오늘날 인터넷이 급속하게 확산되면서 많은 홈페이지들이 개발되어 다양하고 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 홈페이지들은 시각 장애인을 고려해서 개발되지 않았기 때문에 시각 장애인들이 인터넷에 접근해서 정보를 얻는 데는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 현재 몇몇 홈페이지들이 장애인을 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 정보 제공이라는 면에서는 매우 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 시각장애인이 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 디지털 도서관에 접근하여 필요한 자료를 이용할 수 있도록 하는 시각장애인용 디지털 도서관을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 개발하는 시각 장애인을 위한 전자 도서관은 TTS 기반의 음성 합성 기술을 사용하여 시각 장애인들이 쉽고 편리하게 전자 도서관을 이용할 수 있는 인터페이스 환경을 지원하고 있다.

We fabricated white organic light emitting diodes(WOLED) having two complementary and three primary colors with emission layers of DPVBi / MADN : DCM2-0.5% and DPVBi / $Alq_3$ / MADN : DCM2-1.5%, respectively. WOLED using three primary colors shows broad electroluminescence including green emission peak at 510nm while optical properties of the two complementary WOLED was higher current efficiency of 6.2 cd/A than 4.9 cd/A of three primary color WOLED. The maximum luminescence of WOLED with two complimentary color was $15200cd/m^2$ along with luminous efficiency 6.2cd/A, as achieving stable white color coordinates for both of WOLEDs at (0.33 , 0.33) almost.

Blockchain technology provides a decentralized and peer-to-peer network, which has the advantages of transparency and immutability. In this paper, a novel secure authentication scheme applying digital holography to blockchain technology is proposed to protect privacy information in network nodes. The transactional information of the node is chained permanently and immutably in the blockchain to ensure network security. By designing a novel two-dimensional (2D) array data structure of the block, a proof of work (PoW) in the blockchain is executed through digital holography technology to verify true authentication and legal block linkage. A hash generated from the proposed algorithm reveals a random number of 2D array data. The real identity of each node in the network cannot be forged by a hacker's tampering because the privacy information of the node is encrypted using digital holography and stored in the blockchain. The reliability and feasibility of the proposed scheme are analyzed with the help of the research results, which evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Forgery by a malicious node is impossible with the proposed method by rejecting a tampered transaction. The principal application is a secure anonymity system guaranteeing privacy information protection for handling of large information.

최근 공공기관은 물론 학술정보 서비스 기관에서는 보유하고 있는 정보자원을 외부 기관과 공유함으로써 자원의 재활용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 특히 학술정보 서비스 기관은 디지털 콘텐츠의 확산 정책을 명문화함으로써, 학술정보 서비스의 일관성과 신뢰성, 정체성과 효율성을 제고시킬 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 학술정보 서비스 기관의 디지털 콘텐츠 확산 정책 수립을 위하여 국내외 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 정책 및 확산 정책의 사례를 파악한 후, 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가과학기술정보센터(NDSL)를 중심으로 확산 정책을 수립하였다. 디지털 콘텐츠 확산 정책의 주요 내용으로 목적 및 목표, 주 이용자, 확산 범위, 확산 방식, 활용에 대한 신청, 동의 및 협약 등을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 향후 유관 학술정보 서비스 기관의 디지털 콘텐츠 공유 및 확산을 위한 정책 도출에 기반이 될 것이다.

최근 온라인, 모바일, SNS플랫폼 등 디지털 기기를 이용한 상거래에 있어 사회간접자본으로서 온라인 거래의 신뢰와 기업 차원에서 기업 신뢰가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국소비자원의 소비자 정책지표의 데이터를 이용하여 디지털 소비여건 신뢰와 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신 제품과 서비스의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털 소비여건 신뢰와 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신기기 만족도와 정보통신 서비스 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 디지털 소비여건 신뢰보다 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신기기 만족도와 정보통신 서비스 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언 등을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 대학생들이 디지털 도서관 검색 행태에 대한 메타인지를 분석하고, 보다 최적의 검색결과를 찾기 위한 사용자 중심의 온라인 정보검색시스템 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 메타인지를 스키마-트레이닝(schema-training), 계획(planning), 모니터링(monitoring), 평가(evaluation), 전이(transfer)의 5가지 주요 범주로 분류하였으며, 총 20개의 하위 범주를 포함하였다. 총 112명의 학생들이 온라인 설문지에 참여했고, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 버전 26을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대학생들의 메타인지와 디지털 도서관 탐색 행위 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 발견되었다. 특히 디지털 도서관 탐색경험은 이용자 메타인지 측면을 고려한 디지털 도서관 설계에서 가장 중요한 요소로 밝혀졌다.

국립디지털도서관(NDL)의 정보서비스 정책이 개발되기 위해서는 문헌연구 및 해외 디지털도서관 정보서비스 사례 분석, 관련 분야 전문가를 통한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 도서관 이용자 및 사서를 대상으로 하는 설문조사 등 다각적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 국립디지털도서관 정보서비스 정책 개발 방법 중의 하나로서 NDL 건립과 운영에 관한 도서관 이용자 및 사서들의 인식과 기대사항을 다양한 측면에서 조사하였다.

A coalition of information schools, called the iSchools Organization, was established to increase the visibility of library and information science and to cope with the new demands of the digital age. As of 2015, sixty-five schools from many different countries have joined the iSchools Organization. While some other schools are interested in adopting iSchools, there are still some issues that need to be considered before adopting the iSchool charter. This paper presents those issues from the perspectives of the 5C groups: curriculum, competencies, convergence, collaboration, and consensus. A survey was conducted to investigate some aspects of the 5Cs. This study identifies five iSchool-related issues - 5Cs. Providing perspectives in the areas of the 5Cs will be useful to establish stronger iSchools. These five Cs will resolve information problems that we are facing, prepare students or any organizations for the digital age, give students digital service skills, and train future data scientists. This paper represents practical guidelines to build a strong iSchool. With the success of iSchools, societies see us as more than the traditional librarian.

It is necessary to respond to rapid technological changes such as the 4th industrial revolution and digital transformation across industries. And, a change in the university education system is necessary in a crisis situation of universities due to the rapid decrease of the school-age population. This study is aimed at practical competency with the ability to apply intelligent information technology to their job fields based on a basic understanding of intelligent information technology rather than advanced competency centered on theory and research. Instead of presenting the curriculum system diagram so that it can be flexibly applied to the design and development of the curriculum for intelligent information technology, training modules according to job and level were presented. In relation to intelligent information technology, a questionnaire was conducted for college professors, and industry experts were conducted on the derived educational modules to reflect the opinions of the industry. Industry experts said that collaboration with PBL, Capstone, and industry is necessary to improve problem-solving and communication skills.
