The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of controlling consulting service quality in relation to the factors of success and performances of the social enterprises. In order to achieve the objective of this study, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activity was defined to be the factors of success and the research model and hypothesis was set according to the theoretical basis of the factors of success, performances and the quality of consulting services. The results showed that first, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activities as factors of success all had significant effects on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest, having great influence on the securement of market competitiveness of the social enterprises. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the effects of controlling the quality of consulting services in relation to the relationship between the factors of success and management performances of the social enterprises, network activity showed to have significant effect on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest. Through this study, the importance and the necessity of the improvement of consulting services and network activities of social enterprises were highlighted and the necessity of a new consulting principle in the consulting industry that can be specialized to social enterprises is proposed.

Most banks in Myanmar have begun to provide their services via mobile phones. However, few studies investigated the factors that may help to set mobile services from a customer perspective. So, this study aims to propose and test a conceptual research model to predict the user's intention to use and actual use level of mobile banking service by combining UTAUT and DeLone-Mclean IS model. Data were collected from 206 citizens who had experienced mobile banking in various regions of Myanmar. The study found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, information quality and service quality influence the user 's intention to adopt mobile banking services which directly affects the user's actual use of them. However, social influence, facilitating condition and system quality don't influence the user's intention. The study results contribute to meeting customer's needs and reducing customer risk in Myanmar's mobile banking industry, suggesting to seamlessly provide the necessary resources like technology improvements, organizational infrastructure and service centers. Another future study are required to include service's security and trust factors so that the service providers could gain their customers' reliability and trust.

This study attempted to derive the sub-factors for the perception of cosmetology education affecting satisfaction of students with the cosmetology education and analyze their effects on career choice through a questionnaire survey against a total of a total of 120 people who had taken the cyber university cosmology lecture previously. For cosmetology education perception factors, four predictive variables (educational environment, operating system, curriculum and lecture management) and one variable regarding educational satisfaction were derived and used as analysis tools. The purpose of education by academic major was the acquisition of license and theory & practice education in hairdressing and skin care, respectively. Students showed more interest in hairdressing lectures as they had little work experience and in skin care lectures when they had extensive work experience (p<0.01). Correlation was found between the four education perception-related sub-regions and satisfaction with education (p<0.01). In particular, curriculum and lecture management had a positive effect on satisfaction with education with statistical significance. As the perception of lectures increased, students were more satisfied with cosmetology education (p<0.001). In addition, academia-industry cooperation, career analysis, cosmetology lectures and school had influence on career choice. This study found several issues such as difficult curriculum and poor communication, and it appears that it is necessary to develop a better communication plan and new educational lectures by career and stage.

This study was aimed at analyzing the operational efficiency of DPAs(the delivery and pickup agents), which serve as sub-terminals in parcel delivery services, using CCR/BCC models in DEA. The input variables included the number of employees, and the amount of equipment and the operating expenses. The output variable was revenue value. The efficiency for the period from 2014 to 2016 was analyzed. The results revealed that the operational efficiency improved in 2016, compared with 2014, in both CCR and BCC models. According to the benchmarking analysis, DMU 1 and DMU 7 showed higher efficiency in 2016. The inefficiency analysis based on the BCC model showed increased efficiency of all factors in 2016 when compared with 2014. The Malmquist productivity index (MPI) dropped slightly as a result of technical changes and indicated a declining technical efficiency in all DMUs. This study suggests the need for government-led systematic improvement and support for DPAs by providing current insight into the parcel delivery industry and analyzing DPAs' operational efficiency in Korea for the first time. This research performed efficiency analysis of DPAs located in new town of paju and gimpo cities. In future research, comparative study on efficiency analysis including new town, old town area, and other cities are needed.

Chatbot is emerging as an important interface window for business. This change is due to the continued development of chatbot-related research from NLP to NLU and NLG. However, the reality is that the methodological study of drawing domain knowledge and developing it into a user-friendly interactive interface is weak in the process of developing chatbot. In this paper, in order to present the process criteria of chatbot development, we applied it to the actual project based on the methodology presented in the previous paper and improved the development methodology. In conclusion, the productivity of the test phase, which is the most important step, was improved by 33.3%, and the number of iterations was reduced to 37.5%. Based on these results, the "3 Phase and 17 Tasks Development Methodology" was presented, which is expected to dramatically improve the trial and error of the chatbot development.

With the acceleration of economic globalization, the development of aviation logistics plays an increasingly significant role in the logistics industry. As the foundation of aviation logistics development, airport terminals are attracting increasing attention. In this respect, the aim of this research is to analyze 65 academic papers on Chinese airport terminals from 2003 to 2020 by utilizing analytic keywords of academic papers and suggest the research trend of Chinese airport terminals. The SNA was adopted as research methodology. Airport Terminal, Boned, and Chinese Mainland were the keywords for the first period (2003-2008), while the second period (2009-2014) included the keywords such as China, DEA, Airport, and Flight Delay. For the third period (2015-2020), Airport Competitiveness and Aviation Network were also highly connected keywords. This indicates that with the growth of the economy, the research trend of China's airport terminals has been gradually expanding from infrastructure construction to network development. The results have implications on suggesting the research trend of Chinese airport terminals, and providing insights to the policy makers, academics, and practitioners in neighboring countries including Korea.

This paper aims to investigate the effects of Smart-Work IT resources on job performance. The survey was conducted amongst the business workers who are currently engaged in domestic major companies as well as small businesses, and analyzed based on the frequency, factor and reliability. Using PROCESS Macro, we conducted an analysis of the relationship between the IT resources and job performance, treating collective intelligence as a mediating parameter. The results of the study are as follows. First, the IT resources of the companies were found to have a meaningful effect on job performance. Second, the IT resources were found to have no effect on employee productivity except through their effect on the collective intelligence. Finally, while openness and cooperation were found to be the aspects of collective intelligence which mediated between IT resources and workflow improvement, participation, openness and cooperation were found to be the aspects of collective intelligence which mediated between IT resources and workflow coordination, In the future, it is necessary to compare quantitatively the financial performance of Smart-Work adopters and others in the same industry or to compare the financial performance before and after introducing Smart-Work dynamically within the same company.

The purpose of this study is to examine the four aspects of design terminology : dictionary, legal, academic, and popular according to the changes of various media and the stream of times and to establish a basic framework for design terms that can be refined in time. Based on an understanding of the essential meaning of design terms, it provides the basis for establishing the basic direction of the use of design terms that can be used between the design industry and other industries. The research methods are as follows: First, the preliminary meaning of design terms was examined through previous studies. Second, the present state of use of design terms was analyzed using the Internet and various network media. Third, through interviews with experts in each design field, the criteria of contemporary design terms was explored. Ultimately, the direction to establish design terms was derived through these research processes. The result of this study is meaningful to provide the new index of the time and conceptual change of design terms. In the future, it will be necessary to expand the research on design common terms continuously in design-related academia and related industries, and try to establish professional and popular design terms through diverse opinions.

This study aims to examine whether the life satisfaction of the elderly living alone is influenced by demographic background, economic activity, productive leisure participation and the moderating effect of social support. Data in this study was from 5th Korean Retirement Income Study, and 890 elderly living alone were extracted and analyzed, and a multi-level analysis was used to analyze the data because the life satisfaction of the elderly living alone has a random effect according to the region. The results of this study were as follows; First, the elderly living alone showed high life satisfaction when they live in province rather than Seoul or metropolitan city, spend higher living expenses, do economic activities, and they are economically independent. Second, those who participated in productive leisure activity were more satisfied with life than those who did not, and those who have social support are more satisfied with their life. Third, the relationship between productive leisure participation and life satisfaction was moderated by social support. When the elderly living alone participate in productive leisure activities, they feel more life satisfaction according to social support given to them.

This study aims to propose measures to consistently induce Chinese tourists who represent the largest percentage of inbound tourism from foreign countries, utilizing raw data of 2015 Korea International Visitor Survey conducted by the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Differences and influence factors for overall satisfaction on travel in Korea, intention to revisit Korea, and intention to recommendation were analyzed by demographic characteristics and tourism characteristics of Chinese consumers. As a result of analysis study, it came out that there are differences between overall satisfaction on travel in Korea and intention to revisit Korea by age and job of demographic characteristics. Among the tourism characteristics, there are differences in intention to revisit Korea depending on purpose of travel, intention to revisit Korea and recommendation according to route of travel information search, and there are differences in all three categories according to type of travel. The most important factor of all three category was identified as 'Food' factor and the second most influential factors were immigration procedures, security, and tourist attractiveness. It is suggested that more active research and improvement efforts are needed in the government, industry, and academia in order to attract Chinese tourists in the future.
