대화체는 문어체와는 달리 생략과 대용현상이 빈번히 발생하고, 문장의 표면적 의미외에 화자가 전달하고자 하는 의도를 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 대화체 번역은 언어적 분석에 의한 단순한 번역이 아닌, 이해에 기반한 번역이어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 대화의 상황을 모델링한 대화모델을 이용하여 이해에 기반한 대화체 기계번역을 시도하였다. 또한 대화체 기계번역이 자동통역 등에 응용된다고 할 때, 실시간 번역과 불완전한 입력과 같은 예외 상황에 대한 적절한 대응이 보장되어야 한다. 이러한 점을 반영하기 위하여 지식기반 모델과 확률 기반 모델을 결합한 해석, 생성 시스템을 구현하여 효율성과 견고성을 갖춘 이해에 기반한 대화체 기계번역 시스템을 연구하고자 한다. 이 연구는 한국통신으로부터 지원을 받아서 수행하고 있는 과제로써 현재 3000단어 수준의 실제 대화를 대상으로 한->영 대화 번역에 대해 실험을 하고 있으며, 시스템의 확장성을 고려한 지식 베이스-사전, 문법 등-를 구축하였다.

현재 서비스되고 있는 홈네트워크는 가전기기들에 대한 홈오토메이션 서비스로서 웹이나 TV 등을 통한 메뉴선택 방식으로 제어되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크에 SMS를 통한 대화형 인터페이스를 도입함으로서 시간과 장소의 제약이 없는, 가전기기 제어를 가능하게 하였다. 대화형 인터페이스의 구현을 위해 홈네트워크 영역의 요구분석을 통하여 23개의 화행과 22개의 의미성분으로 이루어진 의미구조를 수립하였으며, WOZ(Wizard-of-OZ)방식으로 9만 6천 대화쌍을 수집하였다. 대화 처리를 위하여 예제기반 대화추론 및 응답생성 방법을 사용하였으며, SMS 영역에서의 성능향상을 위하여 전처리를 도입하였다. 구현된 서비스에 대한 성능평가 실험을 통해 사용자 만족도를 조사하였다.

This paper complements the work of Courtney et al. in viewing learning organizations as inquiring systems. Hegelian inquiring systems are based on the dialectic. Dialectic can not exist without dialogue. The guarantor of this system is conflict. Hegelian inquiring systems would facilitate multiple and contradictory interpretations of reality. Hegelian synthesis of two opposing models-thesis and antithesis-is the epitome of open systems and double-loop learning. Knowledge gained from the Hegelian inquiring systems may result in an entirely new strategic direction to organizations. This paper reviews some guidelines and principles of Hegelian learning organizations and IT support of it. Also it proposes the immediate deployment of Hegelian learning organizations in the wicked business environments and finally suggests the development of new, flexible information technologies and systems for Hegelian organizations.

목적 지향 대화 시스템은 자연어 이해, 대화 관리자, 자연어 생성과 같은 세분화 모델들의 결합으로 이루어져있어 하위 모델에 대한 오류 전파에 취약하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 자연어 이해 모델과 대화 관리자를 하나의 네트워크로 구성하고 오류에 강건한 심층 Q 네트워크를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 대화의 전체 흐름을 파악 할 수 있는 순환 신경망인 LSTM에 심층 Q 네트워크 적용한 심층 순환 Q 네트워크 기반 목적 지향 대화 시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 심층 순환 Q 네트워크는 LSTM, 심층 Q 네트워크보다 각각 정밀도 1.0%p, 6.7%p 높은 성능을 보였다.

대화 발화 예측(Next Utterance Classification)은 Multi-turn 대화에서 마지막에 올 발화를 정답 후보들 중에서 예측을 하는 연구이다. 기존에 제안된 LSTM 기반의 Dual Encoder를 이용한 모델에서는 대화와 정답 발화에 대한 관계를 고려하지 않는 문제와 대화의 길이가 너무 길어 중간 정보의 손실되는 문제가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 두 문제를 해결하기 위하여 ESIM구조를 통한 단어 단위의 attention, 대화의 turn별 문장 단위의 attention을 제안한다. 실험 결과 총 5000개의 검증 대화 데이터에 대하여 1 in 100 Recall@1의 성능이 37.64%로 기존 모델 대비 약 2배 높은 성능 향상을 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 CNN Seq2Seq 구조를 이용해 한국어 대화 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존 Seq2Seq는 RNN 혹은 그 변형 네트워크에 데이터를 입력하고, 입력이 완료된 후의 은닉 층의 embedding에 기반해 출력열을 생성한다. 우리는 CNN Seq2Seq로 입력된 발화에 대해 출력 발화를 생성하는 대화 모델을 학습하였고, 그 성능을 측정하였다. CNN에 대해서는 약 12만 발화 쌍을 이용하여 학습하고 1만 발화 쌍으로 실험하였다. 평가 결과 제안 모델이 기존의 RNN 기반 모델에 비해 우수한 결과를 보였다.

대화 시스템에서 사람과 기계와의 모든 발화에서 발생하는 상황들을 모두 규칙화할 수 없기 때문에 자연스러운 대화가 단절되는 breakdown 현상이 빈번하게 일어날 수 있다. 이런 현상이 발생하는 이유는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대화에서는 다양한 도메인이 등장하기 때문에 시스템이 커버할 수 있는 리소스가 부족하며, 둘째, 대화 데이터에서 학습을 위한 annotation되어 있는 많은 양의 코퍼스를 보유하기에는 한계가 있으며, 모델에 모든 대화 흐름의 히스토리를 반영하기 어렵다. 이런 한계점이 존재함에도 breakdown detection은 자연스러운 대화 시스템을 위해서는 필수적인 기능이다. 본 논문은 이런 이슈들을 해소하기 위해서 memory attention기반의 새로운 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 대화내에 발화에 대해 memory attention을 이용하여 과거 히스토리가 반영되기 때문에 자연스러운 대화흐름을 잘 detection할 수 있으며, 기존 모델과의 성능비교에서 state-of-the art 결과를 도출하였다.

This research reports on a qualitative analysis of email facilitated reflective dialogue with seven college students whose parent dies. The study was exploratory in considering cultural values on intact family and asked the question: What do children experience after parental death in terms of the relationships with intra and extrafamily systems? Young adult children of single parent family expressed that they felt social pressure to practice filial piety toward their single parent. They made efforts to fulfill the social expectation and to achieve social desirability. Social stigma from extrafamily systems affected the experiences of the bereaved children. In terms of intrafamily system, young adult children tend to idealize their deceased parent. Single parents depended on the young adult children, which made parent-child relationship enmeshed or conflicting. The holistic view of the study highlights the importance of interactions between individuals and the intra and extra family systems when understanding family loss experience of the bereaved young people.

This paper is devoted to evaluate the effect of bilingual mathematics learning of Mongolian students in the primary school of Inner Mongolia. The study used tests and examined 305 Mongolian students' math achievement from Mongolian school and 277 Mongolian students from Mongolian and Han mixed school, at the same time 301 students from Guangxi regular primary school for comparison. Multivariate statistical analysis shows that there is no significant difference between these students. The results showed that the implementation of bilingual mathematics education in Inner Mongolia have achieved the desired effect. The reasons leading to the observed results are analyzed. There is a long history of bilingual education in Inner Mongolia, so the bilingual education system is complete, and the bilingual teaching resources are relatively abundant, especially the mathematics term translation between Mongolian and Chinese is standardized and unified.

The study attempts to investigate the causes of Sino-U.S. trade friction in recent years and provides countermeasures accordingly. The import and export volume of two countries, the product structure of China's export, the 337th Act lawsuits related to China, the industries involved in trade friction, and the G-L Index of Sino-U.S. Products are analyzed in detail. The causes of Sino-US trade frictions are discussed from the aspect of mercantilism and trade protectionism, interest groups and governments' trade policies, Chinese product structure, intellectual property protection in China, and performance of Chinese enterprises in litigation. Based on these, countermeasures are put forward. China needs to implement industrial upgrading, increasing the added value of products, and improving intellectual property protection. A trade friction warning system also needs to be constructed. The Chinese government needs to carry out strategic dialogue and international negotiation.
