With the advent of the non-face-to-face era, a new type of digital sexual crime with avatars is emerging on the Metaverse virtual reality platform. Due to the lack of clearly established in legal and regulatory systems, it is challenging to punish offenders and acquire digital proof for sexual crimes using these avatars. This research aims to suggest a service and technological solution is development platform that may assist crime prevention and the collection of digital evidence, with a particular emphasis on digital sex crimes that occur in the metaverse, a virtual reality realm. This study explores the reasons behind the difficulty of legal application in the metaverse and then determines the types of digital sex crimes that may occur in the metaverse. In addition, it is suggested what service components the metaverse should contain from the stage of construction and design, can be utilized what element of metaverse in order to prevent illegal activity of avatars.

This study identifies the aspects and characteristics of 'Digital Sexual Crimes' that changed rapidly in recent years. It has identified the so-called "Telegram sexual harassment and exploitation" incident on the front page. We also want to analyze this and draw up policy suggestions that can help prepare social measures. In the wake of the Telegram sexual exploitation scandal, The National Assembly is quickly proposing related bills. However, the reality is that even a clear concept and definition of "Digital sexual Crimes" have not been made yet. The effective support system for victims is also insufficient. Therefore, this paper examines the definition and concept of child sexual exploitation and harassment. We will look at the features, causes, and conditions. In addition, it will examine the current status of Digital Sexual Crimes distribution and deletion of domestic, foreign platforms. Major foreign countries, including the U. S. A. refer to cases in which big data and artificial intelligence technologies are actively used to protect victims and track perpetrators.

Comprehensive Understanding of the Double-sidedness of Sexual Fantasy: focused on disability, crime and treatment. This study was to understand the double-sidedness of sexual fantasy. First, definition of normal sexual fantasy and abnormal sexual fantasy in former researches is discussed. Secondly, sexual fantasy's role as a risk factor in the context of obsessional discomfort or sexual crime. Thirdly, guideline and principle when using sexual fantasy as a tool of treatment. Fourthly, measuring and evaluating tools of sexual fantasy were reviewed and necessity of developing new scale was proposed. In addition, summary and ideas for further research were suggested.

This study used 286 men living without a spouse in the regions of Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam and Chungbuk to review the effects that expressive sexual coping behavior have on the prostitution attitude. During this process, the moderating effect of the factor, 'perception of crime deterrence', was verified. The data were analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0.Major findings are as follows; First, the attitude towards prostitution found in study subjects was higher than average, showing that they had a positive perception. Second, factors affecting the attitude towards prostitution were identified to be education level, health status, employment status, social participation, sexual coping behavior, official and unofficial deterrence as part of crime deterrence. Third, official deterrence as part of crime deterrents appeared to have a moderating effect in the relation between sexual coping behavior and prostitution attitude. Based on these findings, the study presents practical measures to deter prostitution of spouseless men.

One of the dark sides of the development of information and communication technology is the significant increase in cybercrime. In particular, investigators in charge of cyber sexual crime are repeatedly exposed to video data of illegal sexual violence; hence, they are at high risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and experiencing vicarious trauma. Notwithstanding, few studies have focused on these investigators' PTSD, and, to the best of our knowledge, no study has been conducted on the vicarious trauma of cyber sexual crime investigators. Therefore, this study identifies investigators' mental health status (trauma-related, especially) and examines their perception of the currently operating psychological support programs. Further, by reviewing the psychological support system of overseas institutions, we would suggest psychological support and policies necessary for domestic cyber sexual crime units to manage investigators' work stress and prevent mental illness under domestic circumstances.

Recently crime against children is emerged as a serious social problem. Children should be protected in social. However, they have become major targets of the crime, as sexual abuse, abduction, abuse, domestic violence, school violence and so on. To solve these problems, it is important to educate crime prevention for children all above. Entertainment is one of the edutainment's elements. It attracts voluntary participation, immersion, and continuous learning from children. Edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children are far less fully studied than that of school subject as Mathematics, English, and so on. There is no serious study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children, as well as base study and approach way. Now more than ever, safety needs are strongly demanded in society. Accordingly, study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children have been demanded more than ever. In this paper we shall see basic approach principles and planning process of web-based edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children. This study lays the foundation for future work on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current problems with the recovery methods and support systems for harm caused by digital sexual assault, based on cases in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. The significance of this study is the implications on problem solving related to digital sexual assault based on the legislation and systems of advanced foreign nations. The analytical method behind this study is the investigation of research literature. The reference materials are from judicial precedents, comparative analysis on media data, experts' advisory conferences, study forums, foreign theses, and documents on law and policy. As shown by the results of this study, we need to examine digital sexual exploitation and seek countermeasures from the victim's perspective after comparing foreign cases to determine the best protections and support systems. As digital sexual content can spread indefinitely, we certainly recognize the inherent difference between digital sexual crimes and offline sexual crimes. Thus, each case needs to be professionally categorized and an appropriate punishment must be suggested that satisfies the victims' needs. Ultimately, this study is meaningful for suggesting preventive measures against digital sexual crimes.

There are two categories of online crimes related to children and adolescents: those committed by adolescents and those committed against children and adolescents. While recent trends in criminal law show consensus on strengthening punishment in cases of crimes against children and adolescents, there are mixed stances in cases of juvenile delinquency. One perspective emphasizes strict punishment, whereas the other emphasizes dispositions aligned with human rights. While various forms of online crime share the commonality in that the main part of the criminal act occurs online, they can be categorized into three types: those seeking financial gain, those driven by sexual motives, and those engaged in bullying. Among these, crimes driven by sexual motives are the most serious. Second-hand trading fraud and conditional (sexual) meeting fraud fall under the category of seeking financial gain and occur frequently. Crimes driven by sexual motives include obscenity via telecommunication, filming with discrete cameras, child and adolescent sexual exploitation material, fake video distribution, and blackmail/coercion using intimate images/videos ("sextortion"). These crimes lead to various legal issues such as whether to view vulgar acronyms or body cams that teenagers frequently use as simple subcultures or crimes, what criteria should be applied to judge whether a recorded material induces sexual desire or shame, and at what stage sexual grooming becomes punishable. For example, sniping posts, KakaoTalk prisons, and chat room explosions are tricky issues, as they may or may not be punished depending on the case. Particular caution should be exercised against the indiscriminate application of a strict punishment-oriented approach to the juvenile justice system, which is being discussed in relation to online sexual offenses. In the punishment case of online crime, juvenile offenders with a high potential for future improvement and reform must be treated with special consideration.

디지털 기기의 발전에 따라 우리에게 이로운 효과를 주고 있으나 음지에서는 디지털 성범죄의 피해자가 속출하고 있는 실정이다. 사회적으로 지속해서 대두되고 있는 디지털 성범죄는 그 피해사례가 연간 약 2배 증가하고 있으며, 전체 아동·청소년 성범죄 사례 중 디지털 성범죄가 차지하는 비율은 2018년 6.5%에서 2019년 13.9%로 2.13배 증가하였다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 성범죄의 사회적 인식을 각인시키며 국내외 성범죄 피해사례와 관련 디지털 포렌식 고도 기술 연구에 관한 내용을 제안한다.

This is a descriptive research study to explore factors related to the perception of digital sex crimes among university students of the MZ generation in Korea. Data were collected by conducting a survey of 150 university students in Korea. As a result, the variable that showed the highest relevance to the recognition of digital sex crimes among MZ generation university students was sexual perception (β=-0.390, p<.001). Total explanatory power was 25.2% after adding gender (β=0.207, p=.018) and sexual attitude (β=0.157, p=.045). Our results suggest that customized education in consideration of factors related to digital sex crime perception is needed to form and improve a correct perception of digital sex crimes among MZ generation university students.
