Recently it is important to protect the digital contents copyright because the multimedia industry is growing rapidly and the network technology is highly developed. Current digital content protection methods have disadvantage that there is very hardly accessible to the digital contents and also it has a limit that it cannot protect the contents once the encrypted contents decrypt. In order to solve this problem, digital watermarking technology has been introduced. This study presents the trend of digital watermarking technology, especially standardization and the trend of digital watermarking algorithms.

Due to COVID-19, the digital transformation centered on unmanned and non-face-to-face is accelerating. Like a digital civilization, it is changing into a digital age, but for those who cannot use digital, the inconveniences in daily life are falling to the level of digital illiteracy. There is a social gap between digital users and non-users, and digital non-users are separated from society. For the digital socialization of the digitally underprivileged, the transition to the digital world is accelerating, and the ability to use digital in everyday life is becoming more important. As the transition to the digital world accelerates, individual social and economic differences are occurring. These problems are hindering the sustainable growth of society. In this study, in order to receive digital education conveniently, we intend to design an education model with excellent accessibility as an education that can be received by all citizens. It is intended to propose a digital education model that can be used universally and solve the inconvenience of life through digital comprehensive competency education that can be received step by step and can be easily received.

Recently, because of the rapid remarkable development of the digital media, contemporary society is continuously extending and changing over the limitation of the human recognition. But in the field of architectural form creation, a diagram used in the design process of the past is not enough to reflect a complication, contingent and multiple quality of these contemporary society. So, to reveal the rhizomorphous and non-hierarchial qualify of the contemporary digital network society, architecture became necessary to use the diagram with digital media which have various possibilities to present architect's abstract images that the diagram of the past couldn't do. Therefore, this study proposes that the process for creating architectural form with the digital diagram be a alternative to conquest the limits of contemporary architecture, so it present the complicate and contingent quality of contemporary society. Furthermore, it examines the quality and possibility of the diagram by understanding the creation and transformation of the digital diagram, and how to apply to the actual architecture process of the creating form.

This study is to develop digital leadership in a field of national defense. Today, korean society is facing the crisis of national security. But national defense leadership is not show in the circumstance of national security crisis. As you know, national defense leadership is a process that make use of influence. Which means it converges people's interest and demands well and also show people the right vision of national defense and make them to comply the policy about national security. Because of the environmental change, our national defense leadership is having a new turning point. First, international order, which is under post-cold war, raises possibility of guarantee of peace and security in international society but also, cause the increase of multiple uncertainty and small size troubles in security circumstance. In addition, Korean society is rushing into democratization and localization period by success in peaceful change of political power went through about three times. The issue of political neutralization of military is stepping into settlement but still, negative inheritance of old military regime is worrying about it. In this situation, we can't expect rise in estimation about the importance of security and military's reason for being. So, military have to give their concern to not only internal maintenance of order and control and growth of soldiers but also developing external leadership to strength influence to society and military's the reason for being. So for these alternative I'm suggesting a digital leadership of national defense which fits digital era. This digital leadership is the leadership which can accept and understand digital technology and lead the digital organization. To construct digital national defense we need a practical leadership. The leadership has to be digital leadership with digital competence that can direct vision of digital national defense and carry out the policy. A leader who ha s digital leadership can lead the digital society. The ultimate key to construct digital government, digital corporate and digital citizen depends on digital leader with digital mind. To be more specific, digital leadership has network leadership, next generation leadership, knowledge driven management leadership, innovation oriented leadership. A leader with this kind of leadership is the real person with digital leadership. From now on, to rise this, we have to build up human resource development strategy and develop educational training program.

Current information-oriented society is expanding rapidly with the huge change to our society from the information revolution emerged in mid '50s. Information technique such as computer, communication satellite and cable technology play their in this information-oriented society, and in 1980s, digital technique was adopted to media, inviting new phenomenon in communication of overall society. Expectations and hope for new trends and changes from digital era flourished when we entered into new Millenium, the 21st century. Since then we have gone through changes in years from analogue to digital. Now the word 'digital' is conceived in unified manner in almost every fields and influences overall society, changing our life pattern rapidly. Modern society had demanded some speedy and bidirectional communication tool in shifting digital era, and resulted from that was a new culture, Now the society changes more and more quickly under the speedy information sharing. From that perspective we need to establish the aspects of sensibility expression, which is one feature of the communication. The sensibility-oriented digital was originated from the human nature, which counts emotion and composure much. To satisfy the human nature a new cultural value which transcend a traditional one is needed. And the sensitivity expression to meet the need is one communication tendency in digital era. Digital era has totally different social qualities from that of analogue era. In digital era, prompt respond to rapid change and creativity combined with sensitivity are needed. Therefore a man with sensitivity would be more outstanding than a man of intelligence. The picture of digital and analogue in our society consists of two axis one is analogue axis like retrospective trend, admiration for nature , oriental thought etc. , and the other is the digital axis of internet and information technology. Sensibility can be widely interpreted as analogue thinking. It is surely different from the plain retrospective trend or nostalgia for past. It is a tendency that digital technology is used and cooperated with the emotion in human nature, In this paper we suggest the sensitivity expressions in detail through the study cases including both sides of digital and sensitivity expressions such as 'Bravo your life' advertising campaign of Samsung Insurance, MP3 advertising campaign, and 'Mini-homepage' of Cyworld. Under the circumstances the main direction of communication is oriented to human. This study's purpose is to think the true meaning of this digital era, to overcoming its weaknesses, such as over-dependency on technique and selfish individualism and to harmonize digital and sensitivity expression. The sensitivity-oriented expression than the reason-oriented one is expected to be put forth in whole media, and this is a more efficient tendency under the shifting digital era.

Digital Signage is outdoor media to provide each content and message through digital displays instead that posters and signs are displayed on public facilities. Recently, digital signage have been popular to deliver variety information and advertising on the rapid development of intelligent digital imaging devices based LCD, LED. Continuously digital signage demand and market are growing because digital signage feature is able to capable of interactive communication. Digital signage is expected that digital advertising market is continue rising in spite of global economic downturn at various research institutions, and it is expected to replace traditional media advertising in a new way with the coming digital signage at convergence media side.

Today, the activities of individuals and corporations are dependent not only on digital technology but also on the future of society, which is referred to as the fourth industrial revolution. Since the traces that arise from the crimes that occur in the digital society are also inevitably developed into a society that should be found in the digital, the judicial dependence of judging by the digital evidence is inevitably increased in the criminal procedure. On the other hand, considering the fact that many users are using virtual shared computing resources of service providers considering the fact that they are being converted into a cloud computing environment system, searching for evidence in cloud computing resources is not related to crime. The possibility of infringing on the basic rights of the criminal procedure is increased, so that the ability of evidence of digital data which can be used in the criminal procedure is limited. Therefore, considering these two aspects of digital evidence, this point should be fully taken into account in judging the evidence ability in the post-seizure warrant issuance and execution stage as well as the pre-emptive control. There is a view that dictionary control is useless, but it needs to be done with lenient control in order to materialize post-modern control through judging ability of evidence. In other words, more efforts are needed than ever before, including legislation to ensure proper criminal procedures in line with the digital age.

Technological development of information and communication have brought sharp changes to every sector such as society, culture, economy and education because of knowledge and information-oriented society. The number of classes has decreased, and some schools are closed or incorporated due to decrease of the population. Such phenomenon has brought changes to learning using digital technology and space. A change called digital innovation is characterized by interactive communication centering on the internet network. Therefore, it is very important to predict educational environment to be changed according to digital environment and to note how real learning space is changed. The development of digital technology in society in general presents two concepts of digital and contents, digitalized information. Such technology is recognized as a new paradigm in education sector and a new space is created through participation of instructors and learners in learning space. This study analysed cases of learning space of elementary schools based on bibliographical examination and related bibliography including data from academic presentations and news release to present developed leaning space. To present healthy and creative learning environment which can lead knowledge and information-based society in the future, the preface described the background, purpose, methods and range of the study, and analysed transitional processes of society and culture, digital learning contents, and learning space in education of elementary schools. Finally the study identified trends and cases of research on learning space and suggested digital learning contents space.

This study investigates the effects of different types of digital informatization (i.e. access, skill, utilization) on life satisfaction. The mediation effects of the outcome of digital device use between digital informatization and life satisfaction are also tested. The '2020 Survey on the Digital Divide' conducted by the National Information Society Agency was referenced for empirical analysis. The findings show that in general, digital informatization contributes to improving life satisfaction. In addition, the outcome of digital device use mediates the positive relationship between digital informatization and life satisfaction. However, the magnitudes of the effects of digital informatization and mediation effects differed according to the types of digital informatization. This study supports the necessity and justification for a digital informatization policy and provides valuable information that helps establish and promote digital informatization policies. In addition, this study helps to understand the determinants of the third-level digital divide information by examining the relationship between digital informatization and the outcome of digital device use.

In this paper, we examine the relations of two closely related concepts, the digital Lusternik-Schnirelmann category and the digital higher topological complexity, with each other in digital images. For some certain digital images, we introduce κ-topological groups in the digital topological manner for having stronger ideas about the digital higher topological complexity. Our aim is to improve the understanding of the digital higher topological complexity. We present examples and counterexamples for κ-topological groups.
