Advancing health screening and treatment of cancer techniques, they contribute to grow the probability of survival of cancer patients for a long time. So health behavior and quality of life of the patients are getting important. This study analysed correlation between healthy person and cancer patient's EQ-5D index, social demographic characteristics, health behavior and so on by the multiple regression analysis. The result was that EQ-5D index of cancer patients is lower than healthy persons. Patients of cervical cancer and lung cancer had very low the index especially. In conclusion, cancer have a bad influence on the quality of life. For cancer patients, smoking and drinking are a major factors of correlation. The number of non-smokers among the patients is lower than the number of smokers among healthy persons. This conclusion means that the importance of health behaviors and quality of life for cancer patients is established so that this will be used for basic reference of PHR models and service enhancing quality of life.

In accordance with an active development, we now enjoy web 2.0 generation centering bilateral participation through the web 1.0 environment mainly providing the offering information and take a step web 3.0 understanding information by itself. The same time of digital technic development, consumption market arrived at market3.0 generation, also passed by market 1.0 and went via market 2.0 based on bilateral participation and understanding. This change have the marketing implement index changed as well. Nowadays, 7C is generalized of making up sensibility, emotion, communication, relationship, customization and interactive built as a major strategy from the day of 3p focused on customer environment, service process and 4P focused on physical quality of product. It isn't that brand and merchandise create life and experience like as past. It is focused on embodiment of a way of life, culture and creative experience from consumers' own. This treatise, therefore, fixes the object as flagship store positively reflecting the change and examine the change of a marketing code element and social factor stimulating customer behavior change. As a condition of this study, It fixes Maslow Motivation Theory as the main index of customer behavior, and 7C as the marketing code. This treatise ultimately studies the index of flagship store discussion based on domestic outdoor brand cases.

This paper aims to identify the relationship between the number of teeth of the elderly and their life happiness index. A face-to-face interview survey was conducted with elderly residents of Dong-gu, Daejeon from June 27 to July 25, 2012. A Tukey post hoc test and correlation analysis were implemented after a t-test and variance analysis. The results of analysis showed that satisfaction with life related to oral health was significant, but happiness in daily life had no significant difference. For the elderly, the quality of life related to oral health and happiness in daily life had no significant difference. Masticatory performance difference depending on usage of dentures also showed significant difference (p<0.001). The difference of masticatory performance depending on the number of teeth was analyzed by a correlation analysis. The present number of teeth, present anterior teeth and molars demonstrated a correlation. Quality in life related to oral health depending on the number of teeth correlated with the present number of teeth, present anterior teeth and present molars.

In our life, we have used many digital appliances. They helped us to improve the quality of lift but sometimes gave us unsatisfactory result because they produce specific noise. Especially a vacuum cleaner produces a great deal of noise that is very annoying. So we need to study what sound metrics affect human sensibility. In this paper, we will study sound quality index for vacuum cleaner. The subjective evaluation of vacuum cleaner sound can be indicated to objective parameters by sound metrics of psychoacoustics. The artificial neural network can estimate the nonlinear characteristics of relation between subjective evaluation and sound metrics. We applied the artificial neural network to the development of sound quality index for vacuum sound.

The information technology, in the digital economy era, does a very important role not only for the country's administrative management innovation but also for the business and for the everyday life. Specifically, the e-business for the company or organization is defined as "using the Internet and IT, rescheduling of business process management activities to increase productivity and efficiency and to create new business opportunities." Thanks to the Korea's recent efforts, overall level of informatization and digitalization is able to receive high praise. But the e-business readiness (e-readiness) level is still expected a lot of room for improvement. In this paper, I try to analyze the informatization level of Korea's by the EIU's e-business readiness index and IT industry competitiveness index, to prepare a full-scale e-business era of global competitiveness through any preparation that could do to improve the situation from the analysis of statistical data.

The exceptional development of electronic device technology, the miniaturization of mobile devices, and the development of telecommunication technology has made it possible to monitor human biometric data anywhere and anytime by using different types of wearable or embedded sensors. In daily life, mobile devices can collect wireless body area network (WBAN) data, and the co-collected location data is also important for disease analysis. In order to efficiently analyze WBAN data, including location information and support medical analysis services, we propose a geohash-based spatial index method for a location-aware WBAN data monitoring system on the NoSQL database system, which uses an R-tree-based global tree to organize the real-time location data of a patient and a B-tree-based local tree to manage historical data. This type of spatial index method is a support cloud-based location-aware WBAN data monitoring system. In order to evaluate the proposed method, we built a system that can support a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) and Binary JSON (BSON) document data on mobile gateway devices. The proposed spatial index method can efficiently process location-based queries for medical signal monitoring. In order to evaluate our index method, we simulated a small system on MongoDB with our proposed index method, which is a document-based NoSQL database system, and evaluated its performance.

The present study was designed to examine the impact of socioeconomic, health-related, and health behavioral factors on the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of the Korean elderly by gender. The subjects comprised 688 men and 898 women aged 65 or more who had participated in the Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted in 2014. The associations of factors with the HRQoL as measured with the European Quality of Life 5 Dimensions (EQ-5D) Index were examined in a general linear model. The most influential factor on the HRQoL was depression in both men and women. The perceived health status and walking activity were also associated with the HRQoL in both men and women. The living arrangement and educational status were associated with the HRQoL in women, while the body mass index was associated with the HRQOL in men. Depression management and the promotion of walking activity are essential to the HRQoL of the Korean elderly. Particular attention must be paid to the HRQoL of older women who live alone and have a lower level of education.

In order to make unmanned machining systems with satisfactory performances, it is necessary to incorporate appropriate condition monitoring systems in the machining workstations to provide the required intelligence of the expert. This paper deals with condition monitoring for tool wear and breakage during turning operation. Developing economic sensing and identification methods for turning processes, sound pressure measurement and digital signal processing technique are proposed. The validity of the proposed system is confirmed through the large number of cutting tests.

With regard to the new town developments which have supplied lots of houses in a short period of time in Korea this study aims to evaluation and finding out problems of the developments finally to suggest the direction. A new town's competitiveness model set in the previous paper takes a role of research frame to recognize the problems and to show the direction. The model explains that new town's competitiveness is composed of 4 factors; Self-sufficiency, Innovativenss, Identity and Sustainability. Problems of the developments are as follows; incongruity of spatial structure especially in the capital region, deficiency of self-sufficiency resulted from single-use development, restriction on mixed development by a number of regulations in capital region, low business value, grand scale of land compensation, house oriented planning guidance, unfair share of infrastructure fee, and physical structure depending mainly on fossil energy. Based on this recognition this study conclusively suggests corresponding direction such as role performance as a means of urban growth management, promotion of quality of life by accumulating social capital, introduction of socially sustainable management program for the new towns, discovery and creation of town's value, reexamination of self-sufficiency's meaning or target, selective deregulation of metropolitan development, institutional strategy for cost reduction, changeover from house index to urban function oriented index, and pursuit of low-carbon green town.

Reinforcement cells are used to aid grass growth and taken together, this serves to extend greenery beyond the conventional spaces of lawns, tree pits, gardens, and parks, and is advantageous to urban cities since space for greening is often limited. Drought has variable effects on plant life and the resilience of turf to drought resistance also varies with species. Changes in photosynthetic ability were more pronounced for media rather than grass species. The media of sand without organic matter was found to be least suited for drought resistance. Normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and digital image analysis (DIA) data were generally in favour of Zoysia species as oppose to A. compressus. In A. compressus, selective traits such as, a more extensive root system and lower specific leaf area (SLA) were not an underlying factor that assisted this grass with enhanced drought resistance. Generally, WUE was found to be strongly related to plant characterises such as overall biomass, photosynthetic features as well as the lushness indexes, and specific leaf area. This study found a strong relationship between WUE and a suite of plant characteristics. These traits should serve as useful selection criteria for species with the ability to resist water stress.
