  • It would be desirable in network to implement an efficient asymmetric key cryptosystem which can not only solve the public key authentication problem but also integrate digital signature and key distribution, We propose two ID-based key distribution systems integrated with digital signature, and analyze them in computation and implementation. The first is based on the EIGamal-typed signature scheme, and the second is based on the RSA scheme, Both can be employed in one-pass and interactive key distribution systems.

  • Recently, the acceleration of the development of quantum computers has raised the issue of the safety of factorization and discrete logarithm based digital signature schemes used in existing Internet environments. To solve the issue, several digital signature schemes are presented that are safe in post-quantum computing environments, including standardization work by the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST). In this paper, we design and present a multi-signature scheme based on the TACHYON announced by Behnia et al. in 2018 CCS conference, and prove the security. Multi-signature schemes are key techniques that can distribute the dependence of cryptocurrency-wallet on private keys in the cryptocurrency field, which has recently received much attention as an digital signature application, and many researchers and developers have recently been interested. The multi-signature scheme presented in this paper enables public key aggregation in a plain public key model, which does not require additional zero-knowledge proof, and can construct an effective scheme with only an aggregated public key.

  • We propose an undeniable digital signature scheme which is practical since it has less computation and communication overhead than Chaum's one. We expect that this protocol be useful to develop secure systems such as electronic contract system, electronic mail system and electronic cash system.

  • Electronic Commerce has become the leading method of business in many countries. And related laws are being established and is operating in Korea and China. In this circumstance, Korea's electronic signature law was enacted on February 5, 1999, and has been applied from July 1, 1999. But China's electronic signature law was enacted on August 28, 2004, and has been formally applied from April 1, 2005. This paper is to drive problems of the electronic signature system and law and to show the whole point to be considered in enterprise and the present status of internal and external service under the basis of electronic trade. The purpose of this study aims to present a comparative analysis on the Korean and Chinese electronic signature system and law. In addition to, another point of this paper is suggestions for improvement of legal problem.

  • in 1984 Shamir proposed the concept of ID(identity)-based cryptosystem and digital signature scheme wich does not require any public file for storing the user' s public keys. In this paper, the concept of the ID-based cryptosystem based on discrete logarithm problem using the conven-tional public-key cryptosystems is described, and the implementation method of the ID-based cryptosystem is also presented. The new digital signaturw schme based on the ID-based crypto-system is proposed and possible atacks are considered and analyzed for the security of digital signature scheme. The proposed ID-based schemes are particularrly useful for smart card and personal identification card application.

  • Recently, digital crime is becoming more intelligent, and efficient digital forensic techniques are required to collect evidence for this. In the case of important files related to crime, a specific person may intentionally delete the file. In such a situation, data recovery is a very important procedure that can prove criminal charges. Although there are various methods to recover deleted files, we focuses on the recovery technique using HxD editor. When recovering a deleted file using the HxD editor, check the file structure and access the file data area through calculation. However, there is a possibility that errors such as arithmetic errors may occur when a file approach through calculation is used. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an algorithm that automatically calculates the header and footer of a file after checking the file signature in the root directory for efficient file recovery. If the algorithm proposed in this paper is used, it is expected that the error rate of arithmetic errors in the file recovery process can be reduced.

  • Fragile watermarking is a technique to insert a watermark into an image without significantly degrading its visual quality so that the watermark can be extracted for the purposes of authentication or integrity verification. And the watermark for authentication and integrity verification should be erased easily when the image is changed by filtering etc. In this paper, we propose a image block-wise watermarking method for image tamper proofing using digital signature. In the proposed method, a digital signature is generated from the hash code of the initialized image block. And The proposed method is able to detect the tampered parts of the image without testing the entire block of the watermarked image.

  • Circulation of documents and data has two serious problems in this web-based system. The first of the problems is standardization problem which the flowing documents and data are not always standardized. the other is security problem which secret data can be hacked or cracked, and non-authenticated Person can access and change the contents with malicious intent. Therefore two issues come out on the web-based system, the first is how we can standardize the documents and data and the second is how we can assure safe flowing of them. One way of the standardizing methods is Mark-UP language which uses XML which is extended from SGML to redefine and use documents. And to ensure security of flowing documents we adopt digital signature system using public key and private key The focus of this study is to specify procedures for digital signature on the XML base. and to design XML components for the digital signature to assure information security in circulation of documents and data.

  • According to the improvemnent of electronic commerce, the requirements of security devices are becoming increasingly pervasive. The security API must design easily and securely to support a compatibility feature between security devices. It is chosen the PKCS #11 interface by RSA Labs that shows the compatibility and extensibility standards of many application product and implementation, and supported KCDSA mechanism which is a korean digital signature standard. And the PKCS #11 security API defines new key management function which provides more secure key management ability. We suggest the object attributes and templates of KCDSA private and public key object, generate and verify digital signature using KCDSA mechanism. The PKCS #11 supporting KCDSA mechanism is designed, implemented using C-Language, tested a performance, and analyzed the security and compatibiltiy feature.
