디지털 환경에서의 소비자 유형 구분과 그 특성에 대한 탐색 -디지털 라이프스타일에 대한 코드의 발견- (The study on the consumer behavior pattern in digital environment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 환경 하에서의 소비 행동에 대해 소비자들이 가지고 있는 마음의 패턴 혹은 주관적 코드, 즉 주관성(subjectivity)을 발견하는 것이다. 정보통신 분야를 포함한 디지털 제품과 서비스의 사용은 기술의 수용을 넘어, 소비자들의 일상적인 삶을 구성하는 주요 활동으로 자리매김하고 있음에도 불구하고, 소비자들에 대한 논의는 일반적으로 이들의 특징적인 활용이나 소비매체를 활용하는 개별적인 현상이나 사례로만 이야기 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 환경에서의 소비 형태의 유형과 각 유형에서 작용하는 중요한 가치들과 심리적, 행동적 특성들에 대해 탐색해보았다. 연구대상은 실제 언론과 여러 문헌들에서 주요 디지털 소비 활동으로 언급하고 있는 특성들과 함께 소위 디지털 신인류들이 디지털 제품과 서비스 영역과 사이버 공간에서 보이는 다양한 활동과 현상을, 그리고 그들의 다양한 사회적 관계와 일과 놀이, 일반적인 소비 특성들을 근거로 한 디지털 소비 행동 문항이었으며, 연구참여자는 정보통신 분야의 디지털 전문가들과 일반소비자들, 총 33명이었다. 총 76개의 디지털 소비 행동 문항을 대상으로 디지털 소비자 유형을 구분해본 결과, 총 6개의 디지털 소비자 유형이 추출되었다. 각 집단은 'Digital Modernist', 'Digital Boomer', 'Digital Chic', 'Digital Ludens', Digital Conservative', 'Digital Renaissance'로 명명되었다. 각 유형은 디지털 소비 행동과 연계되어, 디지털 제품과 서비스에 부여하는 가치와 라이프스타일로 구체화되었다. 본 연구는 디지털 시대의 소비 행동의 유행과 그 속에 내포된 가치와 니즈를 전체적으로 조망해볼 수 있는 틀을 제공했다는데 의미가 있다.

마음의 창 유형에 따른 청소년의 스마트폰 중독과의 관계 연구 (Study on the relationship between youth smartphone addiction and personality type)

  • 본 연구에서는 청소년들이 가진 마음의 창 유형으로 개방형, 주장형, 신중형, 고립형의 네 기질들로 분류하고 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다, 연구대상은 전북소재 3개 중학생 406명 이었으며, 측정도구로는 Luft(1970)의 '조해리 마음의 창' 검사와 한국정화진흥원이 개발한 '스마트폰 중독 진단척도'를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 성별에 관한 분석결과를 살펴보면, 성별에 따라서 청소년 스마트폰 중독의 차이점은 크지 않으나 남학생의 경우 내성에 영향을 받는 경우가 크고, 여학생의 경우 일상생활장애에 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 차이에 관한 분석결과를 살펴보면, 스마트폰 중독의 하위요인인 일상생활장애, 내성은 통계적으로 매우 높은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 마음의 창 유형과 스마트론 중독간의 분석결과 주장형과 고립형은 스마트혼 중독에 유의미한 결과를 가져온 반면, 개방형은 부적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 넷째, 마음의 창 유형이 스마트폰 중독에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 변인인지에 대하여 검증한 결과 마음의 창 유형이 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 스마트폰 중독에 가장 심각한 유형은 신중형과 고립형으로 나타났다. 그러므로 스마트폰 중독을 치료하는 프로그램 개발에 신중형과 고립형을 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색해야 될 것이다.

  • This paper examines the effects of the Internet on the librarianship and how the changing roles of libraries and librarians are reshaping the way they serve the users in the information age. Each area of operations and services in a so-called Digital/Electronic Library, which is a phenomenon occurring now not sometime later in the future, is reviewed. The importance of keeping in mind the library' main mission of providing a service, i.e. access to information, is stressed as the pivotal point of librarianship in this global society influenced by the presence of the Internet.

  • It is true that the new development in digital technology has Influenced on the definition of animation like it did on the other fields of an, but this doesnt mean this development drastically changes the traditional concept and replaces it with innovative new one. The more the technology is being developed, the mon it needs traditional base that can lead it to what it originally should be. As an example, computer animation companies are constantly seeking for people who have traditional animation background rather than well-trained computer oriented artists. This means digital technology will be no more a technological threat to the people who has traditional animation background. Consequently, when considering the extended concept caused by this new technology, we have to find its base on the traditional animation concept. Since we dont have any fundamental base in traditional animation and technological base in computer animation, we should consider those in advanced countries as a standard. However, in these days, there is a tendency to worship the words themselves such as "digital revolution", "information technology" etc., not the basics behind them. We cannot expect any achievement with this in mind. This study might be a short cut to the students and animators who want to learn and approach computer animation in a right wav.

Digital Revolution? The increasing impact of Internet on China politics

  • In the wake of the Arab Spring, the Internet's role in aiding dramatic political transformation has come to the fore. Throughout the Middle East, protestors have employed Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other popular websites to organize and spread news at home and to the outside world. Chinese authorities have been increasingly nervous about the Arab uprisings, and fear that similar events will inspire unrest in China. The new information and communication technologies make it possible for social movements to initiate novel forms of collective actions. The Internet provides new opportunities for political liberalization. In Chinese society, citizens can now participate in politics uninvited. With each passing day, the online community gets stronger. The digital revolution has the potential for broadening democratic principles and could bring democracy to the collective Chinese mind.

  • Changed the business environment, private sector focuses on the performance management, so to manage the performance he uses BSC that overcomes the limitation of financial indicators. Also, it is getting emphasized to evaluate the performance about services that the public sector provides and obliged for the public sector to be responsible for managing and improving its performance as the private sector has been doing. But lacks of knowledge and experience on performance management and evaluation are blocking the public sector from introducing and implementing new performance management systems. To solve those problems, this study has derived general guidelines and KPIs that public sector should keep in mind when BSC is introduced new management system. This study focused on the public hospital which is the performance management and evaluation system of Government administration.
