In domestic university libraries, the difference between the knowledge resource collection activities on campus is depending on the size of the university, and their collection is concentrated on some types of digital resources. In recent years, the main universities in developed countries has developed actively in social openness and share activities of their knowledge resources, through the OA-based institutional repository, for the purpose of image improvement and competitiveness as a knowledge production base. This study examined ways to improve the relevant regulations in order to effectively collect and systematically manage the knowledge resources from graduate school, research institutes, center for teaching and learning, e-learning center, museum, press, a variety of campus organizations, so as to enhance the role of the library as the right manager of knowledge resources on campus. To this end, this study, considering the improvement of relevant regulations, investigates the operating situation of the library regulations of 176 universities and suggests necessary improvement methods in order to facilitate the digital legal deposit and expand its scope.

Library takes its way to digitalization to fill its role in modern information society. This study discusses social environment of this trend and investigates library circumstances, and refines the meaning of a library. A digital library is led by current stream of new media, rapid development of digital technology and recording methods, and revolution of information circulation and production such as electronic publishing. However, rich information sources in printed forms are even significant as a ground of a digital library. The digital library is not a brand-new feature of a library but the result of digitalization of information resources to accomplish the purpose of the library.

The purpose of the article is to identify priority trends of technological innovations and strategic opportunities for using the smart potential to the benefit of the Russian industrial production development in the context of digital transformation. The article substantiates the demand for technological process automation at industrial enterprises in Russia and considers the possibilities of using artificial intelligence and the implementation of smart manufacturing in the industry. The article reveals the priorities of the leading Russian industrial companies in the field of digitalization, namely, an expansion of the use of cloud technologies, predictive analysis, IaaS services (virtual data storage and processing centers), supervisory control, and data acquisition (SCADA), etc. The authors give the characteristics of the monitoring of the smart manufacturing systems development indicators in the Russian Federation, conducted by Rosstat since 2020; presents projected data on the assessment of the required resources in relation to the instruments of state support for the development of smart manufacturing technologies for the period until 2024. The article determines targets for the development of smart technologies within the framework of the Federal Project "Digital Technologies".

Data production systems are generally very large, distributed and complex systems used for creating advanced (mainly statistical) reports. Typically, data is gathered periodically and then subsequently aggregated and separated during numerous production steps. These production steps are arranged in a specific sequence (workflow or production chain), and can be located worldwide. Today, a need for improving and automating methods of supervision for data production systems has been recognized. Supervision in this context entails planning, monitoring and controlling data production. Two significant approaches are introduced here for improving this supervision. The first is a 'closely-coupledd' approach (meaning direct communication between production jobs and supervisory tool, informing the supervisory tod immediately about delays in production) - based upon traditional production planning methods typically used for manufacturing (goods) and adopted for working with data production. The second is a 'loosely-coupled' approach (meaning no direct communication between supervisory tool and production jobs is used) - having its origins in proven traditional project management. The supervisory tool just enquires continuously the progress of production. In both cases, dates, costs, resources, and system health information is made available to management. production operators and administrators to support a timely and smooth production of periodic data. Both approaches are theoretically described and compared. The main finding is that, both are useful, but in different cases. The main advantages of the closely coupled approach are the large production optimisation potential and a production overview in form of a job execution plan, whereas the loosely coupled method mainly supports unhindered job execution and offers a sophisticated production overview in form of a milestone schedule. Ideas for further research include investigation of other potential approaches and theoretical and practical comparison.

Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C. (ZP) peels has been used as a natural spice and herb medicine for hypertension reduction, for strokes, and for its anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant activity. However, the anti-inflammatory mechanisms employed by ZP have yet to be completely understood. In this study, we elucidate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of ZP in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW264.7 cells. We evaluated the effects of ZP in LPS-induced levels of inflammatory cytokines, prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂), and caspase-1 using ELISA. The expression levels of inflammatory-related genes, including cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), were assayed by Western blot analysis. We elucidated the effect of ZP on nuclear factor (NF)-κB activation by means of a luciferase activity assay. The findings of this study demonstrated that ZP inhibited the production of inflammatory cytokine and PGE₂ and inhibited the increased levels of COX-2 and iNOS caused by LPS. Additionally, we showed that the anti-inflammatory effect of ZP arises by suppressing the activation of NF-κB and caspase-1 in LPS- induced RAW264.7 cells. These results provide novel insights into the pharmacological actions of ZP as a potential candidate for development of new drugs to treat inflammatory diseases.

The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

Adenophorae Radix (AR) has been used as a traditional medicine for various diseases. However, the regulatory mechanisms of AR in allergic inflammation are not yet understood. The present study was conducted to investigate the effect and mechanisms of AR on the mast cell-mediated allergic response. To determine the pharmacological mechanisms of AR in allergic inflammation, we evaluated the effects of AR on the production of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-1β and IL-8 as well as the activation of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and caspase-1 in phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate plus calcium ionophore A23187 (PMACI)-stimulated human mast cells (HMC-1). Our results demonstrated that AR effectively attenuated the PMACI-induced production of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β and IL-8 in stimulated HMC-1. Additionally, we showed that the inhibitory effect of AR on inflammatory cytokines in PMACI-stimulated HMC-1 cells involved the suppression of the activation NF-kB/caspase-1 in PMACI-stimulated HMC-1. Collectively, these findings provide experimental evidence that AR may be a useful candidate for the treatment of allergic inflammation.

In this study, we propose a marine character prototype study for development of a marine character as digital contents. This study is a precedent study to build a marine character database with the production of digital contents based on "Jasan-urbo". "Jasan-urbo" is a representative cultural heritage that can highlight the value of Korean marine culture as the first illustrated book of marine creatures in Korea. Therefore, we examined the use value of "Jasan-urbo" through the content approach and looked at the visualization for character utilization and then designed a marine fish species classification standard model. Finally, this study proposed the possibility of discovering prototype sources for digitalization of Korean marine creature's resources.

Opening 21th Century, all the Countries of the world has been focusing on build up the foundation of cultural infrastructure in a various way, since the awareness of importance for cultural design products has been turnover. On the other hand, our cultural crafts＇ industry has not escaped from poor working environment and lagging behind conventional product system, and yet there is no complete system for mass production. The study is collaboration with Tourism Industry Innovation Center in Kwangju University for development of cultural products of wooden crafts by using cultural resources in Kwangju area and CNC M/C which is up-to-date digital technology. It aims to make possibility of mass production and discrimination on design for wooden crafts which is based on highly skilled technical manpower and creativities, and expects to develop and merchandise global wooden cultural products.
