This study aims to empirically prove that blockchain games can provide business model innovations through interoperability among NFT based game items. Through our research on 'PlayDapp platform', we figured out that the technological innovation of blockchain games not only has provided a positive influence to the socio-economic and industrial ecosystem perspectives, but also it differentiates companies(game developers and platform providers in this eco-system) and increases customer benefits.

The purpose of this study is the effects of Social Characteristics and Personal Characteristics on Virtual Asset Purchase Intention. TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) model is validated as a theoretical background. possessiveness, and innovation tendency, herding, subjective norm, attitude, and Purchase intention were composed of variables. The method of the study collected 474 data of those experienced in NFT through a survey and conducted as a structural equation modeling method using AMOS. The result of this paper shows that 4 hypotheses are accepted statistically significant except 1 hypotheses among 5 hypotheses. Therefore, this study demonstrated the factors that influence the purchase intention of non-fungible tokens. This study concluded that possessiveness, herding, subjective norm, attitude had a statistically significant effect on Purchase intention. NFT research is just getting started, and there are not many empirical studies targeting investors, interested people, and companies. In this respect, this study will be able to provide useful information for NFT research.

While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

This paper proposes DIT (Digital Investment Trust) agent based on ECSSL (Elliptic Curve SSL). This DIT agent is a banking project using IT (Investment Trust) conception based on EC (Electronic Commerce) and can manage micro payment, account opening and account transferring. In addition, ECSSL (Elliptic Curve SSL) protocol is implemented which consists of much better encryption functions than existing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol. Therefore, This DIT agent based on ECSSL protocol protects a customer's information and asset from third party.

This study aims to propose an implementation plan for ensuring the digital continuity of university information resources that require the continuous management of temporary and permanent records in digital transformation environments. Thus, the cases of The National Archives (TNA; United Kingdom) and the National Archives of Australia (NAA)'s digital continuity policies were investigated and analyzed, drawing implications for ensuring universities' digital continuity. The process for ensuring digital continuity proposed by TNA was then applied to a university case for the proposal of an implementation plan applicable to university information resources.

This study is based on data ecology theory and takes Chinese local governments' open public data as the research object. Data asset value assessment methods are compared from a new perspective of data business operations. The results show that the assessment model constructed using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) can more objectively reflect the commercial value of government open data assets than the traditional cost, revenue and market methods, has the advantage of a comprehensive assessment of data value index, and better reflects the findings of a comprehensive index of regional data value. The data show that the local government data value assessment index is positively proportional to the region's digital economy development index, highlighting the driving effect on the digital economy. The results of the study provide a good help for the identification of local government data value rights. The research and practice of promoting the construction of data innovation and data business operation models, improving social well-being and promoting the rapid development of the digital economy to achieve data realisation provides a good reference.

This study analyzed the index change in efficiency and productivity for the tax reorganization project of the regional headquarters of Korea Asset Management Corporation using panel data for 3 years from 2017 to 2019 using the DEA-Malmquist analysis model. According to the DEA analysis result, the average of the efficiency by the CCR model of the regional headquarters tax reorganization project of the Korea Asset Management Corporation was 0.671 in 2017, 0.772 in 2018, and 0.699 in 2019, and the average of the efficiency by the BCC model was 0.798 in 2017, 0.851 in 2018 and 0.771 in 2019. As a result of analyzing the Malmquist productivity index, the time series average productivity index MPI increased by 4.5%. These results appear to be attributable to the increase in technological efficiency, technological change, and scale-efficiency change rather than the decrease in net efficiency change. Looking at the change in MPI by year, it decreased by 14.6% in 2017-2018, but increased significantly to 27.8% in 2018-2019. Through the results of DEA analysis of specific tax projects of public corporations, each regional headquarters of Korea Asset Management Corporation will be able to contribute to reinforcing business capabilities through mutual benchmarking.

Instrumentation and control systems measure and control various variables of nuclear facilities to operate nuclear power plants safely. A diverse protection system, a representative instrumentation and control system, generates a reactor trip and turbine trip signal by high pressure in a pressurizer and containment to satisfy the design requirements 10CFR50.62. Also, it generates an auxiliary feedwater actuation signal by low water levels in steam generators. Cybersecurity has become more critical as digital technology is gradually applied to solve problems such as performance degradation due to aging of analog equipment, increased maintenance costs, and product discontinuation. This paper analyzed possible cybersecurity threat scenarios in the diverse protection system using attack trees. Based on the analyzed cybersecurity threat scenario, we calculated the probability of attack occurrence and confirmed the cybersecurity risk in connection with the asset value.

Timer options are financial instruments proposed by Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2007. Unlike vanilla options, where the expiry date is fixed, the expiry date of timer options is determined by the investor's choice, which is in linked to a variance budget. In this study, we derive a pricing formula for hybrid options that combine timer options, digital options, and power options, considering an environment where volatility of an underlying asset follows a fast-mean-reverting process. Additionally, we aim to validate the pricing accuracy of these analytical formulas by comparing them with the results obtained from Monte Carlo simulations. Finally, we conduct numerical studies on these options to analyze the impact of stochastic volatility on option's price with respect to various model parameters.

This study focuses on the management of the news production system in broadcasting companies. This paper concentrates on the process of data registration and metadata management in order to examine whether the currently produced news can have value as a 'public record' in the long term, and whether reliable and accurate information is preserved. In addition, the user experience in the current system is analyzed through in-depth interviews with Ingest Managers, Editors, and Archive Managers, who are closely related to metadata creation compared to other members of the its News Department. Finally, a sustainable metadata quality management method is sought to increase the value of news footage as a 'public record'. In this study, these points can be found out: the metadata of the news agency footage is input manually according to the user's will or working style, that is, the user-friendly metadata input system is insufficient. Accordingly, it can be seen that the quality of the metadata of the news video continues to deteriorate. As an alternative to overcome this, it is found that work flow improvement, system improvement, classification system and metadata improvement plan, etc. are definitely necessary in the short and long term.
