부모전환기에서의 아기돌보기 역할에 대한 연구 - 첫째 자녀와 둘째 자녀를 출산하는 한국의 부모를 중심으로 - (Rolleneinstellung bei Kindbezogene Tatigkeiten wahrend des Uberganags zur Elternschaft bei koreanischen Eltern)

  • Den Ausgangspunkt fur die Untersuchungen der Studie bildeten die Auswirkungen des Roll-enwandels auf das elterliche Verhalten. Um die praktische Durchfhrung im Rahmen einer Untersuchung zu ermoglichen, beschrankt The-men eine bestimmte Phase des Familienlebens namlich den Ubergang zur Elternschaft unterworfen sind. Die Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der Einstellungen vor der Geburt des Kindes zu Pflegetatigkeiten und den umgang mit dem Baby zeigten $da{\beta}$ diekoreanischen Eltern solche Tatigkeiten meis-tens als Aufgabe der Mutter ansehen. Die Differenzen zwischen Einstellungen(vor der geburty) und Verhalten(nach der Geburt) sind nicht signifikant Dies bedeutet $da{\beta}$ die Unterschiede zwischen Einstellungen und Verhalten in bezung auf Pflegetatigkeiten im Umgang mit dem Baby zwischen Erst-und Zweiteltern vor und nach der Geburt wenn uberhaupt dann nur schwach differenzieren. Es kann also feststellt werden $da{\beta}$ bei koreanichen Elten nur wnige Konflikte zwischen Einstellungen und Verhalten bezuglich der Pflegetatigkeiten im Umgang mit dem Baby existieren. Obwohl ein sozialer Wandel bzw. Rollenwnadel mit der Industrialisie-rung in Korea auch statgefunden hat bleibt bei koreanischen Eltern imer noch die traditione- lle Einstellung bestehen. Aber es gibt immerhin eine gewisse egalitare Tendenz dahingehend $da{\beta}$ bei jungen Ehepaaren gleichberechtige Rolleinstellungen zunehmen, In einer weiteren Fragestellung wurde der Zusammenhang zwischen rollenbezogenen Einstellung wahrend der Schwangerschaft und rollenbezogenen Verhyalten nach der Geburt untersucht. Der Zusamm-enhang erwies sich als eher gering. Dabei egben sich keine neuen Hinweise aug Grunde fur die Zusammenhangschwache.

평판형 전조압연의 성형특성 연구 (A Study on Forming Characteristics in Plate Type Cross Rolling Process)

  • Cross rolling process is one of incremental forming processes to form an axi-symmetric shaped metal component. It can be classified into two types according to the shape of dies, which are a drum type (roll type) and a plate type (straight type). It can also be classified into a wedge type and a ramp type processes according to deformation characteristics of a material. The ramp type die is applied to plate type cross rolling process in cold forming process for forming of teeth of gear or bolt, while the wedge type die is generally utilized to drum type and plate type cross rolling processes in hot forming process. A shape of the ramp type die is usually same as final shape of a product at every section of a progressing direction, while the shape of the wedge type die has different shapes in a progressing direction. In this paper, a rolling of neck part in a ball stud component has been carried out using the plate type cross rolling process with a ramp shaped die. Forming characteristics have been performed using finite element analysis in order to obtain a proper preform for the ramp type plate cross rolling process.

  • This study presents a study on the influence of process parameters(semi-die angle, die reduction, friction condition, and bearing length) in drawn wire on residual stresses were investigated using FE-analysis. In this study, semi-die angle and die reduction have a significant effect on the residual stresses at the surface of drawn wire. In the previous study, in order to reduce the residual stresses, several methods were suggested: addition of axial tension, application of skin pass, straightening in multi-roll straightener etc. In this study, it can be known that the concurrent application of skin pass with low die reduction and low semi-die angle at the final stage of drawing operation reduces dramatically the both axial and hoop residual stresses after drawing.

  • 고분자 분리막의 대표적인 형태 중 하나인 평판형 분리막은 제조가 용이하여 실험실에서 분리막 소재 연구에서부터 실제 상용 분리막 생산에 이르기까지 널리 활용되는 분리막의 형태이다. 정밀여과 및 한외여과 등에 사용되는 평판형의 다공성 고분자 분리막은 주로 상분리 공정을 통해 제조할 수 있으며, 여기에는 비용매 유도 및 증기 유도 상분리 공정이 활용된다. 그러나 상분리 공정 특성상 주변 환경과 실험자에 따라 샘플 간 편차가 쉽게 발생하여 재현성의 확보가 어려운 점이 있다. 따라서 개발된 제조기술을 스케일업 및 재현성 확보를 위해 제어된 환경에서 연속식 대면적 제조가 가능한 롤투롤 제조장치가 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 실험실 스케일의 제조기술을 나이프 및 슬롯다이 롤투롤 공정으로 스케일 업 했을 때 나타나는 제조 환경 차이에 따른 분리막의 특성 변화를 비교하였다. 최종적으로 연속식 제조공정 인자에 대한 최적화를 통해 대면적 제조 시 분리막의 균일성을 확보하였다.

필름 이송을 위한 진공 롤 외통의 정밀가공 공정개발 (Development of a precision machining process for the outer cylinder of vacuum roll for film transfer)

  • Unlike the roll-to-roll process that uses a steel roll and a nip roll, a vacuum roll can hold and transfer a thin film using a single roll. To precisely manufacture a vacuum roll, a thin outer cylinder must be machined, which is assembled on the outside of the roll and contacts the film via vacuum pressure. In this study, the effects of jaw width and chucking force on the deformation of the outer cylinder during the turning process were investigated using analysis, and a precision machining and burr removal process was developed. The deformation of the outer cylinder decreased almost linearly with increasing jaw width and increased with higher chucking force and larger cylinder diameter. Additionally, the deflection due to the weight of the outer cylinder was approximately three times greater than that caused by film tension. For the machined outer cylinder, a burr removal experiment was conducted, and concentricity and cylindricity were measured. Using a device that removes burrs by rotating a wheel connected to the main shaft at high speed, it was found that burrs generated on the inner diameter could be removed very efficiently. On the vacuum side, the concentricity errors of the inner and outer diameters were 0.015 mm and 0.014 mm, respectively, and on the opposite side, they were 0.006 mm and 0.010 mm, respectively. Additionally, the measurement of Total Indicator Runout (TIR) according to the angle showed that the maximum cylindricity of the outer and inner diameters was 0.02 mm and 0.025 mm, respectively. Finally, through burr-height measurement at the hole boundary, it was found that the heights were within 0.05 mm.

미세 스트라이프 코팅에 미치는 슬롯 다이 헤드 마이크로 팁 길이의 영향 (Effect of the Microtip Length in a Slot-die Head on Fine Stripe Coatings)

  • The aim of this work is to investigate the effect of the microtip length in a slot-die head on coating of a fine poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) stripe. To this end, we have employed a meniscus guide with a 150-㎛-wide microtip and performed roll-to-roll slot-die coatings by varying its length between 500 ㎛ and 50 ㎛. When the microtip length is 150 ㎛ or shorter, we have observed three unexpected phenomena; 1) though the solution spreads much wider than the microtip width, yet the coated stripe width is almost the same as the microtip width, 2) the stripe width decreases, but the stripe thickness is rather increased with increasing coating speed at a fixed flow rate, 3) we obtain stripes much narrower than the microtip width at high coating speeds. It is due to the fact that 1) the meniscus is not well controlled by a short microtip, 2) the main stream of solution from the outlet is very close to the substrate and thus the distributed solution along the head lip merges with the main stream, and 3) the solution is not spread over the entire microtip end at high coating speeds, causing a tiny wobble in the meniscus. Using the 150-㎛-wide and 250-㎛-long microtip, we have fabricated 153-㎛-wide and 94-nm-thick PEDOT:PSS stripe at the maximum coating speed of 13 mm/s. To demonstrate its applicability in solution-processable organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), we have also fabricated an OLED device with the fine PEDOT:PSS stripe and obtained strong light emission from it.

인발 선재의 잔류응력에 미치는 공정변수의 영향 및 잔류응력 완화 (Influence of Process Parameters on Residual Stress and Reducing Residual Stress in Drawn Wire)

  • The influence of process parameters in drawn wire on residual stresses was investigated. Based on a FE-simulation of the wire drawing process, the effects of process parameters such as semi-die angle, reduction, friction coefficient and bearing length on the residual stresses were investigated. The validity of the FE-simulation results was verified by the comparison of the previous simulated results with experimental data. In this study, semi-die angle and die reduction have significant effect on the residual stresses at the surface of drawn wire. Several methods such as, addition of axial tension, application of skin pass, straightening in multi-roll straightener etc, were suggested in the previous studies to reduce the residual stresses. In this study, the results show that the concurrent application of skin pass with low die reduction and low semi-die angle at the final stage of drawing operation reduces dramatically the both axial and hoop residual stresses after drawing

  • In the sand casting process, the flow of liquid metal affects the quality of casting products and their die life. To determine the optimal bush part design process, this study performed various analyses using commercial finite element analysis S/W. The simulation focused on the molten metal behaviors during the mold filling and solidification stages of sand casting. This study aims to develop methods to reduce the cost and increase the tool life of the continuous hot zinc plating roll.

  • Currently, in automobile industry. the efforts to reduce the manufacturing cost by changing the process of manufacturing are continually performed. In this paper, we proposed a new manufacturing process, the roll bending of a ring plate of automotive fuel tank instead of conventional press blanking process to reduce material loss and manufacturing cost. Finite element analysis was used to optimize the roll bending process to assure rectangular cross-section of the ring plate. Also, spring-back analysis after the roll bending was performed and dimension of the bending die considering spring-back was analyzed. Finally, we verified a possibility for realization of the proposed method shape with prototypes.

국내 파인블랭킹 산업 현황과 기술 개발 (Korean fine blanking industries and technology development)

  • The company Daewoo Precision Industries imported fine blanking press of 40 tons from Switzerland with fine blanking tool in order to produce the fuse part of bomb in 1978 at first in Korea. About 1985 the first fine blanking tool for producing the door lock parts was manufactured in the company Gold Star (now LG). And then this technology was grown up with the growth of automobile industries in Korea. Now 31 companies are closely related to the fine blanking technology and there are total 146 fine blanking presses in Korea. The developments of fine blanking technology in industries have been oriented to the production of precise fine blanking parts, the reduction of die roll height on fine blanking parts, the production of complex fine blanking parts with progressive fine blanking tool including forming and forging technology, the production of high-strength steel fine blanking parts and so on. Some R&D activities in KITECH were introduced.
