This research suggests the security countermeasures for solving technology outflow of small-medium companies in New IT Environment through level comparison of security cognition and security management between small-medium companies and major big companies. According to analysis results, it is poor for small-medium companies' level of security cognition and security management compared with major big companies. Small-medium companies need to manage technology outflow to major big companies' level in New IT Environment. Small-medium companies has started to build New IT Environment recently and it must build the appropriate security system for small-medium companies at the same time. Small-medium company has more problem with budget and proffessionals to maintain the security of technology outflow. Therefore government has to support systematic management for the security of technology outflow to Small-medium companies

A German philosopher, Herbert Bolz predicted that the human way of thinking would be fundamentally and completely changed because of digital media and the 'Gutenberg-Galaxis', named by M.McLuhan which was symbolized of modern reason was doomed to be over. He thought that the limit of reason-centered European culture would be overcome by the up-to-date multimedia to revive the communication life. On this theory, he emphasized the emotional perception, 'aisthesis' which is original meaning of aesthetics. That is to say, he insisted on the restoration of communication media to enable the five senses' amusement condition mentioned by Kant. This thesis asserts that the representative hypermedia digital animation may play a key role to rehabilitate human sensibility pressed by reason centered modernism. Digital animation has the unique worth of Art that is firstly to deal with time and space and enable unlimited expressions and can communicate effectively as a characteristic synthetic medium which consists of intensive computer techniques. Based on the background, this thesis analyzes the possibility of the digital animation as a new medium. Especially, it is focused on the relations to the hypermedia theory of Norbert Bolz who is a media analyst and professor of a design college.

For the most domestic small and medium sized enterprises, having found no solution of the growth. For most companies do overcome stagnation phenomenon in the growth phase, stratagy of the technical innovation is very important. In this paper, we will study the concept of growing pains and stagnation cause of domestic small and medium sized enterprises. Through this, classifying small and medium sized enterprises growing step and find out the factors that to lead technical innovation for growth. we suggest plan for stratagy to continue the growth of small enterprises to mid-sized enterprises a standpoint of the technical innovation at each growth step.

This paper proposes several alternative government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. First, this paper considers reforming factors relating to current financial supporting policy and studies foreign government supporting loan programs through benchmarking so as to derive alternative financing supporting policy. Secondly, this paper analyses several investment supporting policies on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises. Finally, new Korean government financial supporting policy on IT-related small and medium sized enterprises is collectively diagnosed by putting comprehensive analyses together in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

Purpose: Marketing and especially distribution channels has proved challenging for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide due to its exorbitant cost. The objective of this study is to access the role and impact of digital marketing as a new distribution channel in companies located in Kosovo. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objective of the research, data was collected from 64 respondents/participants working in different organizations and sectors. Results: The result of the data collected showed that digital marketing plays a huge role and an effective medium in distribution of products and services, and helps in boosting sales of companies. The results showed that this form of marketing helps with retention of customers and cost effectiveness. Conclusions: The managerial implication of this study is that it is believed that customers in the topical conversation region are impacted by Kosovo businesses and their online marketing initiatives. The results of this study suggest that marketers and managers should take advantage of social media in order to accomplish the study's main objective. However, for enhanced productivity and high-level effectiveness of Digital marketing in Kosovo, there should be proper sensitization on the available digital marketing options and how it can be done.

The digital TRS(Trunked Radio System) is an excellent alternative for the transmission medium for the DAS(Distribution Automation System). KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) made the power IT network with digital TRS system. The main function of the radio network is transmitting and receiving information for the DAS. KEPCO's digital TRS is based on TETRA standard. The digital TRS supports data communication for the electric power control and monitoring systems in various ways.

In a game such as MMORPG, players often see occlusions between primary actors in a shot where shows a close quarter combat. This paper proposes an occlusion resolution technique(MOS) by grafting a medium shot technique and an over-shoulder shot technique to strengthen a confrontation structure. A medium shot technique sets 4 reference points at the up/down/left/right on the sphere of target. An over-shoulder shot technique is a technique of locating the reference points on the side variably. An occluder is replaced with 2 spheres. If a ray is emitted to a reference point from the camera point and intersects a sphere of occluder, it becomes a potential occlusion state. If so, we start to move the camera to the right or left of the occluder, keep moving it while new position of camera is in potential occlusion state, and stop its movement when the occlusion is resolved. Our experiments show that MOS technique consumes operational time of $13.7{\mu}s$ per shot on average, and that it resolves occlusions in 9.26% of ratio on average, and so doesn't have any effect on viewer's sight.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of financial structure on management performance for financial consulting through 562 small and medium sized enterprises in GyeongIn area. Meanwhile, the independent variables are non current assets ratio, total assets turnover ratio and debt ratio, the dependent variables are operating profit on sale and net profit on equity. Generally speaking, the financial structure have a positive effects on management performance.
