  • The Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity(KOFAC) developed AlgeoMath, a dynamic geometry software, with support from the Ministry of Education and 17 municipal and provincial education offices. Starting Nov. 7, 2018, AlgeoMath can be used for free by anyone. This study summarizes various discussions on the future direction of math education. The four aspects of the curriculum, textbook, teaching and learning, and assessment were explored on how AlgeoMath could contribute in realizing the future direction of math education. We confirmed that AlgeoMath can faithfully fulfill its role as a tool for changing math education, and we looked at what should be emphasized more and what should be complemented.

  • The rapid development of ICT(Information and Communication Technology), beyond the argument of information society, has invoked discussion of knowledge-based society and enhanced the importance of the producing knowledge by using implementation of ICT. However, current computer education, without exactly defining the conception of ICT and direction of computer education, has great limitations in applying into education because it has mechanical characteristics and is not satisfying the demands of education that is supposed to bring up the creative human beings in current knowledge-based society. This study starts from the recognition of such problems. This paper explores the current computer education and argument. In addition, we researched necessity and direction of the computer education as subject matter.

  • Many believe that electronic distance teaming education transform higher education, saving money and improving learning qualify So, the open University, which teaches around 280,000 students at a distance, is examining the adaption of its distance teaching methods for the internet. But, there are only one type of distance learning education of one way direction. To understand all of a student which selected some of e teaming course, teacher must check that how many student to understand and what is the difficult problems. Without checking this condition, It will be a very difficult and boring distance learning course. In this paper, we introduce of intelligent learning contents of full duplex direction that teach understanding student and not understanding student. The computer simulation results confirms that full duplex e learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which not considering about understanding problems.

  • It is necessary to develop new air-conditioning method which can be satisfied individual separated space and request of occupants. The indoor thermal environment and flow field are investigated both experimentally and numerically. This study concentrated on analysis of indoor thermal environment by diffusion direction of ceiling type air conditioner of the classroom. The velocity and temperature distribution of air in the room calculated by 3-dimensional method, which include the effect of insulation of the building and outdoor state. This analysis shows that optimum diffusion direction is $30^{\circ}$ to increase thermal comfort in winter and optimum diffusion direction is $15^{\circ}$ to increase thermal comfort in summer.

  • This study investigated the direction of program development in emotional education through storytelling without separating intellectual education in current schooling. As the basic research on program development for elementary school students' emotional intelligence, this study examined how storytelling affects program development in emotional education, and the direction of program contents and structures using storytelling. Firstly, current storytelling and existing programs used for emotional education were analyzed and the direction of program development in emotional education was investigated. Secondly, the structures and procedures of programs for emotional education through storytelling were examined. Finally, stressed contents and items by each factor consisting of emotional intelligence related to the curriculum, and more discussions to consider were inquired. For systematic emotional education, there must be efforts made on developing contents of each factor comprising emotional intelligence; and teaching must be done through the interrelatedness among home, society and school. Furthermore, the construction of social system across the country is required. In conclusion, this study suggest the emotional education needs new curricula based on narrative, because it is dependent on personal emotions and situations.

  • This paper presents direction for efficient software education. Due to the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the whole world is interested in software education. However, simply teaching how to code is not software education. The thinking abilities used in coding for software implementation are even more important. Therefore, computational thinking is getting great attention. Several institutions suggest factors for computational thinking and encourage to teach in a relevant way based on the suggestion. In this study, the verification of the factors they suggested was conducted through a questionnaire. The total of 419 freshman students of the College of Social Sciences who were taking "Computational Thinking and Software Coding" class participated in the survey at the beginning and the end of the semester. We first analyzed Wing's proposal that summarized the concept of computational thinking, and reviewed the proposal of ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) for defining computational thinking factors for coding education, also checked on the suggestion of Google for factors necessary for software coding. As a result of research analysis, this paper suggests a direction for efficient software education.

  • This study started with the question of 'What innovative task should elementary and secondary school clothing life education perform in accordance with the changes in the future educational environment?' It is time to prepare for a major shift in the educational paradigm that improves the quality of life for all everyone, based on social innovations such as the 4th industrial revolution and the transition to the post-corona era. This study examined the literature for the characteristics of changes in the future educational environment from an educational perspective, and examined the curriculum focusing on the clothing life with the porpose of presenting the direction for the clothing life education. In order to carry out this study, various literature including previous studies related to clothing life education and the national curriculum from the first curriculum to the 2015 revision were analyzed. In conclusion, the direction of the clothing life education curriculum according to the changes in the future educational environment is proposed as follows: First, nurturing convergence education experts that can combine human emotion, environment, and clothing life culture to artificial intelligence(AI); second, developing a clothing life education curriculum that links software competency and practical problem-solving competency; and lastly, implementing fashion maker education using artificial intelligence(AI) and value-oriented clothing life education. In the future, it is expected that the direction of teaching/learning methods and evaluation in clothing life education curriculum is proposed, and that this educational discussion process will help establish the identity of clothing life education in school education.
