTM and TDM, frequency analysis, co-occurrence network analysis, and topic model analysis were conducted. Results: Frequency analysis showed that keywords such as "police," "mental illness," "admission," "patient," "crime," "apartment," "lethal weapon," "treatment," "Jinju," and "residents" were frequently mentioned in news articles on schizophrenia. Within the article text, many of these keywords were highly correlated with the term "schizophrenia" and were also interconnected with each other in the co-occurrence network. The latent Dirichlet allocation model presented 10 topics comprising a combination of keywords: "police-Jinju," "hospital-admission," "research-finding," "care-center," "schizophrenia-symptom," "society-issue," "family-mind," "woman-school," and "disabled-facilities." Conclusion: The results of the present study highlight that in recent years, the media has been reporting violence in patients with schizophrenia, thereby raising an important issue of hospitalization and community management of patients with schizophrenia.

The participants of this study collected data from the in-depth interview on 8 mothers who put their disabled children to the group home. In the result of open coding, total 34 concepts, 28 subcategories and 13 categories were derived. The core category in the selective coding was 'establishing restorative relationship through entering a group home after encountering the limit of nurture.' Practical Strategies include the following; first, it's necessary to provide psychology counselling consequent on a mother's nurturing phase, and this study proposes a program for a father having a child with disability; in addition, there is the necessity of having to arrange the differentiated facility for physically/mentally impaired people, which meets the needs of the relevant people. Data were collected from 150 family caregivers of children with disability in Mongolia between September 30 and October 31, 2017. The questionnaire included a scale for health care education needs in the form of 10 categories, 35 items, 5-point Likert's type. The mean score of educational needs of the primary caregiver were $4.05{\pm}0.65$. The category of information and knowledge acquisition showed the highest score ($4.48{\pm}0.57$). There were statistically significant differences in educational needs of the caregiver according to monthly income (F=7.07, p<.001), presence of a secondary caregiver (t=-2.70, p=.008), other disabled children status (t=2.02, p=.046), occupation status of disabled child's mother (F=3.87, p=.023), and multiple handicaps of caring child (t=-2.60, p=.010). The findings on caregiver's educational needs in this study can help inform planning of caregiving support services for children with intellectual disability in Mongolia.

  • Limited studies examined Medical Aid recipients' perception for amount of medical use. This study aimed to identify self-perception(optimal, under and overutilization) for amount, and real amount of medical use, and to determine factors associated with the perception. Subjects were 2,489 Medical Aid recipients among top 2% overusers in 2005. 200 case managers(CM) managing them conducted survey. CM interviewed them using 2005 medical claiming data from the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service and structured questionnaire. Despite of overusers, perception of overutilization was only 26.9% and 23.6% in Class I and Class II, and that of underutilization was 21.4% and 18.7% respectively. In Class I, monthly total outpatient cost per capita of overutilization perception in 2006 was 206 thousand won higher than 150 thousand won of optimal utilization. Amounts of outpatient visit-days and prescribed cases of overutilization perception were higher than those of optimal and underutilization(p <0.0001). In Class II, overutilization perception had more prescribed cases(p 0.004). After adjustment of confounding factors including age and sex, the associated factors(odds ratio) with overutilization perception were hypertension(1.25), arthritis(1.32), depression(1.66), visit of multi medical institutions(3.09), and those of the underutilization were female(1.34), disabled(1.27), no family support(1.49), living in medium and small city(1.48), experience of unabled-visit to medical institution(2.54), frequent visit-recommendation from physician (1.36). In conclusion, education and consult are needed for subjects to improve the reasonable decision of medical use, and the self-care ability to manage diseases and symptoms. We suggest reinforcing the alternative service in community instead of costly medical institution.
