토폴로지 이미지를 이용한 CAD모델 구축 (CAD Model Construction Using Topology Image)

  • Topology optimization is widely accepted as a conceptual design tool for the product design. Since the resulted layout of the topology optimization is a kind of digital images represented by the density distribution, the seamless process is required to transform digital images to the CAD model for the practical use. In this paper, the general process to construct a CAD model is developed to apply for topology images based on elements. The node density and the morphology technique are adopted to extract boundary contour of the shape and remove the noise of images through erosion and dilation operation. The proposed method automatically generates point data sets of the geometric model. The process is integrated with Pro/Engineer, so that the engineer in practice can directly handle with curves or surfaces form digital images.

  • Recent manufacturing system requires development on new production technology to enable prompt manufacturing of diverse products. Most of the researchers have been working on micro-factory. Especially, focus on manufacturing of micro parts. Present manufacturing system consumes excessive resources in the form of energy and space to manufacture the micro parts. In this study, the micro lens module assembly system was modeled, analyzed with MST(Micro System Technology) Application Module and simulated through UML Language (Unified Modeling Language) with object-oriented logical model analysis method. Digital model of micro-factory was modeled, to execute the new paradigm of digitalization on products, resources and processes of micro-factory.

미래 수요시장의 예측 방법론 (Forecasting methodology of future demand market)

  • 미래 예측의 방법은 기술적 특성 또는 기술적 성능으로 예측이 가능할 수 있다. 그러므로 기술예측은 경제적, 사회적 이익을 산출해 낼 수 있는 전략적 연구 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기술적 특성으로 미래를 예측하는 방법의 연구를 통하여 미래 시장을 예측하였다. 특별한 제품의 수요 욕구에 따라 시장을 점유하는 시점의 예측을 통해 미래 예측 방법을 연구하였다. 시장수요 예측을 위하여 대표적인 계량적 분석 방법인 연평균성장률(CAGR) 모형, BASS 모형, Logistic 모형, 곰페르츠 성장모형(Gompertz Growth Curve) 등의 비교를 통해 미래시장의 수요예측 모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 Rogers의 혁신확산 이론을 접목하여 제품이 시장에 확산되는 시점을 예측하였다. 연구결과로 특별한 제품이 시장을 점유하기 위한 다양한 요인들의 확산 시점을 통해 특별한 상품이 미래 시장에서 성숙하는 시점을 예측할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하였다. 그러나 시장을 예측하기 위한 전문가 판단에 대한 오류를 줄이는 것은 한계점이 있다.

Development of a Distributed Representative Human Model Generation and Analysis System for Multiple-Size Product Design

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to develop a distributed representative human model(DRHM) generation and analysis system. Background: DRHMs are used for a product with multiple-size categories such as clothing and shoes. It is not easy for a product designer to explore an optimal sizing system by applying various distributed methods because of their complexity and time demand. Method: Studies related to DRHM generation were reviewed and the RHM generation interfaces of three digital human model simulation systems(Jack$^{(R)}$, RAMSIS$^{(R)}$, and CATIA Human$^{(R)}$) were reviewed. Results: DRHM generation steps are implemented by providing sophisticated interfaces which offer various statistical techniques and visualization methods with ease. Conclusion: The DRHM system can analyze the multivariate accommodation percentage of a sizing system, provide body sizes of generated DRHMs, and visualize generated grids and DRHMs. Application: The DRHM generation and analysis system can be of great use to determine an optimal sizing system for a multiple-size product by comparing various sizing system candidates.

  • 디자인 서비스 산업은 21세기의 국가경제와 지역발전을 주도해 갈 수 있는 성장 산업으로서 현재 부산이 안고 있는 다양한 문제인 기업의 해외이전, 인구감소, 관광자원의 고갈 등을 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 디자인 서비스 구축을 통한 발전방향을 제시하는 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구방법에 있어서는 Online조사를 이용한 부산시의 특성에 대한 일반적인 견해를 조사하고, Offline 조사로 자국인 및 외국인(주둔 외국인)을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시한다. 또한, 부산시가 가지고 있는 인상을 평가하기 위하여 SD법을 이용하고 분석을 실시하여 정량화된 데이터를 바탕으로 부산시의 디자인 서비스에 대한 방향과 방법을 제시하였다.

  • Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

  • This study defined acceptance of high-tech new product as user's active using the product such as utilizing application software rather than purchasing it. As exploring factors to effect on customer's acceptance, usefulness expectancy was examined from product side and application side. When investigating the exogenous variables to influence on usefulness expectancy from the product side, customer's product knowledge and social influences are put forward to support the hypothesis. From the application side, customer's knowledge about the application and its trust are put to explain usefulness expectancy of the application. Smart phone users were good subjects for this study and most hypotheses were tested using structural equation model and the results are followings. First usefulness expectancy of the product and of application significantly effect on customer's intention to use high-tech new product and also usefulness expectancy of the product positively effects on which of the application. Second customer's perceived knowledge about the product and social influences impact usefulness expectancy of the product. But third customer's perceived trust toward application didn't any positive impact usefulness expectancy of the application. Through the result, there will be several implications. First, from both of side; product and application, customer's usefulness expectancy should be satisfied to be successful in high-tech products market. Second, customer should be Ieant about advantages of the product and knowledge about the application as well, and then trigger their usefulness expectancy.

영상미디어의 선택적 시각과 시네마그래프 표현 연구 (A Study on the Selective Visual Vision and Cinemagraph Expression)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 선택적 시각이라는 이론을 바탕으로 시네마그래프(Cinemagraph) 광고 사례를 통하여 멀티미디어 정량분석, 스토리 정성분석 등의 시네마그래프 분석 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상은 2016년 대중적인 인지도가 높은 광고모델이 출연한 G마켓의 시네마그래프 시리즈 영상 광고이고, 연구방법은 문헌연구, 국내외 인터넷 매체 분석, 사례연구 등이다. 분석결과 시네마그래프 동선의 비중은 10% 내외가 가장 효과적인 무빙의 형태로 나타났다. 동영상의 전체적인 움직임 보다 시네마그래프의 부분적인 동적인 음직임이 더 큰 시각적 몰입효과를 주고 있었다. 무빙의 방향성은 모델이 제품을 사용하는 동선과 대략적으로 일치하였다. 주제부와 주변부는 한가지 포인트 또는 두가지 포인트 내에서 활용되고 있었다. 스토리의 개연성은 짧은 순간에 모델과 제품의 단순 동작을 표현하고 있다. 멀티미디어의 정량적 분석을 위하여 공간의 비중, 동작의 방향성을 스토리의 정성적 분석을 위하여 주제부와 주변부, 스토리의 개연성 등의 네가지 측면을 고려대상으로 하였다.

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the introduction of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. E-commerce has been a major agenda for e-business. Recently, collaboration among electronics companies through e-marketplace has emerged as an important issue. A web-based e-commerce standard, so called RosettaNet, has been developed for facilitating e-transactions of electronics firms. The development of digital technology has dramatically increased the processing speed and sophisticated the virtual reality technology. As simulation becomes easier and more effective, the uncertainty and risk involved in R&D has decreased significantly. Another positive impact is closer cooperation between R&D and manufacturing functions. Taking advantage of automated and flexible production technology, has a new type of firm, so called, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) emerged, whose strategic focus is on manufacturing only. The EMS can be seen as a kind of innovative organization, that is, a modular organization for production function. Digital technology has made convergence of computer and communication possible at early years but right now the convergence has been accelerated in extensive areas of communication, broadcasting, information appliances, software, contents, and services. Firms' effort for an innovative product and service has been intensified and the competition for a new standard product and service has become severe in electronics industry. Business activities are always realized in a specific organizational context. Accordingly building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.

  • 침입방지시스템은 네트워크에서 공격 서명을 찾아내어 자동으로 조치를 취하여 비정상적인 트래픽을 중단시키는 보안시스템이다. 수동적인 방어를 하는 침입차단시스템이나 침입탐지시스템과 달리 침입경고 이전에 침입을 중단시키는 개념의 솔루션이다. 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능은 보안감사, 사용자 데이터 보호, 보안 인증 등에 좌우되며 성능은 탐지시간, 처리량, 공격차단 성능 등에 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능평가를 위한 모델을 구축하기 위해 CC(Common Criteria : ISO/IEC 15408)와 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 ISO 국제표준을 근간으로 하여 융합 성능평가 모델을 구성하였다.
