순차적 반응표면법을 이용한 상용 트럭 아마추어 코어 경량화 설계 (Light Weight Design of the Commercial Truck Armature Core using the Sequential Response Surface Method)

  • The armature core is a part responsible for the skeleton of the steering wheel. Currently, in the case of commercial trucks, the main parts of the parts are manufactured separately and then the product is produced through welding. In the case of this production method, quality and cost problems of the welded parts occur, and an integrated armature core made of magnesium alloy is used in passenger vehicles. However, in the case of commercial trucks, there is no application case and research is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to develop an all-in-one armature core that simultaneously applies a magnesium alloy material and a die casting method to reduce the weight and improve the quality of the existing steel armature core. The product was modeled based on the shape of a commercial product, and finite element analysis (FEA) was performed through Ls-dyna, a general-purpose analysis program. Through digital image correlation (DIC) and uniaxial tensile test, the accurate physical properties of the material were obtained and applied to the analysis. A total of four types of compression were applied by changing the angle and ground contact area of the product according to the actual reliability test conditions. analysis was carried out. As a result of FEA, it was confirmed that damage occurred in the spoke area, and spoke thickness (tspoke), base thickness (tbase), and rim and spoke connection (R) were designated as design variables, and the total weight and maximum equivalent stress occurring in the armature core We specify an objective function that simultaneously minimizes . A prediction function was derived using the sequential response surface method to identify design variables that minimized the objective function, and it was confirmed that it was improved by 22%.

하악 제1대구치 상실 시 인접 및 대합 치아들의 이동양상에 따른 교합력 변화: 스트레인게이지를 이용한 비교 연구 (Changes in occlusal force depending on the movement of the adjacent and opposing teeth after loss of lower first molar: comparative study by using a strain gauge)

  • 목적: 하악 제1대구치 상실 시 인접 및 대합 치아들의 경사 및 정출 정도에 따른 교합력의 변화를 스트레인게이지를 이용하여 측정 및 비교하는 것이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 인접 및 대합 치아들의 경사 및 정출이 심화되는 정도를 점진적으로 네 개의 다이에 표현 후, CAD/CAM 제작 맞춤형 다이 시스템을 통하여 주모형에 부착 및 교체 가능하도록 하였다. 치아에 스트레인게이지를 부착 후, 만능물성시험기로 저작력을 가하면서 상하악 치아의 교합력을 측정하였다. 통계처리는 독립표본 t검증과 일원배치 분산분석을 시행하였다(${\alpha}=.05$). 결과: 대구치 상실 후 치아이동에 따른 교합력의 양상은, 네 단계의 모형에 대한 교합력의 차이가 통계적으로 유의하였고, 감소 추세였다. 음식물 저작 시 인접 치아들의 이동에 따라 상악 제1, 2소구치, 하악 제2대구치에서 점차 교합력이 감소되었다. 음식물의 경도가 감소함에 따라 치아의 교합력이 점차적으로 감소하였다. 육포 저작 시 하악 제2대구치의 교합력이 가장 높게 측정되었다(P < 0.05). 결론: 하악 제1대구치가 상실되고 치아 이동이 일어나기 전에는 저작 시 치아가 상실되지 않았을 때에 비해 인접 및 대합 치아들의 교합력이 높은 반면, 치아 이동이 진행됨에 따라 교합력은 정량적으로 감소하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 SNS 이용자들의 투표 인증샷 참여 경험과 인식에 대한 현상학적 분석을 통해 이용자들의 정치참여 의미와 가능성을 도출하는 데 있다. 특히 'SNS 투표 인증샷'에 초점을 둔 이유는 이 행위가 시민의 자발적 정치참여 활동이면서 이용자의 창조적 상상과 집단지성의 의미와 가능성을 표출하고 있기 때문이다. 이론 자원은 뉴미디어 시대의 이용자 행위와 정치적 실천에 관심을 두고 있는 빌렘 플루서의 기술적 상상과 창조적 상상가, 피에르 레비의 집단지성 논의들에 기초한다. 이러한 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 하여 2011년 10.26 서울시장 보궐선거 당시 인증샷 경험을 지닌 SNS 이용자들을 연구참여자로 선정하고 심층인터뷰를 실시한 후 수집된 자료들에 현상학적 분석모형을 적용하고자 한다. 이 때 연구자는 SNS 이용자와 상호주관성의 입장을 견지하여 연구참여자들의 경험에 대한 맥락적 상황을 고려하고, 그들의 체험에 대한 선입견이나 편견을 '괄호치기'한 채 있는 그대로의 현상과 의미 구조에 접근한다. '사태(die Sachen) 그 자체의 의미'를 탐색하는 현상학적 연구는 SNS 이용자들의 정치참여 경험 자체에 초점을 두고 접근하는 '엄밀한 학'이자 방법이기 때문이다.

Yb:YAG 디스크 레이저로 표면 오버랩 용융된 냉간금형강, STD11의 미세조직과 경도 (Microstructure and Hardness of Yb:YAG Disc Laser Surface Overlap Melted Cold Die Steel, STD11)

  • Laser surface Melting Process is getting hardening layer that has enough depth of hardening layer as well as no defects by melting surface of substrate. This study used CW(Continuous Wave) Yb:YAG and STD11. Laser beam speed, power and beam interval are fixed at 70mm/sec, 2.8kW and 800um respectively. Hardness in the weld zone are equal to 400Hv regardless of melting zone, remelting zone overlapped by next beam and HAZ. Similarly, microstructures in all weld zone consist of dendrite structure that arm spacing is $3{\sim}4{\mu}m$, matrix is ${\gamma}$(Austenite) and dendrite boundary consists of ${\gamma}$ and $M_7C_3$ of eutectic phase. This microstructure crystallizes from liquid to ${\gamma}$ of primary crystal and residual liquid forms ${\gamma}$ and $M_7C_3$ of eutectic phase by eutectic reaction at $1266^{\circ}C$. After solidification is complete, primary crystal and eutectic phase remain at room temperature without phase transformation by quenching. On the other hand, microstructures of substrate consist of ferrite, fine $M_{23}C_6$ and coarse $M_7C_3$ that have 210Hv. Microstructures in the HAZ consist of fine $M_{23}C_6$ and coarse $M_7C_3$ like substrate. But, $M_{23}C_6$ increases and matrix was changed from ferrite to bainite that has hardness above 400Hv. Partial Melted Zone is formed between melting zone and HAZ. Partial Melted Zone near the melting zone consists of ${\gamma}$, $M_7C_3$ and martensite and Partial Melted Zone near the HAZ consists of eutectic phase around ${\gamma}$ and $M_7C_3$. Hardness is maximum 557Hv in the partial melted zone.

프레스금형 형내 모니터링에 대한 연구 (A Study for In-process Monitoring in Press die)

  • 프레스 부품의 형상은 고객 요구와 공정단축 및 비용절감으로 점점 복잡하게 변하고 있다. 또한 프레스공정은 많은 인자의 영향으로 양산 중에도 안정성이 수시로 변하고 있다. 공정의 안정성을 확보하는 데는 형상, 소재, 프레스, 금형 및 윤활에 대한 사전 연구가 충분히 되어 허용된 공차 안에서 재현성이 구현되는 공정을 수립해야 한다. 하지만 예측하지 못한 공정인자들의 변화는 양산라인 정지와 생산계획에 차질을 현장에서 야기 시키고 있다. 이에 프레스금형에 센서를 적용해 실시간 공정을 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법을 본 논문에선 소개한다. 비접촉식으로 판재의 흐름을 측정하는 센서와 그 중 양산에 적용 가능성이 높은 광학센서를 사용한 실험 사례를 제시했다. 원통드로잉금형에 광학센서를 설치해 소재, 블랭크홀더힘, 드로잉비를 변화시키며 센서의 사용 가능성을 테스트했다. 또한 각통드로잉 금형을 사용해 국부적으로 다른 판재의 흐름을 정량화 했고 측정값이 소재의 연신에 의해 드로잉 깊이보다 항상 작다는 것을 정량적으로 측정하였다. 마지막으로 프레스 금형에 센서를 접목시켜 사용할 수 있는 분야에 대해 제안을 하였다. 원가절감에 대한 Needs가 지속적으로 증가하고 이를 통해 글로벌 금형경쟁력을 확보해야하는 시점에 기여가 되었으면 한다.

SLS 3D 프린터를 이용하여 제작된 PA2200의 단축 반복 인장하중에 따른 피로 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the fatigue characteristics of SLS 3D printed PA2200 according to uniaxial cyclic tensile loading)

  • In this study, the fatigue behavior and fatigue life characteristics of PA2200 specimens fabricated by SLS 3D printer were studied. Fatigue tests were performed according to the standard specification (ASTM E468) and fatigue life curves were obtained. In order to perform the fatigue test, mechanical properties were measured according to the test speed of the simple tensile test, and the self-heating temperature of the specimen according to the test speed was measured using an infrared temperature measuring camera in consideration of heat generation due to plastic deformation. There was no significant difference within the set test speed range and the average self-heating temperature was measured at 38.5 ℃. The mechanical strength at the measured temperature showed a relatively small difference from the mechanical strength at room temperature. Fatigue test conditions were established through the preceding experiments, and the loading conditions below the tensile strength at room temperature 23 ℃ were set as the cyclic load. The maximum number of replicates was less than 100,000 cycles, and the fracture behavior of the specimens with the repeated loads showed the characteristics of Racheting. It was confirmed that SLS 3D printing PA2200 material could be applied to the Basquin's S-N diagram for the fatigue life curve of metal materials. SEM images of the fracture surface was obtained to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the fracture surface and the number of repetitions until failure. Brittle fracture, crazing fracture, grain melting, and porous fracture surface were observed. It was shown that the larger the area of crazing damage, the longer the number of repetitions until fracture.

굴삭기 Front Support 부품 뒤틀림 결함 최소화 방안 도출 (A study on excavator front support parts to minimize springback defects)

  • Recently, in construction equipment machinery production, development has focused on environmentally-friendly functions to improve existing production capacity. For excavators as well, emphasis has been placed on response to environmental regulations, miniaturization, and noise reduction, while technology is being developed considering cost reduction and safety.Accordingly, the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, as well as high-strength steel plates to improve safety and reduce weight, are being applied.However, in the case of high-strength materials, Springback occurs in the final formed part due to high residual stress during product forming. Derivation of a forming or product shaping process to reduce springback is needed. Accordingly, regarding the front support, an inner reinforcement part of the excavator, this study derived a method to improve springback and secure shape stiffness through analysis of the springback occurrence rate and springback causes through a forming analysis.As for the results of analyzing the springback occurrence rate of existing products through forming analysis, springback of -22.6 mm < z < 27.35 mm occurred on the z-axis, and it was confirmed that springback occurred due to the stiffness reinforcing bead of the upper and middle parts of the product.To control product residual stress and springback, we confirmed a tendency of springback reduction through local pre-cutting and stiffness reinforcement bead relocation.In the local pre-cutting model, springback was slightly reduced by 5.3% compared with the existing model, an insignificant reduction effect. In the stiffness reinforcement bead relocation model, when an X-shaped stiffness reinforcement bead was added to each corner portion of the product, springback was reduced by at least 80%.The X-shaped bead addition model was selected as the springback reduction model, and the level of stiffness compared to the existing model was confirmed through a structural analysis.The X-shaped bead additional model showed a stress springback of 90% and springback reduction of 7.4% compared with the existing model, indicating that springback and stiffness will be reinforced.

굴삭기 Tank Cover 부품 뒤틀림 불량 저감에 대한 연구 (A study on reduction of springback defects in excavator tank cover part)

  • With the recent strengthening of environmental regulations and the need for cost reduction, excavators, a type of construction equipment, are being miniaturized while components are being developed in consideration of stability. In the case of excavator press parts, mainly high-strength steel sheets are being used to enhance stability and reduce weight. However, in the case of high-strength materials, there is a need to research product forming methods to reduce Springback in defects arising in parts assembly due to Springback that result from the internal residual stress that occurs in press forming being released after product forming. Accordingly, regarding the tank cover, an excavator press-forming part, this study selected a method to reduce distortion through analysis of the Springback occurrence rate and Springback causes through a forming analysis. A forming analysis was conducted for the Springback of the tank cover. Deformations of 13.714 mm in the upper part and 6.244 mm in the inner part of the product occurred, while wrinkles occurred on the sides of the product due to uneven thickness. A forming analysis was conducted for the major shapes of the product to investigate the causes of Springback. Distortion deformation due to the bead in the center of the product was confirmed to be a large factor. A Springback reduction method of correcting uneven thickness in the product sides, a Springback reduction method of removing the bead, and a correction method of restriking after the final forming were used in a forming analysis to determine the degree of Springback reduction. For the forming method to correct uneven thickness in the sides, deformation was reduced by 12% in the upper side compared to the existing model, but deformation in the inner side increased by 1%. For the restriking forming method, deformation decreased by 25% in the upper side and 13% in the inner side. For the bead removal method, deformation decreased by 28% in the upper side and 13% in the inner side, the largest Springback correction results. This indicates that the bead has a large affect on Springback.

사출금형코어 및 성형수지 변화에 따른 두께 방향 수축률에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Thickness Shrinkage of Injection Molded Parts with The Variation of Injection Mold Core and Molding Materials)

  • In this study, selective laser sintered 3D printing mold core and metal core were used to investigate the difference of the thickness shrinkage from the gate of the injection molded part at a constant interval. SLS 3D printing mold core was made of nylon-based PA2200 powder and the metal core was manufactured by conventional machining method. As the PA2200 powder material has low strength, thermal conductivity and high specific heat characteristics compared with metal, molding conditions were set with the consideration of molten temperature and injection pressure. Crystalline resin(PP) and amorphous resin(PS) with low melting temperature and viscosity were selected for the injection molding experiment. Cooling time for processing condition was selected by checking the temperature change of the cores with a cavity temperature sensor. The cooling time of the 3D printing core was required a longer time than that of the metal core. The thickness shrinkage of the molded part compared to the core depth was measured from the gate by a constant interval. It was shown that the thickness shrinkage of the 3D printing core was 2.02 ~ 4.34% larger than that of metal core. In additions, in the case of metal core, thickness shrinkage was increased with distance from the gate, on the contrary, in the case of polymer core showed reversed aspect.

대두껍질 함량에 따른 탈지대두분말 식물조직단백의 품질 특성 (Quality properties of texturized vegetable protein made from defatted soybean flour with different soybean seed coat contents)

  • 본 연구에서는 탈지대두분말 식물조직단백(TVP) 제조 시 사용하는 탈지대두분말 원료의 전처리 공정에서 대두의 껍질 제거 정도가 식물조직단백(TVP)의 조직화 특성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 식물조직단백 원료의 배합은 탈지대두분말 50%, 글루텐 30%, 옥수수전분 20%를 기본 배합으로 하였다. 대두껍질은 탈지대두분말 중량 대비 0, 3, 6 및 9% 비율로 첨가하였다. 압출성형은 냉각 다이(die)가 장착된 압출성형기를 이용하여 배럴온도 190℃, 스크루회전속도 250 rpm, 수분은 정량펌프 9 rpm 속도로 주입하였다. 압출성형 탈지대두분말 식물조직단백의 조직감은 껍질 함량이 증가함에 따라 외관으로는 섬유화 구조층이 감소하고, 물성은 경도는 증가하였으나 탄력성과 응집성은 큰 차이가 없었다. pH는 껍질 함량이 증가함에 따라 낮아졌다. 수분함량은 껍질 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였으며 수분흡수력, 고형분용출량 및 탁도는 껍질 함량이 증가함에 따라 값이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과는 껍질함량의 증가로 단백질의 비중이 감소하고 껍질의 섬유소가 조직화를 저해하기 때문으로 판단된다. 이상의 결과에서 압출성형에 위한 탈지대두분말 식물조직단백 제조 시 원료 대두의 껍질 함량은 대두 종실의 중량 대비 50% 이상이 되지 않도록 하는 것이 적합하다고 사료된다.
