  • 디지털 위성방송 시스템은 송신국, 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템, 수신기로 구성된다. 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템은 자원 관리 모듈, 사용자 인터페이스 모듈, 송신국 인터페이스 모듈, 수신기인터페이스 모듈, 가입자 판매 모듈, 감시 및 제어 모듈로 구성이 된다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트/서버를 기반으로 한 디지털 위성 방송 시스템에서 효율적 인 자원 및 가업자 관리를 위한 새로운 RRMC 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 통한 시스템의 실시간적인 감시 및 제어 기능 구현에 관하여 기술하였으며 또한 자원 및 가입자 관리 시스템과 다른 장비와의 통신 절차에 대해서도 함께 기술하였다.

대학도서관 전자자원관리정책 모형 연구 (A Research on a Model Electronic Resource Management Policy in Academic Libraries)

  • 이 연구는 정보환경의 변화와 대학도서관에 있어서 전자정보원의 비중 증가, 그리고 이용자 요구의 변화 등에 따라 대학도서관에서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있는 전자자원관리정책의 모형을 제안하고자 한 연구이다. 이를 위해 우선 전자자원의 정의와 유형 전자자원관리정책의 개념과 기능, 그리고 필요성을 정의하였다. 다음으로, 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소를 도출하였는데 이를 위해 국제도서관협회연맹(IFLA)의 전자자원개발정책 가이드라인과 미국의 대학도서관들이 실제로 수립, 공개하고 있는 전자자원관리정책 사례, 그리고 관련연구들을 바탕으로 구성요소를 선정, 취합하였다. 이 결과를 종합하여 전자자원관리정책의 구성요소별 우선순위를 정하고 가상의 대학을 대상으로 전자자원관리정책 모형을 제안하였다.

  • 본고는 우리나라 공공도서관 전산화 과정의 현황을 분석하고, 홈페이지를 통한 디지털서비스의 몇 가지 문제점들을 검토하였다. 검토결과 디지털서비스의 기술수준은 매우 우수하지만, 지역간 격차가 심한 것으로 지적되었다. 본고는 지역특성에 근거한 특성화된 자원개발을 인터넷시대 공공도서관 디지털서비스의 생존전략으로 강조하였다.

자원제약하에서의 지연 스케쥴링 (Delayed Scheduling under Resource Constrains)

  • 본 연구에서는 자원의 수가 한정된 상태에서 동작 알고리즘의 수행을 마치기 위한 자원제약 스케쥴링 방법을 다루었다. 특히, 제한된 자원제약하에서 연산이 할당되는 제어스텝의 최하한값을 구하기 위한 지연 스케쥴링 방법을 제안하였다. 스케쥴링 문제에 대하여 연산의 멀티싸이클과 기능적 파이프라이닝을 고려하였으며 스케쥴링 문제에 대한 최적의 결과를 얻기 위해 선형정수계획법을 이용하였다. 5차 디지털 웨이브 필터 DFG를 실험 대상으로 하여 본 연구의 효용성을 입증하였다.

  • Recently in order to process forest official task more effectively and scientifically the previous of that which is focused on document and inventory, should be applied with the spatial information technology. Especially, the forest information remote sensing system has to be developed using digital photogrammetry and GIS. In this study the forest information remote sensing system is implemented to manage forest resource and forest official effectively especially by constructing database of forest environment information and cadastral information, overlaying various thematic maps, and performing spatial analysis using GIS and aerial photograph. For this, the attribute data and spatial data of aerial photograph, digital topography map, forest cadastral map, forest type map, forest use map should be reprocessed and stored in Oracle. Also, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2.1 of ESRI based on CBD(Component Based Development).

Improving Visual Accessibility for Color Vision Deficiency Based on MPEG-21

  • In this paper, we propose a visual accessibility technique in an MPEG-21 framework. In particular, MPEG-21 visual accessibility for the colored-visual resource of a digital item is proposed to give better accessibility of color information to people with color vision deficiency (CVD). We propose an adaptation system for CVD as well as a description of CVD in MPEG-21. To verify the usefulness of the proposed method, computer simulations with CVD and color adaptation were performed. Furthermore, a statistical experiment was performed using volunteers with CVD in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed visual accessibility technique in MPEG-21. Both the experimental and simulation results show that the proposed adaptations technique can provide better color information, particularly to people with CVD.

시스템 부하를 고려한 효율적인 가상 머신 배치 (Efficient Virtual Machine Placement Considering System Load)

  • Cloud computing integrates computing resources such as servers, storage, and networks with virtualization technology to provide suitable services according to user needs. Due to the structural characteristics of sharing physical resources based on virtualization technology, threats to availability can occur, so it is essential to respond to availability threats in cloud computing. Existing over-provisioning method is not suitable because it can generate idle resources and cause under-provisioning to degrade or disconnect service. System resources must be allocated in real-time according to the system load to guarantee the cloud system's availability. Through appropriate management measures, it is necessary to reduce the system load and increase the performance of the system. This paper analyzes the work response time according to the allocation or migration of virtual machines and discusses an efficient resource management method considering the system load.

  • Computing environment combined with development of internet and IT technology is changing to cloud computing environment. In addition, cloud computing is revitalized more because of propagation of LTE and suggestion of N-screen Service. Virtualization is the point technology for suggest IT resource to service form to users in this cloud computing. This technology combines other system physically or divides one system logically and uses resource efficiently. Many users can be provided application and hardware as needed using this. But, lately various attack using weak point of virtualization technology are increasing rapidly. In this study, we analyze type and weak point of virtualization technology, the point of cloud computing. And we study about function and the position which intrusion detection system has to prepare in order to detect and block attack using this.

시간제약 조건하에서 재사용 모듈 설계를 통한 CPLD 저전력 기술 매핑 (CPLD Low Power Technology Mapping for Reuse Module Design under the Time Constraint)

  • In this paper, CPLD low power technology mapping for reuse module design under the time constraint is proposed. Traditional high-level synthesis do not allow reuse of complex, realistic datapath component during the task of scheduling. On the other hand, the proposed algorithm is able to approach a productivity of the design the low power to reuse which given a library of user-defined datapath component and to share of resource sharing on the switching activity in a shared resource. Also, we are obtainable the optimal the scheduling result in experimental results of our using chaining and multi-cycling in the scheduling techniques. Low power circuit make using CPLD technology mapping algorithm for selection reuse module by scheduling.

농촌환경자원의 정보관리시스템 구축 (Development of Management Information System of Rural Environmental Resources)

  • The first theme of this study is to preserve and manage rural multi-functionality resource Information. This study is to suggest the method that can irradiate rural multi-functionality resource Information efficiently and constructively. GIS uses PDA and Tablet PC as an investigation tool and verifies the outcome of the development in the investigation system. This study enhanced the mobility function of PDA by installing recording system and camera to the PDA. Also, Using GPS has been ensured scientific precision and realism to the investigation. Direct input on spot can save time, cost and minimize human error by simplifying the investigation process. Database is composed of characters like scale, form, location, distance, resident's opinion and image of 37 resources. The survey system was applied in 170 villages and got a total of 12,270 resources data. Management system should be easy to input and output the surveyed information and to get reports in any kind of form ( i.e. final result can be produced as a map). By utilizing of the Rural Resource information system, the study made a simulation to compare the target areas before and after. Also, digitalized investigation system, minimized re-input and reprocessing of data and enabled to simplify and standardize the process than memorandum investigation. Data collected through digital system could offer people useful information by Web-GIS. It was need to specify practical way in decision-making and a way to measure the value of resources to align with the regional plan. Also, need to keep on developing statistical data and application program that can connect us to present the best solution to support regional planning. Therefore, quality of data is very important. Finally, it is very important to develop various programs to analyze space md rural resource by monitoring rural environment.
