본 연구는 금융기관의 디지털플랫폼 역량과 고객지향성이 활용·탐색을 통하여 서비스혁신행동에 미치는 영향의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구모형 검증을 위하여 금융기관종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 280부의 설문지를 SPSS 25와 SmartPLS 2.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 디지털플랫폼역량은 활용과 탐색에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 고객지향성은 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 탐색에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 활용과 탐색은 모두 서비스혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 금융기관의 서비스혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 디지털플랫폼역량과 고객지향성의 관계를 새롭게 조명하였으며, 실증연구를 통한 연구의 범위를 확대하였다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 변수 및 연구표본을 대상으로 한 연구의 시도가 필요하다 하겠다.

Purpose: The study has identified factors affecting dynamic capabilities and the distribution of competitive advantage under the impact of dynamic capabilities of Vietnamese fintech businesses. Research design, data, and methods: The method used in this study is a survey analysis of 120 Vietnamese fintech businesses to test the hypothesized relationships of the research model as well as evaluate its effectiveness. The study uses the Cronbach alpha analysis, factor analyses, and structural equation modeling to assess the research's measurement and structural models. Results: Research results show that 3 critical success factors: "Capacity to develop financial service ideas," "Ability to develop a platform," and "Business capacity" have a positive impact on "Dynamic capabilities." In addition, the study also evaluates the effect of "dynamic capabilities" on the "competitive advantage" of fintech businesses. Conclusion: Theoretically, this result contributes to discovering new, specific factors affecting the dynamic capabilities of fintech businesses. In practice, the research results are empirical evidence of the distribution of competitive advantages of Vietnamese Fintech businesses and their impact on dynamic capabilities.

K-water는 기후위기에 따른 물관리의 복잡성, 불확실성에 대응하기 위해 수문자료 센싱, 고품질의 데이터 관리 등 ICT 인프라 운영 경험 및 물관리 역량을 기반으로 디지털트윈 물관리 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 본 플랫폼은 유역내 실시간 기상·수문 관측자료와 유관기관 정보를 연계하여 3차원 지형자료에 표출하고 홍수, 수질 등 다양한 상황을 시뮬레이션하여 결과를 표출 및 분석하고 이에 대한 피드백을 통해 최적의 의사결정을 지원하는 체계로 구성되어 있다. 본 플랫폼은 섬진강유역을 대상으로 시범구축 하였으며, 향후 5대강 유역을 대상으로 공간적 범위를 확대할 계획이다. 이를 통해 댐 하류·지류 합류부 등 재해 취약지점까지 아우르는 종합적인 물관리 의사결정의 One-System으로 확장할 계획이다. 또한 안전하고 효율적인 물관리를 기반으로 새로운 물산업 생태계를 조성하고, 민간기업과의 기술협력을 통해 디지털 물산업 기술 경쟁력 확보에도 기여하고자 한다.

This study aimed to develop a digital thesaurus dedicated to cataloging the traditional common culture of the Greater Mekong Subregion. The process followed a meticulous seven-step methodology, including scoping, vocabulary collection, knowledge structure analysis, relationship delineation, related word adjustments, list validation, and evaluation. Leveraging principles from knowledge organization, thesaurus construction, and digital platform development, the TemaTres web application emerged as the primary tool for constructing this thesaurus. The study's results showed that 2,042 principal words related to the traditional common culture of the Greater Mekong Subregion were compiled and classified into terms for each of the seven deep levels. Each term was accompanied by essential metadata, including broader and narrower terms, related terms, cross-references, and scope notes. This rich dataset empowered semantic search capabilities across diverse applications and web services, providing access to knowledge pertaining to the traditional common culture of the Greater Mekong Subregion and contributing to a deeper understanding of this cultural domain.

The increased application of the da Vinci robotic platform (Intuitive Surgical Inc.) for microsurgery has led to the development of new adjunctive surgical instrumentation. In microsurgery, the robotic platform can provide high definition $12{\times}-15{\times}$ digital magnification, broader range of motion, fine instrument handling with decreased tremor, reduced surgeon fatigue, and improved surgical productivity. This paper presents novel adjunctive tools that provide enhanced optical magnification, micro-Doppler sensing of vessels down to a 1-mm size, vein mapping capabilities, hydro-dissection, micro-ablation technology (with minimal thermal spread-$CO_2$ laser technology), and confocal microscopy to provide imaging at a cellular level. Microsurgical outcomes from the use of these tools in the management of patients with infertility and chronic groin and testicular pain are reviewed. All these instruments have been adapted for the robotic console and enhance the robot-assisted microsurgery experience. As the popularity of robot-assisted microsurgery grows, so will its breadth of instrumentation.

최근 전 세계 보험업계에도 기계학습, 자연어 처리, 딥러닝 등의 인공지능 기술 활용을 통한 디지털 전환이 급속도로 확산하고 있다. 이에 따라 인공지능 기술을 기반으로 한 인슈어테크와 플랫폼 비즈니스 성공을 이룬 해외 보험사들도 증가하고 있다. 대표적으로 중국 최대 민영기업인 평안보험그룹은 '금융과 기술', '금융과 생태계'를 기업의 핵심 키워드로 내세우며 끊임없는 혁신에 도전한 결과, 인슈어테크와 디지털플랫폼 분야에서 괄목할만한 성과를 보이며 중국의 글로벌 4차 산업혁명을 선도하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 평안보험그룹 인슈어테크와 플랫폼 비즈니스 활동을 ser-M 분석 모델을 통해 분석하여 국내 보험사들의 인공지능 기술기반 비즈니스 활성화를 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 했다. ser-M 분석 모델은 기업의 경영전략을 주체, 환경, 자원, 메커니즘 관점에서 통합적으로 해석이 가능한 프레임으로, 최고경영자의 비전과 리더십, 기업의 역사적 환경, 다양한 자원 활용, 독특한 메커니즘 관계가 통합적으로 해석되도록 연구하였다. 사례분석 결과, 평안보험은 안면·음성·표정 인식 등 핵심 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 세일즈, 보험인수, 보험금 청구, 대출 서비스 등 업무 전 영역을 디지털로 혁신함으로써 경비 절감과 고객서비스 발전을 이루었다. 또한 '중국 내 온라인 데이터'와 '회사가 축적한 방대한 오프라인 데이터 및 통찰력'을 인공지능, 빅데이터 분석 등 신기술과 결합하여 금융 서비스와 디지털 서비스 사업이 통합된 디지털 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 이러한 평안보험그룹의 성공 배경을 ser-M 관점에서 분석해 보면, 창업자 마밍즈 회장은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 디지털 기술발전, 시장경쟁 및 인구 구조의 변화를 빠르게 포착하여 새로운 비전을 수립하고 디지털 기술중시의 민첩한 리더십을 발휘하였다. 환경변화에 대응한 창업자 주도의 강력한 리더십을 바탕으로 인공지능 기술 투자, 우수 전문인력 확보, 빅데이터 역량 강화 등 내부자원을 혁신하고, 외부 흡수역량의 결합, 다양한 업종 간의 전략적 제휴를 통해 인슈어테크와 플랫폼 비즈니스를 성공적으로 끌어냈다. 이와 같은 성공사례 분석을 통하여 인슈어테크와 디지털플랫폼 도입을 본격 준비하고 있는 국내 보험사들에게 디지털 시대에 필요한 경영 전략과 리더십에 대한 시사점을 줄 수 있다.

The safety critical systems in nuclear power plants should be designed to have a high level of fault tolerant capability because those systems are used for protection or mitigation of the postulated accidents of nuclear reactor. Due to increasing of the system complexity of the digital based system in nuclear fields, the reliability of the digital based systems without an auto-test or a self-diagnostic feature is generally lower than those of analog system. To overcome this problem, additional redundant architectures in each redundant channel and self-diagnostic features are commonly integrated into the digital safety systems. The self diagnostic function is a key factor for increasing fault tolerant capabilities in the digital based safety system. This paper presents an availability and safety evaluation model to analyze the effect to the system's fault tolerant capabilities depending on self-diagnostic features when the loss or erroneous behaviors of self-diagnostic function are expected to occur. The analysis result of the proposed model on the several modules of a safety platform shows that the improvement effect on unavailability of each module has generally become smaller than the result of usage of conventional models and the unavailability itself has changed significantly depending on the characteristics of failures or errors of self-diagnostic function.

한국 물류산업은 양적인 측면에서 물류전문인력의 부족과 질적인 측면에서 산업계 요구에 부응한 실무 전문가를 양성해야 하는 이중고에 처해 있다. 본 연구는 국내와 해외 물류인력 양성교육을 상호 비교해 보고 디지털 시대에 필요한 물류인력의 역량과 기술들을 제시함으로써 국내 물류인력 양성정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 대학의 물류교육과정 전수조사를 통해 물류인력의 수급상황을 검토하였고, 해외의 성공적인 물류분야 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 사례분석을 시도하였으며, 심도있는 문헌연구를 통해 물류인력에 요구되는 기술과 역량을 종합적으로 제시하였다. 향후 효과적인 물류인력 양성을 위해서는 첫째, 국가표준물류역량지도의 작성과 이를 토대로 국가물류 역량개발 통합플랫폼 구축, 둘째, 물류인력양성을 위한 산학교육훈련 생태계 조성, 셋째, 디지털전환과 COVID-19 팬데믹에 대응한 신규 물류인력을 육성을 위한 교육프로그램 등이 필요하다.

본 논문은 국내 독립 SW기업(ISV, Independent Software Vendor)이 어떤 조건을 갖추었을때 플랫폼 생태계 참여에 더 적극적인가를 분석한 연구이다. 기업은 기술혁신의 결과를 전유할 수 있을 때와 해당 기술을 가치로 전환할 수 있는 보완자산(마케팅, 제조역량 등)을 보유한 경우 기술혁신에 적극적이다. 본 연구에서는 두 조건이 플랫폼 생태계 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또, SW기업이 보유한 제품 포트폴리오와 플랫폼의 서비스간 경쟁관계가 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 준다고 보고, 해당 요인의 영향도 분석하였다. 디지털 플랫폼 기업들과 파트너 협약을 한 국내 독립 SW기업 그리고 이에 대응하는 비슷한 수의 플랫폼 미참여 기업으로 표본집단을 구성하여 플랫폼 참여, 특허 및 개발 후 사업화 역량, 경쟁관계 등의 데이터를 취합하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과 특허 보유 여부는 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 주지 않았다. 혁신기술과 사업모델의 노출에 따른 위험보다 플랫폼 기업과 협력으로부터 발생하는 효익이 크다고 판단한 결과로 여겨진다. 반면, 사업화 역량 보유와 경쟁 관계는 플랫폼 참여에 영향을 주었다. 협력의 결과를 가치로 전환할 수 있는 사업화 역량을 보유한 경우 플랫폼 참여 가능성이 커진다. 또, 제품 포트폴리오가 플랫폼 서비스와 경쟁보다 보완관계가 될 때 협력에 적극적이다. 본 연구는 국내 독립 SW기업과 디지털 플랫폼 기업간 협력을 다룬 실증연구로서 해외에는 유사 선행 연구가 있지만 국내에는 유사한 연구사례가 없다. 플랫폼 생태계 참여 기업과 미 참여 기업을 표본집단으로 구성하여 플랫폼 생태계 참여 결정요인을 실증분석을 통해 규명하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

We have developed a multi band digital hearing aid algorithm emphasizing feedback cancellation and a hardware module to evaluate the performance of our algorithm. The hearing aids should be able to compensate for individual hearing loss characteristics of hearing impaired person. Thus hearing aids need the function of multi-bands amplification and the capabilities of feedback cancellation that can remove howling caused by acoustic feedback. In this paper, we proposed a digital hearing aid algorithm which has multi-bands compensation using modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) and can efficiently remove acoustic feedbacks. Moreover, we have developed digital hearing aid hardware module, which can evaluate hearing aid algorithms in real time operation. The developed algorithm and hardware module were verified through computer simulation and clinical tests. Through operational experiments, good performances in real time operation environment and an efficient howling cancellation were also observed. The developed hardware module can operate in stable condition and it is expected to become a good hardware platform for developing hearing aid algorithms.
