This study analyzed through GEM-listed companies for verifying the interrelationship between positive and negative impacts on accounting information GEM-listed companies, whether venture firms operate the internal control operation system stably. Hong Kong's GEM listed company is a securities market similar to Korea's KOSDAQ market. To analyzing this study, used regression analysis method through internal control index to evaluate the operation of internal control system and discretionary accruals to evaluate the quality of accounting information. In this study, because profit adjustments used to realize through discretionary accruals, so analyzed using the modified Jones model to check whether the management deliberately transformed the company to realize future profits. In the empirical analysis, the correlation between the internal control index and the discretionary accruals to assess the quality of accounting information was able to find highly correlated. This study can provide useful guidance for evaluating the form and value of profit management of venture firms in the future, also would expect to help understand the financial environment of emerging venture firms.

Personal information protection has become one of the most impending business issues because leakage of personal information can cause tremendous financial losses and image degradation. Consequently, personal information protection initiatives have been recognized widely in business. To invigorate personal information protection investments, performance measurement method such as cost benefits analysis or qualitative analyses are needed, which have not been studied enough in the previous studies. This study proposes a performance measurement model which can include quantitative and qualitative analyses in the context of personal information protection investments. A comparative analysis has been performed on security investment and IT investment performance measurements, which leads to choose the WiBe method (developed by the German Interior Ministry), considering the privacy characteristics and the method's applicability. In particular, the quantitative effect measured how proactive threat assessment based on the way according to the nature of the businesses and organizations of privacy and possible investment decisions. This study proposes the 16 performance indicators, which turn out to be meaningful in terms of their materiality and feasibility by conducting focus group interviews of 25 experts on personal information protection.

This study was to identify the influence of knowledge acquisition on creativity in an organization. We selected the learning orientation among variables related to the acquisition of knowledge and analyzed the moderating effects of motivation in the mediating process of learning orientation, professional knowledge, creative thinking ability, and the relationship between them. To this end, a research model and hypothesis were established through literature studies, and 296 questionnaires were distributed and collected from Daegu and Gyeongbuk to test hypotheses. As a result of the verification through hierarchical regression analysis, it was confirmed that learning orientation has a positive effect on creative thinking skill, and expertise has a mediating effect. And in this mediation relationship, the moderating effect of motivation was confirmed. These findings are suggestive by checking the relationship between the elements in the expression of creativity in detail and identifying the influence of learning orientation. It will be able to provide guidelines for organizational management by explaining the process of creativity through the development of knowledge.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the operational efficiency of Chinese e-commerce companies and to present measures to improve efficiency. This paper selected 16 enterprises as the research objects, from the e-commerce demonstration enterprises of the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2017-2018, to conduct an empirical study on the operating efficiency of e-commerce enterprises. By using DEA method, we selected 3 input and 2 output indicators to measure the input-output efficiency of enterprises from input-oriented. Using different model in DEA, we calculated the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, also efficiency based on the sample of 2018 and horizontal analysis from 2016 to 2018. The analysis showed that the overall efficiency of Chinese e-commerce companies was continuously improving, and that their business capabilities and business scale were also gradually improving. Through the calculation of efficiency, we evaluated the competitiveness of the e-commerce demonstration enterprises, and explored measures to improve their management efficiency. At the same time, it put forward some reasonable suggestions to adjust the scale, and enhance the competitive advantage.

The purpose of this study is to classify national ships into passenger ships, cargo ships, oil tankers, tugboats, barges, and other ships by use, and compare the rate of change and direction respectively. In this study, a total of 123 monthly data were searched from January 2011 to March 2021 in Statistics Korea's KOSIS "Traffic Logistics => Operating Vessel Statistics => Possesion State of National Vessels". To this end, we calculated the rate of change from the previous month for each ship and performed numerical analysis and model analysis. In the correlation analysis, the Total showed a high relationship in the order of Towing, Barge, Oil, Cargo and Ferry. In the regression analysis, each ship was found to be statistically significant and varied independently of each other. The increase rate was highest in the order of Ferry, Oil, Towing, Barge and Cargo during the last analysis period. In the analysis of Scatter Charts, Towing and Barge showed more than a certain level of synchronization with respect to the Total. The synchronization phenomenon for each ships was calculated to be rather low, indicating that the correlation between each ships was low. However, the correlation between Oil and Towing, Oil and Barge and Towing and Barge is relatively high, indicating a relatively large correlation.

The IT industry has made rapid development and also had an economic impact on other industries Also, since the fourth industrial revolution has begun in recent years ago, so The convergence between IT and other industries is increasing. Therefore, the development of the IT industry will enhance the international competitiveness It will also have a major impact on the nation's economic growth. Therefore, IT firms should be more efficient in their production. so This paper analyzes the efficiency of High-growth IT firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS(return to scale) of 12 IT firms. As a result, there were 6 companies with BCC efficiency 1 and 4 companies with 1 CCR efficiency. The scale of profitability was analyzed by IRS as 7 companies and CRS as 5 companies. We also suggest the IT firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. It is expected to provide investors and external stakeholders with very useful information on managerial management efficiency.

Over the past decade, the development of the Web explosively increased the data. Feature selection step is an important step in extracting valuable data from a large amount of data. This study proposes a novel opinion mining model based on combining feature selection (FS) methods with Word embedding to vector (Word2vec) and BOW (Bag-of-words). FS methods adopted for this study are CFS (Correlation based FS) and IG (Information Gain). To select an optimal FS method, a number of classifiers ranging from LR (logistic regression), NN (neural network), NBN (naive Bayesian network) to RF (random forest), RS (random subspace), ST (stacking). Empirical results with electronics and kitchen datasets showed that LR and ST classifiers combined with IG applied to BOW features yield best performance in opinion mining. Results with laptop and restaurant datasets revealed that the RF classifier using IG applied to Word2vec features represents best performance in opinion mining.

The purpose of this study is to look for the relationship between export weight and control volume, inland cargo, export cargo transport, ship departure. The analysis period were used for a total of 113 monthly data from January 2011 to May 2020. Data were retrieved from the Korean Statistical Information Service of the Statistics Korea. The data used in this study were performed numerical analysis, index analysis and model analysis using the rate of change from the same month of the previous year. In the trend of the increase rate, the amount of control has plummeted from 150% to 60% due to the influence of Corona 19 in the beginning of 2020. At the same time, export weight and export cargo transport also decreased. As a result of the analysis, export weight showed relatively high synchronization with export cargo transport and control volume. On the other hand, export weight and inland cargo showed relatively low synchronization. Export weight is expected to continue in 2020 after the fluctuation rate began to decrease after 2019. If we can find the point of rebound in control volume or export cargo transport in the future, we can predict the point of increase in export weight. We expect to see an increase in export weight as soon as possible.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the user's continuous usage intention of computer games. A research model was developed which shows that the independent variables of value, expectation confirmation, perceived enjoyment affect user satisfaction and continuous usage intention. To test the six hypotheses, survey data were collected from 104 respondents, and hypotheses tests as well as a confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using a partial least square analysis tool. The statistical analysis result showed that expectation confirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction also had a strong positive effect on the game user's continuous usage intention. Perceived enjoyment showed a highly strong positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction was found to have full mediation effects in the relationship between expectation confirmation and continuous usage intention, and perceived enjoyment and continuous usage intention respectively. This result provides an important implication that continuous usage intention occurs through user satisfaction, and also indicates the contribution of this study for the game industry. Another contribution of this study is to introduce critical independent variables from the marketing and information technology domains in order to explain continuous usage intention of computer games.

The purpose of this study is to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. Specifically, hypotheses were established and a research model was established that behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy among these variables. In order to analyze this, 239 copies of survey data were collected from general domestic companies and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The mediating analysis was conducted in the manner proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986). As a result, among the sub-factors of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, but constructive thought pattern strategies had no causal relationship with organizational commitment. In addition, in the relationship between these variables, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, in the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction, only the natural reward strategies among the sub-factors of self-leadership showed a significant positive (+) effect, and behavior-focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies showed no causal relationship. Among these variables, self-efficacy was found to show partial mediation. Details and implications of the analysis results were dealt with in the conclusions and discussions of the study.
