E-business is one of business innovations to get competitive advantage over other competing companies by utilizing information technology which can make to enhance the efficiencies and effectiveness through connecting one or several value activities. E-transformation is the process of business innovation to trans brick and motor companies to brick and click companies to accomodate e-business environments by means of digitalizing business strategy, business system, business process, and company cultures. In this results, the company can develop entirely new value chain of business and render enhanced services to customers. In this paper, I will represent several e-transformation evaluation models which are used to realize e-transformation(trans from brick and motor companies to brick and click companies). Also, I propose the strategic thrust model, which is composed of strategic targets (customer, suppliers, partners) and strategic tools(technology innovation, integration). This model is differentiated with evaluation models in that it can capture the rapidly changing business environments, especially strategic targets(customers, suppliers, partners).

The continuous information technology and telecommunication (ICT) developments inspire several Saudi Arabia citizens to transact and interact online. However, when using online platforms, several people are likely to lose their personal information to cybercriminals. In the survey, 553 Saudi Arabia citizens and 103 information technology (IT) specialists confirm the expansion of digital economy and the need for smart cities with various services, including e-commerce and solid cyber security. 96.6% of the participants believe Saudi Arabia is digitalizing its economy; yet, 33.3% of the participants believe that residents are uninformed about living and operating in smart cities. Several people (47.29%) with medium internet speed are more aware about smart cities than those with fastest internet speed (34%). Besides, online transactions via credit cards subjected 55.5% of the participants to privacy and security issues. These findings validate the essence of cyber security awareness programs among Saudi Arabia citizens and IT professionals to boost public trust and acceptance of cybersecurity frameworks.

Business still relies heavily on pen and paper for legal reasons or convenience. The handwritten document is to be converted into digitalized document for IT system to manage and process in real time. Because the previous document digitalization systems convert the handwritten documents into digitalized documents by scanning and post-processing the documents, it is difficult to seamlessly proceed the work process. This paper proposes the LiveForm, a framework for digitalizing handwritten document using digital pen and handwriting recognition technology. To prove the applicability of the proposed LiveForm, we also implement a LiveForm based service in industrial gas distribution process and analyze effects of the system. The LiveForm generates the same digital image as the handwritten document by writing up the paper with absolute coordinates by digital pen and converts the handwriting data to digital text to insert the information into back-end system. The LiveForm based system eliminates scanning for document digitalization and data input with keyboard into back-end system in paper-based information gathering. Therefore, it is possible for the LiveForm to improve work process in various business areas.

The digital information of Land is very important as the basis of geo-spatial information system. And the necessity of it is also increasing. But these days, every other institute that is needing digital map is seperately digitalizing lsnd information. So we need the stadard of accuracy evaluation and the method of hypothesis test for it. In this study, we check the standards of foreign countries and compare and analyze with our country's. After doing it, we suggest the direction for standard of digital map and statistical methods for testing accuracy evaluation about total maps that is digitized. Using hypergeometric distribution for considering consumer risk and producer risk, the statistical test can be for deciding optimal sampling map numbers by the total map and the agreement of contacting parties.

Currently the time when we are living the large majority is harmonizing with digital medium together. From the calligraphy which is traditional in the example is reconstituted with digital and with the element which is one design is being born again. This about one being time is not a fun in rediscovery and as the design where the traditional form which seems hardly is modern is mixed in digital medium and is going. In this paper when digitalizing the expressive technique of calligraphy from the work which is analog time knows the important element of the actual conditions which appear and the report person does. The ink which appears from joke from actual work or calligraphy technique analyzes the actual condition spreading and this digitalization at the time of height boil time.

So far several attempts have been made to digitalizing sea transport documents. Three notable examples are SeaDocs, Bolero, e-B/L Korea and Ess-Databridge. Ess-Databridge was established in 2003, with the aim of promoting the use of electronic alternative to shipping documents. The ESS-Databridge system was piloted from 2005 and went live in January 2010. The ESS-Databridge operates under a private legal outline, the Databridge Services and Users Agreement (DSUA). In the Ess-Databridge system, only the user who is in control of the original bill of lading will be able to indorse it on to another user. Once the indorsement is effected and unless the indorsee decide store turn the documents, the indorser loses control and retains access only to an electronic document marked 'copy' for its records. A feature that appears to have been crucial to the success of the CargoDocs service is that visually, e-B/Ls produced using ESS-Databridge appear identical to the paper documents. The ESS-Databridge may be even more successful if the legislators take certain steps that will increase uniformity and certainty in electronic transport documentation.

This study describes the digitalization of technical documents of construction projects using database for storage and XML for exchange format on the web. First, for this purpose, the requirements for effective digitalization are identified. Second, the strategies for using database and XML are presented. These strategies include the way to store and search for the technical documents, to draw up the XML document for some parts of the technical documents, to arrange the components in their proper hierarchy, to manage the graphics and mathematical expressions in database and XML documents. Finally we discussed the validities of the results of this study by partial implementation for structural design sheets which has all the characteristics of technical documents.

It is current status that currently-used 'electronic cash' cannot go beyond the physically and commonly-used as it is used by digitalizing the existing commodity money. Especially in case of bitcoin, though it is issued only by the activity called 'mining' without the issuing body and used in some countries in relatively-active way as it is admitted as the currency in the way that proves the transaction through 'BlockChain' in the form of P2P for the transaction among the individuals, it has several issues due to the characteristics it has. So, this research is willing to suggest the alternative plan to matter of policy, managerial and technical problems regarding the vitalization plan of bitcoin.
