Background: This study analyzes the linear and non-linear effects of the hard and soft dimensions of job quality on the overall health of wage workers. It also examines the congruence or fit between the hard and soft job quality on the overall health of wage workers. Methods: This study measured thirty indicators that constitute job quality and reduced the indicators into twelve sub-dimensions of job quality using reflective factor analysis. In addition, this study derived two dimensions of job quality from the twelve subdimensions, namely the hard and soft job quality using formative factor analysis. This paper applied the response surface analysis to analyze the congruence effect between the two dimensions of job quality. Results: A logarithmic relationship was found between the dimension of hard job quality and the worker's overall health. This study also verified that the congruence effect between the two dimensions of job quality does not exist, and the combined effect of job quality is lower when the two dimensions of job quality are at the same level than the effect when either level of job quality is high or low. Conclusions: Although hard and soft job quality has independent positive effects on the overall health of wage workers, the two dimensions of job quality are not congruent or not in harmony with each other. This incongruence between hard and soft job quality, together with a higher impact of hard job quality, suggests that the role of soft job quality on overall health is relatively limited.

This paper investigates the service quality determinants in management consulting. Quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research, as well as several dimensions specific to the consulting service, have been reviewed. A survey has been conducted by carefully developed questionnaires for the hypothesized eight quality dimensions. The results of the statistical analyses support the eight quality dimensions in the consulting service : reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, ethics, participation, communication, and reputation. The results demonstrate that reliability, assurance, participation, and reputation are especially influential in determining customer satisfaction. The research results provide useful insights for a customer in assessing alternative service providers and foreseeing the outcome from the chosen consultants.

Human body structure can be considered as a complex of many elements such as head, chest, arm, leg and etc. As the correct classification of human body is basic for the design of all the materials used by mankind and since we cannot consider all the elements simultaneously, there is a need of extracting a Sew elements which can be "most" representative of all those elements. This paper describes the procedure of determining those representative body dimensions utilizing the data obtained from a national project carried out in 1976. Also the relationship of the above determined body dimensions to the other commonly reference body dimensions are given in linear forms.ear forms.

We investigate a deranged Cantor set (a generalized Cantor set) using the similar method to find the dimensions of cookie-cutter repeller. That is, we will use a Gibbs measure which is a weak limit of a subsequence of discrete Borel measures to find the dimensions. The deranged Cantor set that will be considered is a generalized form of a perturbed Cantor set (a variation of the symmetric Cantor set) and a cookie-cutter repeller.

This paper describes a method for drawing check of dimension errors, such as deficiency and redundancy of dimensions, input-errors in dimension figures and symbols, etc. The logic for finding dimensional errors is written by using the Turbo C language. Checking for deficiency and redundancy of global dimensions has been performed applying Graph Theory. Especialy, this paper gives an account of checking method for annular parts.

Many researches have concluded that product advantage or superiority is the most important factor for the commercial success of new products. However, the specific dimensions of product advantage have not been studied as yet. Based on a survey of newly introduced products in recent years, we suggest the eight dimensions of quality of new product: function, time, limitation, usability, problem prevention, economy, maintainability, nativeness. The dimensions and their constituents are explained with examples.

Objectives: The study was to examine the features of three-dimensional(3D) face dimensions and to develop fit test panels for the labor population using respirators in South Korea. Methods: This study was part of the first-year work of a two-year-project conducted at Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute in 2021. After 3D head dimensions data were collected from Size Korea Center managing Sixth Size Korea databases, 3D face dimensions DB for the South Korean labor population was established for 21 items of face dimensions in line with the ISO/TS 16976-2 and KS A ISO 15535. With the South Korean labor population 3D face dimensions DB, in accordance with the ISO/TS 16976-2, the descriptive statistics of 3D face dimensions were calculated and two fit test panels were developed. Results: A total of 2,752 subjects were finally determined and they were 52.9% for male, 41.2% for the highest age-group of 15-29, and residents in the capital area. Mean and standard deviation were obtained for each of the 21 3D face dimensions items for the South Korean labor population. Among the items, male and female face widths were 137.6±5.7 mm, 133.2±5.0 mm, respectively. Male and female face lengths were 116.6±7.0 mm, 107.8±6.8 mm, respectively. Two new South Korean fit test panels, a bivariate test panel and a principal component analysis test panel, were developed using the 3D face dimensions DB as well. Conclusions: Using the 3D face dimensions DB, the mean and standard deviation were featured for each of the 21 items and also the two fit test panels were newly developed in the study. It is suggested that the study outputs should be utilized practically and effectively in selection, use, and management of respirators at work, expecting that respiratory protection can be furthermore improved for respirator users including labor population across the country.

기존의 많은 연구들은 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)이 기업 성과와 높은 관련성이 있음을 보여 왔다. 하지만 대부분의 연구들이 기업의 사회적 책임을 단일 차원으로 보거나 구체적인 활동 중심으로 보고 있다는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 극복하기 위해 Schwartz and Carroll(2003)이 제시한 CSR의 세 가지 차원을 바탕으로, 각 차원별 메시지가 소비자들의 기업 이미지에 미치는 영향을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 세 가지 기업의 사회적 책임 차원 중 법적 책임과 윤리적 책임에 대한 메시지는 파급효과가 일어나 다른 차원들에 대한 평가 결과에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 긍정적 메시지일 때보다 부정적 메시지일 경우, 부정성 효과로 인한 파급효과가 더 커져, 법적 책임과 윤리적 책임에 대한 부정적인 메시지는 경제적 책임에 대한 메시지보다 기업 이미지를 더 크게 훼손시키는 것으로 나타났다.

This study investigated the basic data of architectural design about framework dimensions inherent in a folk house of Yeosu city generally and systematically. We investigated the common dimensions of framework constitution for folk house (main building) seen a lot in Yeosu city. Most of the folk houses in Yeosu city were common people houses built from the end of 19th century to the 1960s and have maintained the same style for a long time. As a result of the study, common dimensions were calculated in two ways. One is Front toi/3ryang house and the other is Front/back toi/2kozu5ryang house. Front/back toi house was large in the case of full width, total height, and member thickness but, width of the front kan is no big difference. In other words, the scale of Front toi house and Front/back toi house is difference only in the rest except front kan (width). Among calculated common dimensions, the front kan of Front toi house and Front/back toi house in the plan, the kitchen is the widest, and the size is the same at 8.7 chucks degree. The next became small little by little in order of room 1(main room), room 2(center room), room 3(end room). As a result, the size of the room 3 of Front toi house reaches 7.7 chucks, and room 3 of Front/back toi house reaches 8.0 chucks. In the section dimensions, pillar height is in sum of floor height and pillar core height, Front toi house is 7.9 chucks, and Front/back toi house is 8.2 chucks. The investigation of basic data of architectural design is not only makes possible to grasp specific and simple to three-dimensional universal aspect on framework dimensions, but also documentation of folk house design know-how is done, and the architectural design standards of Korean folk house is written in the contents according to the area.

In this study, the biological units of elementary school science were classified to the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning out of the 1 st to the 7th National Curriculum using the Dimensions of Learning Project developed by ASCD in USA. Also they were investigated which lower categories of Dimensions of Learning were used to the Curriculum. The results were as follows; First, the average percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of learning increased gradually from lower to higher grade regardless of any versions of Curriculum. For example, the percentages of using the lower categories according to grade 3 to 6 were increased by $56.1\%,\;61.4\%.\;67.1\%,\;86.8\%$ in the 7th Curriculum (r = .942). Second, as a result of investigating the percentages of using lower categories of Dimensions of Learning according to the change of curriculum, the average percentages appeared to be $37.9\%,\;42.9\%,\;41.1\%,\;47.6\%,\;47.6\%,\;50.5\%,\;67.9\%$ from the 1st to the 7th National Curriculum, respectively. In addition, the average percentages were increased gradually from the 1st to the 7th National Curriculum (r = .878). Third, the average percentages of using the lower categories of Dimensions of Learning decreased approximately from 1 st to 5th Dimension. The results are considered to be a desirable organization considering the physiological, cognitive development of elementary students.
