고밀도 기록용 광픽업의 ACTUATOR 동특성 (Dynamic Characteristics of Actuator for High Density Optical Recording Pick-up)

  • 미래 정보와 시대에서 중추적인 역할을 할 광관련 멀티미디어 장비들은 최근 관련 산업계에서 주목을 받기 시작하고 있고 특히 기존 VTR(Video Tape Recorder) 시장을 대체할 차세대 DVDR(Digital Video Disk Recorder)는 기술전쟁이라고 할 정도로 선진 기업의 연구가 치열해지고 있다. DVDR 시스템에서는 필요한 정보들을 레이저빔을 이용한 광학신호로 바꾸어 광디스크에 기록, 재생하는 광픽업이 절대적으로 필요하게 된다. 그런데 광픽업의 위치추종기구인 Actuator는 정확한 위치추종(.+-.1.$\mu$m 오차이내)을 할 수 있는 성능이 요구되며 서보의 특성상 20KHz 이하에서 불필요한 모우드가 가진되지 않는 정밀부품이어야 하므로 Actuator 각 부품의 동적인 특성을 명확히 규명할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우선 Actuator 각 부품과 가동부 전체의 중량 및 진동해석을 통해 동특성을 조사하였다. 그리고 Actuator의 중요한 기본성능중 하나인 구동감도 확보여부를 검토할 필요가 있기 때문에 유한요소법 프로그램인 ANSYS를 이용하여 자기회로 부분에 대한 해석을 구하였다. 또한 가동부와 자기회로 등 하위부품을 조립하는 과정에서 발생하는 조립오차로 인해 불필요한 공진과 회전형상이 야기될 수 있으므로 동특성 및 문제점 파악을 위한 민감도 분석이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가동부의 관성 모멘트 값과 강체에 대한 일반식을 이용한 자체 프로그램을 작성하여 조립공차를 구하였다. 이와같은 과정을 통해 구해진 설계값을 바탕으로 실제 제작된 Actuator에 대해서는 비접촉식 측정방법을 통해 동특성값을 측정하였고 이를 해석값과 상호 비교하였다.동강성행렬법(dynamic stiffness matrix method)을 이용하여 해석하고자 한다. 수준임이 입증되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로우리나라 젊고 건강한 남성에게 적합한 무게상수는 작업자군에 대하여 25.05kg, 학생군에 대하여 20.24kg 으로 나타나 이는 미국 NIOSH 안전기준과 대체로 일치함을 발견하였다.ive structures utilized in Client/server architecture for distribution and cooperative processing of application between server and client this study presents two different data management methods under the Client/server environment; one is "Remote Data Management Method" which uses file server or database server and. the other is "Distributed Data Management Method" using distributed database management system. 규칙적 또는 불규칙적 구조를 가지는 빌딩벽면에서의 전자파 산란 특성 (Scattering Characteristic from Building Walls with Periodic and Random Surface)

  • 최근 이동단말기의 급속한 보급과 발전에 의하여, 통상의 시가지에서의 전자파전파의 특성을 해명해야할 뿐만 아니라, 시가지, 산림, 계곡 등의 외부 공간과 실내 공간 등의 종래에는 전파불감지대로 불려오던 공간에 있어서도 안정적으로 통신을 이용할 수 있는 무선통신환경 개선의 중요성이 높게 요구되고 있다. 더욱이, 이동통신의 디지털화와 더불어 건물 등에 의한 반사에 의해서 생기는 멀티패스에 기인하는 수신펄스의 시간지연이 고속디지털통신의 장해가 되고 있다. 이러한 도심 시가지에 대한 전자파전파의 특성을 보다 정도 높게 추정하기 위해서는 건물 벽면의 구조 및 간판 등의 영향도 고려 대상으로 포함시킬 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는, 먼저 무선통신환경에서의 시가지, 산림, 해면, 빌딩 벽면 등의 문제를 규칙적 및 불규칙조면(random rough surface)에 의한 산란문제로 취급하여 그 특성을 상세히 파악하고자 한다. 실제 문제에 있어서도 간판과 같은 빌딩의 부착물, 창, 테라스 등과 같은 규칙적 벽면 구조 또는 불규칙적 벽면 구조를 가지고 있는 경우가 일반화되어 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 FVTD(finite volume time domain)법을 적용하여 기초적인 자료 보완을 위하여 3분류에 의한, 즉 주기적 구조에 의한 산란 특성, 불규칙적 구조에 의한 산란 특성, 주기적 및 불규칙의 복합형구조에 의한 2차원 전파환경 모델들에 대한 산란 특성을 조사하였다. 특히 주기적 벽면구조에 대한 Bragg reflection의 영향을 조사하였다.

모바일 폰의 카메라와 LCD 모듈간의 RGB 참조표에 기반한 색 정합의 구현 (Implementation of the Color Matching Between Mobile Camera and Mobile LCD Based on RGB LUT)

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 카메라와 모바일 LCD 간의 컬러 충실도를 높이기 위한 3차원 RGB 참조표에 기반한 장치 독립적인 색 정합 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 색 정합 방법은 크게 모바일 디스플레이(LCD) 및 카메라의 장치 특성화, 색역 사상, 대표색에 기반한 3차원 참조표 설계로 구성된다. 먼저, 모바일 디스플레이의 장치 특성화 과정은 전기-빛 입출력의 특성으로부터 기존의 CRT 모니터에 적용된 GOG(Gai Offset Gamma) 모델이나 LCD 모니터에 적용된 S-curve 모델과는 다른, Sigmoidal 함수를 사용해서 모델링되었고, 모바일 카메라의 장치 특성화는 표준(D65)환경하에서 촬영된 컬러 차트의 디지털 값(RGB)과 표준 색 자극치 데이터(CIELAB, CIEXYZ)를 다항 회귀 방정식에 대입해서 모델링되었다. 그리고 다항 회귀 방정식으로부터 획득된 표준 색 자극치 데이터는 카메라 장치 특성화 모델링의 특성으로 인해 표준 색 공간의 최대 값을 초과할 수 있기 때문에, 선형적인 채도와 밝기 압축 과정을 통하여 보정되었다. 마지막으로, 표준 환경하에서의 모바일 카메라의 색역과 모바일 디스플레이 장치의 색역의 차이를 보상하기 위해, 경계면 설정과 다중-닻 점 색역 사상 기법이 수행되었다. 이러한 장치 독립적인 색 정합 처리 과정을 실시간으로 구현하기 위해 대표색에 기반한 3차원 참조표를 설계하여, 참조표에 기반한 장치 독립적인 색 재현의 정량적인 화질을 평가하고, 기존의 장치 의존적인 방법과 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

훈련지역의 취득방법 및 규모에 따른 JERS-1위성영상의 토지피복분류 정확도 평가 (Estimation of Classification Accuracy of JERS-1 Satellite Imagery according to the Acquisition Method and Size of Training Reference Data)

  • 정량적인 토지피복도의 확보는 유역에 분포하는 비점오염원의 규명에 있어서 매우 중요한 과제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 위성영상을 이용한 토지피복분류 과정에 있어서, 훈련지역의 취득방법 및 규모가 분류정확도에 미치는 영향을 JERS-1 OPS 위성영상을 기반으로 평가하였다. 전체 연구대상지역 중에서 0.3%, 0.5%, 1.0%를 훈련지역으로 추출함에 있어서 두 가지 기법을 제안하였다. 첫번째 기법은 해당지역에 대한 사전 지식을 갖춘 연구자가 훈련지역을 추출하였으며, 두번째 기법은 기하학적 보정을 행한 항공사진과 수치지도를 이용하여 훈련지역을 추출하였다. 영상의 토지피복 분류는 최대우도분류법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 사용자에 의한 훈련지역 취득기법보다 항공사진과 수치지도를 이용하여 훈련지역을 추출하여 최대우도분류법을 적용할 경우 전체정확도가 최대 18% 정도 향상하였다. 우리나라와 같이 복잡하고 다양한 토지이용을 가진 지형에서 JERS-1 영상을 이용하여 95%의 신뢰도를 얻기 위해서는 적어도 훈련지역을 전체지역의 약 1% 이상 추출하여야 만족할 만한 토지피복분류를 수행할 수 있었다.

수중영상의 색상특성을 고려한 선박하부 영상의 윤곽선 강조 기법 (Edge Enhancement for Vessel Bottom Image Considering the Color Characteristics of Underwater Images)

  • 수심이 깊은 바다 속을 광학 카메라로 촬영하는 경우 영상 왜곡이 일어날 수 있다. 이런 문제는 해수와 각종 부유물로 인해 태양광이 충분히 전달되지 않아 발생하게 된다. 특히, 수심에 따라 녹색과 청색 계열의 색상이 지나치게 강조되는 색상의 왜곡과 해수에 의한 빛의 굴절과 부유물로 인한 경계선 부분에서의 왜곡현상이 발생한다. 이와 같은 왜곡들로 인하여 수중영상의 전반적인 화질이 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 정박 중인 선박의 하부를 촬영한 수중영상을 대상으로 영상분석을 수행한다. 그 결과를 기반으로 색상을 보정하고, 윤곽선을 강조하는 기법을 제안한다. 실험결과 제안한 기법을 적용할 경우 원본 수중영상의 유효 윤곽선 보다 3.39 % 정도 윤곽선의 수가 증가하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 정량적인 평가와 함께 주관적인 화질평가를 병행한 결과 색상 보정과 함께 객체의 경계부분이 명확해지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 수중영상의 색상 보정과 윤곽선 강조 기법은 향후 수중영상 촬영이 필요한 여러 분야에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

수도권 AWS 기온을 이용한 MODIS, Landsat 위성의 지표면 온도 분석 (Analysis of Land Surface Temperature from MODIS and Landsat Satellites using by AWS Temperature in Capital Area)

  • 서울을 포함한 수도권의 지표면 온도를 분석하기 위하여 Landsat과 MODIS의 지표면 온도, AWS의 기온, 지표면 고도 및 토지이용도를 이용하였다. Landsat과 MODIS 위성의 지표면 온도와 AWS 기온의 분석은 상관계수, 평방근 오차(Root Mean Squared Error, RMSE), 선형회귀분석 등의 통계분석방법을 적용하였다. Landsat과 MODIS 지표면 온도의 상관계수는 0.32이고 RMSE는 4.61 K였다. 그리고 Landsat과 MODIS 지표면 온도와 AWS 기온의 상관성은 각각 0.83과 0.96이며 RMSE는 3.28 K, 2.25 K이었다. Landsat과 MODIS 지표면 온도는 비교적 높은 상관성을 보였으나 각각의 선형회귀의 기울기는 0.45와 1.02이었다. Landsat 5의 경우 전체 관측소에 대하여 0.5이하의 낮은 상관성을 보였고 Landsat 8의 경우는 일치되는 지점이 다른 위성에 비하여 적었으나 0.5이상의 상관성을 나타냈다. Landsat 7은 대부분 0.8이상의 높은 상관성을 보였고 대체적으로 서울중심부에서 높은 상관성이 나타났다. 위성의 지표면 온도와 지표유형에 따른 AWS 기온사이의 상관성은 0.8이상의 높은 상관성을 보였다. Landsat 위성의 지표면 온도의 상관성은 0.84이었고 RMSE는 3.1 K이상이었으며 MODIS 위성의 상관계수는 0.96이상이고 RMSE는 2.6 K이하였다. 결과적으로 두 위성의 지표온도의 차이는 관측시각 차이에 의한 것으로 위성의 해상도에 따라 복사량을 탐지하는 지표면의 면적 차이에 의하여 발생되는 것으로 사료된다.

  • 선량 크리프는 임상적 오류 중 하나로 검사자의 미숙 또는 부주의에 기인하여 발생하는 현상으로 AAPM Task Group #116에 의하면 디지털 방식의 시스템에서 지속적인 발생이 보고되고 있다. 이러한 현시점에서 선량 크리프 현상을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라 재현성 향상이 가능한 자동노출제어장치의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제작이 쉬울 뿐만 아니라 고효율 반도체 센서에 대한 연구를 수행함으로써 선량 크리프 현상을 저감할 수 있는 자동노출제어장치의 센서에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구 수행 결과, 제작된 I형 센서 및 PIN형 센서의 경우 Ref 센서와 비교하면 광학적 특성이 우수하여 음영효과가 적게 나타날 것으로 사료되고, 대체로 낮은 민감도 특성이 나타나지만, 조사 조건 변화에 따른 일정한 추세를 가짐으로써 정확한 피드백 신호를 자동노출제어장치에 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

원적외선 2세대 열상조준경의 설계 (Advanced LWIR Thermal Imaging Sight Design)

  • 전차 조준경으로 사용될 수 있는 2세대 열상장비를 개발하였다. 설계된 장비는 프랑스 Sofradir사의 $480\times6$ 배열 원적외선$(7.7{\mu}m-10.3{\mu}m)$ MCT(HgCdTe) 검출기를 이용하였고, $2.67^{\circ}\times2^{\circ}$의 고배율 협시계와 $10^{\circ}\times7.5^{\circ}$의 저배율 광시계의 이중배율을 가지고 있다. 또한 넓은 운용 온도 범위에서도 시스템의 성능이 저하되지 않도록 비열화 기술을 적용하였다. 설계된 장비는 고효율의 주사장치로 47만 화소의 실시간 영상 재현이 가능하며, 이는 1세대 열상장비에 비하여 화소수가 대폭 증가한 것이다. 적외선 검출소자들의 불균일 보정을 위해서 열전 냉각 소자를 이용한 두 점 보상 기법을 제시하여 실시간 보정이 이루어지게 하였고, 열영상 분포 히스토그램 가변 방식의 처리 기법을 제안하여 적용함으로써 대조비가 매우 낮은 표적의 식별도 용이하게 하였다. 설계 및 제작된 2세대 열상장비의 고배율에서 최소분해가능온도차를 측정한 결과, 2cycles/mrad의 공간주파수에서 0.05K 이하의 우수한 결과를 보였다.

ALD 방법으로 제조된 나노급 $TiO_2$에 의한 자외선 차단효과 연구 (UV Absorption of Nano-thick $TiO_2$ Prepared Using an ALD)

  • ALD (atomic layer deposition)법을 이용하여 두께를 달리한 $10{\sim}50nm-TiO_{2-x}/quartz$ 구조의 UV 기능성 박막을 형성시켰다. 박막의 두께는 우선 $10nm-TiO_{2-x}$를 성막한 후 엘립소미터로 두께를 확인하였고 나머지 두께는 증착시간을 선형적으로 조절하여 완성하였다. $TiO_2$ 박막 두께에 따른 생성상과 파장대별 흡수도, 가시광선의 투과율을 각각 X선 회절기, UV-VIS-IR 분석기, 접사용 디지털 카메라를 써서 확인하였다. ALD 법으로 제조된 $TiO_{2-x}$는 벌크 $TiO_2$에 비해 비정질 (amorphous)이면서 비정량적인 $TiO_{2-x}$ 형태임을 확인하였다. 380 nm와 415 nm의 흡수단을 보여 $3.0{\sim}3.2eV$의 밴드갭을 가지는 기존의 벌크 $TiO_2$와는 달리, 제작된 $TiO_{2-x}$ 박막은 197 nm와 250 nm의 부근에서 흡수단을 보이는 특징이 있었다. 따라서 장파장대의 자외선을 차단하는 기능을 가진 기존의 벌크 $TiO_2$와는 달리 ALD로 제작된 나노급 $TiO_2$는 단파장대의 자외선을 흡수할 수 있는 기능성이 있었고, 아울러 가시광선대에서 우수한 투과도를 보였다. 새로이 제안된 ALD를 이용한 나노급 $TiO_{2-x}$ 박막은 가시광선의 투과도는 향상시키면서 단파장대의 자외선을 효과적으로 흡수하는 기능성을 가졌음을 확인하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05.
