The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a culture and art education program on adolescents with disabilities. Craft education oriented toward activities convergence education. The investigator conducted an in-depth interview with seven adolescents with developmental disabilities in a special high school class for a month after the educational sessions were over. The findings were as follows: first, the adolescents with developmental disabilities experienced the joy, pleasure, and interest of study, which they used to have a difficult time experiencing in a common class. Second, they became relaxed with their participation in lessons, felt comfortable through educational activities, and had a positive attitude. Third, they had a feeling of being together and coexistence through collaborative activities. Finally, they were able to share each other's ideas, listen carefully to their friends, talk about works they created, and experience close relationships with classmates.

This study aimed to examine the association between betting games and problem gambling among adolescents, with attention paid to comparisons by gender and school level. For this purpose, this study analyzed a sample of 3,653 adolescents from the 2015 Survey on Youth Gambling Problems. The main findings are as follows. First, experiencing online betting games compared to non-online betting games was associated with higher risks of being light and severe problem gambling among adolescents. Second, the associations between online betting games and problem gambling was more pronounced for male adolescents than for female adolescents. Third, the associations between online betting games and problem gambling was more pronounced for high school students than for middle school students. Based on the findings, this study suggested practical strategies to prevent problem gambling among adolescents.

The flourishing China mobile e-book App market has caused a series of problems, for which enhancing the user experience become an urgent matter. As a whole, user experience is related to the five planes such as the device, platform, medium, form and content. However, to understand the user needs is the logical starting point of the whole process. Contextual interview has been conducted in this study, while four types of tasks such as discovering and accessing a target e-book, setting and experiencing the reading interface, listening to the e-book and reviewing and sharing were asked to perform during the process, which has resulted in relevant problems and unpleasant factors in user experience. Based on the aforementioned contents, guidelines for enhancing the user experience of China mobile e-book App has been summarized as a result.

This study was conducted to identify factors affecting depression in junior nursing students(JNS). The number of the participants was 144 at a college in S and G city. The data were collected using questionnaires about somatic symptoms(SS), sleep quality, stress, adaptation to college life(AC), depression. Mean score of depression was 18.89, 58.3% are experiencing depression that requires clinical treatment. The significant predictors of JNS were levels of depression AC(β=-.503, p=.000) and SS(β=.263, p=.000) respectively, explaining 58.9% of variance. In order to control the depressive symptoms of JNS, it is necessary to diagnose basic learning ability from the beginning of admission and provide guidance management plans to help students adapt to academic activities by providing customized programs for each level to improve learning ability. It is necessary to develop and apply various intervention programs to alleviate physical symptoms such as fatigue/low energy experienced by JNS.

Developing countries, including Africa, are experiencing very little human resources development due to the deprivation of equal educational opportunities, poor educational conditions, and the gap in information technology with developed countries. Developing countries that do not have excellent human resources are lagging behind in globalization competition with developed countries, and the problem of 'human resource development' in developing countries can not be avoided. In developing countries, education budgets are too low to meet education needs and compulsory education, and therefore they are not adequately responding to the increasing demand for education. The lack of education budget is due to the lack of education infrastructure. In this study, the NAS based server is configured to configure functions such as educational content and learning management, and the client area is presented with solutions for various media such as tablet, PC, and beam projector. And to support optimized e-learning services in developing countries by constructing a SCORM-based platform.

The purpose of this study is to reduce the barriers to entry into the government- supported startups and to contribute to the improvement of public policy services of the government. To do this, we identify the difficulties and problems that pre-founders are experiencing through startup cases of young entrepreneurs established in 2018, and provide practical help for pre-founders to experience their utility in preparation for government-supported startups, the need for public services to do so. And to propose a mentoring service to help the successful startup of policy-oriented user. This study is effective to adopt and apply the public service design process and methodology to the development of public policy service for the pre-founder who is preparing for government support centered startup. This study is meaningful that it presents one approach that can be considered when the government wants to develop and improve public policy services.

The city is experiencing various problems such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, urban crime, and faces the limit of growth. Recently, various attempts to build a Smart City have been spreading around the world, in order to solve these problems. Smart City is attracting attention as the core platform of the future city with the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. However, various definitions of smart city are mixed, and the methods and strategies for implementing smart city are changing or evolving due to the development of technology and the experience during that time. This study summarizes the definition of various smart city through literature review and suggests smart city building strategy that enables sustainable growth of cities as a platform of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution era.

This study examined to identify the factors influencing on inpatients' satisfaction with hospitalization and willingness to recommend hospital to others. Data from the 2018 National Patient Experience Survey were used for the analysis. Of the 593 patients experiencing inpatient services, multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the factors such as physician care, nursing care, facility and administrative support, and healthcare system on inpatients' satisfaction after controlling for their socio-demographic and health related factors. The study found that physician care, nursing care, administrative support and healthcare system were related to inpatients' satisfaction and willingness to recommend hospital. To improve inpatients' satisfaction, it is necessary to improve healthcare professionals' overall patient-centerdness attitude, user friendly hospital facilities and administrative support services and efforts to trust and satisfaction on healthcare system from the patients' perspectives.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of family economic deterioration caused by COVID-19 on mental health among adolescents in grandparent-headed families. For the purpose, this study used raw data from the 16th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey constructed by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency in 2020 and analyzed the influence of family economic deterioration caused by COVID-19 on anxiety, stress, depression, and suicidal ideation. The main results regarding research questions are as follows. First, 39% of 589 adolescents in grandparent-headed families experienced family economic deterioration caused by COVID-19. Also, compared with adolescents who did not experience family economic deterioration, those who experienced deterioration showed higher scores of anxiety and stress as well as higher percentages of experiencing depression and suicidal ideation. Second, regression analyses showed that family economic deterioration caused by COVID-19 positively significantly influenced anxiety, stress, depression, and suicidal ideation. Based on the analyzed results, strategies to protect the mental health of adolescents in grandparent-headed families in disaster like COVID-19 were discussed.

North Korean defectors are experiencing economic hardship due to the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak. In order to solve this problem, interest in starting a business is increasing. This study targeted the current and previous government, and discovered major topics through text mining of news data on North Korean defector starting a business to examine the start-up support policies according to the keynote of the present regime. Additionally, key factors for successful start-ups were derived through interviews with North Korean defectors who have done them. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to focus on women and the youth, and to actively expand specialized entrepreneurship education and financial support for North Korean defectors. In addition, it was confirmed that there is a need for a practical and continuous entrepreneurship education program.
