  • Currently, the record of part-timer is mainly written in handwriting or using excel work schedule, paper work recorder, and time attendance program using POS program. And, work table, commute records, paycheck are managed separately. Time-attendance information is not linked and is managed separately, and payment of wages is often not done accurately. And, it is difficult to pay the wages because it is not able to accurately grasp the state of attendance of part-timer. Therefore, it is necessary to have a transparent wage and work management system based on the trust between the owner and the part-timer. In this paper, we design a system that can perform real-time commute check using beacon, transparent wage management, wage calculation by automatic calculation, and smooth communication between owner and the part-timer. We have also implemented a store management mobile application using Android Studio 2.3, Eclipse, Android 5.1 and Beacon devices in a MySQL environment.

Specifically the study tries to analyze the changing trends of strategic orientation and investigate the general management and information technology strategy of Korean hospitals. Self-administered Questionnaires were distributed to 721 hospitals nationwide and finally 98 Questionnaires were analyzed for the study. The results of the study are as follows : 1) Half of the respondent hospitals reported that they have an analyzer orientation in 2000, whereas 19.4% were prospectors, reactors 16.4%, and defenders 14.3%. However, the respondent hospitals intended to have a prospector orientation in the future (2002), while 29.6% planned on being analyzers, 17.3% reactors, and 3.1% defenders. 2) Hospital services for improving patient satisfaction were the most common. strategy for the respondent hospitals, followed by cost containment, organizational restructuring, employee education, purchasing system change, specialization of clinical services, quality improvement of medical care, strengthening the networking with the stakeholders, public relations and marketing strategy, diversification, and installing the information system. However, the strategies of annual salary system, retrenchment of unprofitable services, merit payment based on performance were still not popular for the respondent hospitals. 3) As for the strategies related with information technology, most hospitals have not implemented actively, except for the establishment of home-pages, order communication systems, and insurance claims through electronic data interchange system. 4) There were significant differences in the level of strategy implementation in terms of the ownership, bed size, financial performance, and the top managers I knowledge of information technology. The larger bed size, the higher financial performance, the better knowledge of information technology the top managers have, the more strategies the respondent hospitals implemented. The managerial and political implications for Korean hospitals in digital era were also discussed.

  • Intelligent transportation systems are one of the most important new forms of infrastructure on domestic roads, and is a system that makes possible the most efficient movement of vehicles on a road. The High Pass system, which is a domestic intelligent transportation system, started a little later than in other countries but developed at a rapid pace. With the recent introduction of smart tolling technology, it provided an opportunity to stop and review the tolling system. This study aims to investigate the driving method and results of LDCC for domestic smart towing through case study. Unlike other companies, Lotte Data Communication Company has long invested in payment systems. It has little experience investing in infrastructure, but participated in the Smart Toll System at the Gwangan Bridge in cooperation with the Busan City government, to lead the development of intelligent transportation systems. LDCC, which has made new investments, not only exceeded its existing core competencies, but also upgraded Korea's tolling system's ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improved its financial performance.

  • The increase of electronic commerce leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of researches on payment system. Recently many researches on a system which provides anonymity in order to protect user\`s privacy have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by anonymity control system. This thesis will include the following. First, I want to analyze the old scheme related to divisible and examine general ideas of anonymity control. Second, I propose a new blind signature in addition to KCDSA, the standard digital signature in Korea. The last one I want to propose is a new electronic cash system with the divisible for more efficient use of electronic cash which can control anonymity with the help of trustee.

  • This study deals with controversial issues surrounding the today′s cyber-taxation and recommends feasible consumption tax system architecture titled Global Electronic Tax Invoice System (GETI). The GETI is an electronic consumption tax architecture to provide "all-in-one" tax and e-payment services through a trusted third party (TTP). GETI is designed to streamline the overall cyber-taxation process and provide simplified and transparent tax invoice services through an authorized np. To ensure information security, GETI incorporates public Key infrastructure (PKI) based digital certificates and other data encryption schemes when calculating, reporting, paying, and auditing tax in the electronic commerce environment. GETI is based on the OECD cyber-taxation agreement that was reached in January 2001, which established the taxation model for B2B and B2C electronic commerce transactions. For the value added tax systems, tax invoice is indispensable to commerce activities, since they provide documentations to prove the validity of commercial transactions. As paper-based tax invoice systems are gradually phased out and are replaced with electronic tax invoice systems, there is an increasing need to develop a reliable, efficient, transparent, and secured cyber-taxation architecture. To design such architecture, several desirable system attributes were considered -- reliability, efficiency, transparency, and security. GETI was developed with these system attributes in mind.

  • A divisible off-line electronic cash system based on cut-and-choose has first been proposed by [OO91] and recently more efficient single term divisible cash system was presented in [EO94] which is based on Brand's scheme [Bra93]. In this paper, we present a different type of single term divisible electronic cash system which is more efficient than previously proposed systems such as [OO91], [YLR93], and [EO94] in the standpoint of the amount of communication, the number of modular multiplications required in the payment transactions, and the storage requirement in the withdrawal protocol. Our scheme is a modified version of [LL93], where the major improvement has been made in its withdrawal transaction to introduce untraceability and multi-spendability. We have borrowed the idea of the withdrawal protocol of our scheme from [EO94] with minor modifications. Transferability in our scheme allows only a finite number of transfer. Our scheme satisfies an the desirable properties of an electronic cash system such as untraceability, divisibility and transferability. In addition, we present a n-spendable cash. The basic idea of extension to multi-spendability has been borrowed from [Bra93] with minor modifications.
