The article examines the axiological psycho-philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of money and its value role in modern society. The traditional and virtual context of the representation of the money phenomenon is considered.Following the ideas of G. Simmel, the authors consider money not only as a purely economic, but also a psycho-philosophical, cultural and social phenomenon. Money appears as a result of cultural development of the world and gradually forms a monetary culture as a space of economic and social interaction of people. Under the influence of the monetary culture of one or another historical period, the character of a person's economic activity, values and life orientations are formed. Modern money culture is often called financial civilization. Peculiarities of modern monetary culture are studied, its main features and problems are determined in the article. The problem of the peculiarities of the constructive and destructive attitude of the individual towards money is identified; a psycho-philosophical and cultural-identification typology of people is described, which is based on clinical observations and interpreted through the prism of psychoanalytic theory. The concept of money is highlighted from the standpoint of a social-psychological approach. The theoretical foundations of money's influence on the decision-making process and human behavior are also revealed.

Recently, Bitcoin which is digital currency and cryptocurrency is getting worldwide attention since Bitcoin has an ability to replace legal tender unlike other existing cyber currency. Especially, most Bitcoin trading is done between two traders such as P2P method and it does not require a third-party to make sure reliability and it records every transaction details, so it is more transparent then traditional financial trade, so the number of users is increasing. However, Bitcoin, which has been recognized for transparency, confidentiality and stability among traders has recently been threatened by illegal transactions such as money laundering and the attack on the exchange. These threats to Bitcoin are becoming social problems. At first, it seems that most of the digital currency is difficult to get hacked due to the Blockchain technology. However, threats such as digital money leaks by user account hacking and paralyzing the servers are increasing. In this paper, it will examine the features of the Bitcoin and the threatening elements to secure marketability of digital currency such as Bitcoin and receive more interest from public in domestic. The paper will examine the problems of Blockchain technology on speculative transactions and fraudulent behavior by analyzing the problems of Bitcoin transaction. Lastly, it will propose ways to make transparent and secure digital currency transactions.

The dependency on technology has increased with the increase in population. Technology plays a crucial role in facilitating, organizing and securing people's life nowadays. The Internet has penetrated every face of present-day lifestyles. Yet another ubiquitous use of digital technology today is evident in transferring money and speeding cross border payments that are done through digital transactions. This paper investigates transferring money and data through banks and companies by using the Blockchain concept through decentralized distributed system. The present research also peruses several contexts in which this technology has already been implemented successfully and demonstrates the advantages of replacing the paper money with digital money. Using cryptocurrency will facilitate people's life by reducing time, securing the process of money transfer, and increasing data integrity. The primary benefit of this content analysis is that it addresses an innovative subject, in a new light and using timely recent research references drawn from 2018-2020. Thus, our study is a contemporary and conclusive source for all present and future endeavours being undertaken in the domain of using blockchain for e-transactions.
This study attempts to find out the characteristics of digital currency and currency transformation through the analytical descriptions of the literature. In the early days of the emergence of new currency, market-oriented autonomous monetary adjustment was made along with various attempts by the private sector, and then government-centered central currency management and coordination were made for the national monopoly of profits and power. Digital currency can be seen as the emergence of a new form of money that will bring about paradigm changes. CBDC can be divided into direct and indirect types. CBDC is expected to require a strategic approach by the government or firm as it will bring about changes in the ecosystem of related industries. Libra is a stablecoin designed to minimize price fluctuations, and if it succeeds in commercializing it, it is expected to bring about revolutionary changes in the financial industry around the world.
Electronic methods are already used in money transfer and credit cards transactions and electronic money and checks, which can substitute cash and coins, are being discussed. Recently, the Acts of Electronic Draft have been enacted, in order to make the money in the market flow efficiently. Also electronic bill of lading has been adopted for the practical use of international shipments. However, despite of the effort from the academia and practice, investments to stocks, especially in the stock exchange, is not quite perfectly electronic. Japan enacted a relevant act in 2004 which make its stock market totally dematerialized. This writing summarizes some issues in interpretation that arise in the course of operation of the Stock Electronic Registration System at the present time of 6 months after it came into effect and its purpose, by doing so, is to prevent in advance the kind of problems in introducing the similar system to Korea.
Mobile Money is a key factor of financial inclusion that can revolutionize the financial service delivery and hence enhance access to finance in emerging economies, especially the East African countries. This study therefore aims to study the determinants of individual's behavioral intention and usage of Mobile Money services in Ethiopia by usiing the UTAUT2 model. The research model was tested by sampling 200 respondents from different areas of Ethiopia. The analysis results found that Government Support, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust and Effort Expectancy are the key factors that affect the usage of Mobile Money service, while Lower Transaction Cost factors and Social Influence were not statistically significant. The findings provide useful information that only government's active efforts and support to promote mobile money services, through appropriate policies and regulations rather than lower transaction cost, can facilitate the adoption and dissemination of such services in Ethiopia.
In this paper, we propose Neuro-Fuzzy discrimination method of the new and old bill using bill money acoustic data. The concept of the histogram is introduced to improve the processing time into the proposal system. The adaptative filter is used in order to remove the motor sound from an observed bill money acoustic data. The output signal of this adaptive digital filter is converted into not only a spectrum but also a histogram. It became easy that features of the paper money sound were extracted from the bill money acoustic data. The spectral data and the histogram is obtained like this, and it become an input pattern of the neural network(NN). Then, the discrimination result of the NN is finally judged by the fuzzy inferece in the new bill or the exhaustion bill.
This study introduces a technology utilizing digital images as electronic money by inserting watermark into the images. Watermarking technology assign contents ID to images and inserts the contents ID into the images in an unnoticeable way. The server that manages the issue and the usage of mage electronic money (called ‘WaterCash’ hereafter) stores issued contents ID to database and manage them as electronic money. WaterCash guarantees anonymity and prevents the forgery and modification of WaterCash based on semi-fragile watermarking technique. In addition, WaterCash is transferable and the illegal use of WaterCash can be prevented based on the watermarking technology. The watermarking .technology used in this paper was designed to be robust to image compression but vulnerable to intentional or non-intentional Image processing.
Recently, The Analog TV has been being replaced by digital TV. This dues to the advantage of digital TV that sends data as well as audio/video stream to the receiver. But there are no standards or rules for processing the data. So, most companies or developers process the data in separate methods. This absence of standards or rules for processing the data causes many confusions and waste of time, money, man power. This Thesis proposes the solution of the problem not based on standardized respect but methodological respect. This solution is using XML in producing and playing the broadcasted multimedia contents and data. We believe that this solution saves much man power, time, money and increase reusability of expensive broadcasting contents.
Virtually all interested parties in academia, governments, and financial services are exploring various types of payment services and the issues surrounding electronic payment systems and digital currency Some proposed electronic payment systems are simply electronic versions of existing payment systems, such as checks and credit cards, whereas others are based on digital currency technology and have the potential for difinitive impact on today's financial and monetary systems. The purpose of this study is to discuss the situation of development occuring in the process of electronic money in the age of electronic commerce.
