Online game provides a kind of cyber money aden and game instruments, items in order to attract game users. Game users want stronger, better and higher-leveled items with competition. Demands and supplies on items are formed and the transactions are made. The problem is there happen frequently illegal behaviors in the process of transactions. Among these illegal behaviors, for using other's id and password without authorization and stealing items, rejecting to return assigned items, providing stolen item to other who knows the fact or destroying others' items, it is difficult to apply provisions on properties in the criminal code on them. Because the criminal code has a duty to prevent separation between substantial criminal behavior and regulations, it should reflect substantial cultures and values of the times. Therefore, property like items in cyber space can be considered as new property to need to be protect under the criminal code and it may be not an interpretation of expansion. The reason is it is practical and reasonable to judge whether propertiness can be established considering cyber space's unique characteristics. It is time to review propertiness of Article No. 346 according to the request of times of the digital age.
Convergence of IT devices and fashion is enabling the industry to take fully different approaches in various areas including product planning, fabric selecting, distributing, and marketing. At the same time, it also transforms the definition of clothing itself. Convergence of IT technologies in the realm of fashion and textiles industries can create a powerful synergy through connection digital devices, such as mobile phone. In this context, this study attempts to suggest how IT technology can be efficiently harnessed through the usage of mobile devices in the planning stage of fashion materials, where the initial production plan of a clothing item is mapped out. This study ultimately aims to enhance the effectiveness of databases on fashion material information by using mobile devices to utilize NFC, an RFID technology having as much revolutionary power as Internet - which can be the convergence between IT and fashion across the software dimensions. To pursue this research, data on fashion material information regarding 200 woven fabric specimens were provided by textile companies. The information includes elements such as its composition, weight, width, yarn, density and sales report. These pieces of information were organized into a database. Drawing on this data, Android-based applications that allow smart phones to read off fabric information from NFC tags were developed for this study using two methods. The system works as follows: 1. NFC tag stickers are attached onto the hangers where 200 fabric samples are hanging. 2. The NFC tag stickers are tagged, or read off from a smart phone that support NFC functions. 3. Upon tagging, the Smart phone swiftly displays all information available on its screen - not only the aforementioned six elements, but also the image of the clothing item from the fabric in its finalized product form, and the video of the model wearing the item - for convenient view. The method harbors immense potential for the fashion industry in general, and will also be useful in those fields inside the industry that harness NFC technology.

The results of the study can be summarized as follows ; 1. The characteristics of the classification items in classification schemes of the electronical engineering fields is that KDC is classified by the vacuum tubes, electron tubes, special tubes, computers etc and DDC is classified by the microwave electronics, short-and long-wave electronics, X-ray and gamma-ray electronics, computers etc. 2. There is a blank in KDC and there are three blanks in DDC of the electronical engineering fields, but the total classification items number is much more in DDC than in KDC. This means that DDC is more classified than in the special classification items. 3. Classification items over 70% in the total classification items of computer fields in KDC, are classified a classification items of the short-and long-wave electronics in DDC. 4. There is a blank of computer fields in KDC and there are three blanks of computer fields in DDC, but the total classification items are many eighteen items. This means that DDC is more classified than KDC. 5. The sections of computers in DDC were established the 621.38195 classification item and the subsection of analogue computers in DDC were established the 621.381957 classification item and the subsection of digital computer in DDC were established the 621.381958 classification item. As we have seen, because of the development in technology and the subdivision of knowledge, the number of items is increased, and the terminology also become simplified and specified in the field of electronic engineering in KDC and DDC.
This study aims to analyze various discussions for influences on employment by the technologies related to the frequently mentioned Fourth Industrial Revolution and to conduct an exploratory research. For this aim, this paper analyzes and extends the survey related to realization possibility for managements and professionals of ICT sector in Global Agenda Council of World Economic Forum (WEF) in September 2015. Based upon these results, this study further conducts an empirical survey not only over realization possibility but also over its employment impact. For each 23 item of realization possibility, all the respondents (n=169) responded positively to each item to be actualized in 2025. In addition, for each 23 item of the strength of employment impact, most items were responded as decrease of employment but a few items were predicted as expansion of employment. This research has a meaning in providing a clue of empirical survey for employment impact by the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the future.

Recenily, major internalional STM(Science, Trchnical, and Mcdivine) Publichers have been developing prototype systems that can provide the refeence linking of jouinal articles within the scholarly literature on a cross-publisher basis using the URN(Universal Resouree Name). In Korea, it is hard to find the efforts to link the scattered digitalized documents to an individual user through a unified web. In this study, a linking model for an inergrated gatewny fro, bibliographic information to full tcxt has been desugned and 'Electronic Research Resourced Linking system (E3R/LS)' has been developed as a prototype for centralized static reference linking system. There are three major components for constructing refrernce linking systems. The firsl componcnt the Digital Object Identifiet(DO1). is introduced as the public identifier inrended to be applied wherever thr item needs to be identified. For denl~iymg Korean journal articles, llie extended SICI(Serlal Ilem and Conlribut~on Idealifier) has becn newly dehed in 1111s study and is used as a suiiia on DOI. The reierence datubasc conlams the second com~onenl, metadiltil, linkcd to implemenied by all information providers. The CnRI resolution system is used for resolving a DOI into a URL as the third component.

In addition, it is to develop item on feeding assessment for feeding disorder on children with cerebral palsy Methods : Factors to be included in the assessment of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy based on the ICF classification criteria constituted the assessment domain through literature review. Results : Assessment items of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy were categorized into 6 domains. These were systematized through expert advice, and through the first and second Delphi surveys, nine middle categories, 32 sub-categories, and 76 items were confirmed. Conclusions : The results of this study are useful for occupational therapists who want to check the current feeding function and activity level during therapeutic interventions for children with cerebral palsy who have feeding disorders.
The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of the safety and health ability to safely protect body in a risky situation in infancy, but due to the lack of a valid test tool for measuring infant safety knowledge, measure the safety and health knowledge of infants. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, opinions of education experts and early childhood education experts were collected, and suitable factors for measuring safety and health knowledge of children aged 3-5 years were extracted. The measurement questions developed based on this were surveyed on 186 children aged 3-5 years old to verify the relevance of the question composition and the reliability of the contents. In the distribution of the item response, values of 0.8 or less were deleted, and items with a correlation of r<.40 or less were also deleted, and the reliability test showed more than .70. After exploratory factor analysis, it was developed into 23 questions in 3 areas. The total score of safety and health knowledge for the final question and the degree of correlation were above .80. The tool for measuring child safety and health knowledge developed in this study was confirmed to be appropriate for item discrimination, item reliability, and content validity, and thus will be used as basic data for measuring child safety and health knowledge. After the early childhood safety and health education program is implemented, Further research should verify the effectiveness of the early childhood safety and health program.
