전원고립형 공동주택단지의 녹지에 대한 거주자평가에 관한 연구 (The Greenery Evaluation Study from View of Inhabitant in Case of Arpartment House Complexes Encircled by the Fields near Seoul in Korea)

  • In the suburbs near the capital area in Korea, many apartment house complexes are dotted that encircled by field. These apartment house complexes encircled by field, have not park and are abutting on the field, unlike large scale new town. This study is aimed to clear the characteristic of field around these apartment house complexes, consists in development the suburbs near the capital area. As a method of study we conducted greenery evaluation from view of Inhabitant by questionnaire survey. We concluded as follows: inhabitants attach importance to the nature around apartment house complex when move into that; inhabitants are satisfied and feel nature about the field; inhabitants tend to take field as a sight; inhabitants need low-rise development for harmony with field.

Sonophotocatalysis와 Photocatalysis를 이용한 Chloroform의 광산화 (Comparative Sonophotocatalysis and Photocatalysis for Chloroform Degradation)

  • Comparison between photocatalysis (UV+$TiO_2$) and sonophotocatalysis (Sonication+UV+$TiO_2$) were performed in lab-scale experiments for the treatment of chloroform. The effect of operational parameters, i.e., initial chloroform concentration, $TiO_2$ concentration, UV light intensity and sonication time on the degradation rate of aqueous solution of chloroform has been examined. The optimal conditions for photocatalysis and sonophotocatalysis processes were determined: initial chloroform concentration was 25 mg/L, the concentration of $TiO_2$ was 200 mg/L and UV light intensity was $6.630 mW/cm^2$, respectively. The optimal sonication time on sonophotocatalysis process was 90 min. Under the optimal conditions, sonophotocatalysis was effective for inducing faster degradation of the chloroform.

  • 본 고에서는 Virtual Group 네트워크 서비스 제공을 위한 IP 주소 변환 시스템의 개발과 이를 초고속 시범 서비스에 적용한 예에 관하여 다루었다. 이러한 방법은 전용 망에 접속된 지역 망 내의 제한된 가상 그룹에 대해 별도의 전용 네트워크 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있으며, 향후 관심이 부각되고 있는 인트라넷 환경에서 폐쇄 그룹 내부에서의 모든 업무를 인터넷 관련 기술로 처리하는 새로운 개념의 네트워크 환경을 제공하는데 이용될 수 있다.

대구시 칠곡지구의 도시발달 (The Process of Urban Development of Chilgok District in Daegu City)

  • 대구시 칠곡지구는 금호강을 경계로 대구의 기성시가지와 분리되어, 독립된 지역성을 지니고 있으며, 과거부터 상당한 규모의 도시발달이 이루어졌던 역사적 도시이다. 본 연구는 칠곡지구의 도시발달 과정을 역사적으로 고찰하고, 현안 개발과제를 분석하고자 한다. 칠곡지구는 영남대로가 통과하는 교통의 요충지로서 임진왜란을 거치면서 중요성이 크게 인식되어 1640년 칠곡지구 및 칠곡군 일대가 칠곡도호부로 되었다. 초기 칠곡도호부의 읍치는 가산산성에 있었으나, 읍내동 지역으로 읍치를 옮기게 된다. 1914년 칠곡군청 소재지를 경부선 철도가 통과하는 왜관으로 옮겨, 칠곡지구는 상대적으로 성장이 지체되었다. 그 후 대구시의 세력권에 흡수되면서 대구 외곽의 배후 농촌지역으로서 점진적인 도시발전을 이루어 나갔으며, 1981년 대구시로 편입되었다. 1980년대 말부터 칠곡지구의 택지개발사업이 시작되었는데, 태전교 북부의 팔거천 유역평야를 중심으로 개발되었다. 구 칠곡읍의 중심지는 공공개발지구에서 제외되었으나, 민간 개발이 이루어져 옛 모습을 찾아볼 수 없다. 칠곡지구는 현재 고층아파트 중심의 공동주택과 단독주택이 혼재된 고밀도의 주거신시가지로 변모하였다. 칠곡지구의 개발에 따라 도로교통 혼잡 문제가 드러났으며, 향후 개발추세로 미루어 보아 교통문제는 지속될 전망이다. 대구시 제4차 순환도로의 조기개설, 지하철 3호선의 개통 등이 요구된다.

STP Development for Rejuvenation of Declining Industrial City: Kitakyushu, Japan

  • This paper provides a case study to explore the Kitakyushu case as a good referential example on STP development for rejuvenation of declining industrial city. The major data for the case, basically, has been sourced from some materials published by the municipality of Kitakyushu City, the website of the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park (KSRP) etc. The City of Kitakyushu has promoted the KSRP development to overcome industrial decline and stimulate city renaissance as a new industrial city. The core of the development was to develop a high-level education and research environment by gathering several HEIs into one campus. Based on the environment, the Kitakyushu Foundation for the Advancement of Industry and Science and Technology (FAIS) played the critical role as a coupler to make various networks and boost industry-academiaadministration innovation. The KSRP, and then, has been designated as a project area of some cluster projects initiated by the central government. It means that local projects can be synchronized, synergized and synthesized with national projects in the KSRP. In addition, through a series of the environmental approach from the Kitakyushu Eco-town Project to the Low Carbon Society Project, the development of the KSRP is being extended into the region. In the Kitakyushu case, networking is the essence of the KSRP development from the planning stage. First of all, the plan put emphasis on networking of academia for the knowledge creation based on competitive collaboration that is expected as the mainspring of rejuvenating declining industrial area and making a new industrial city that the plan aimed. Then, the roles of two organizations are very important for networking, especially networking of networks: the Campus Management Committee as an interface and the FAIS as a coupler. STP development without some strategic considerations for networking as the way of interaction among its participants cannot be a tool to promote innovation and rejuvenate a declining industrial area. The Kitakyushu case mentioned above explains the matter clearly.

신도시 개발에 따른 표면 열섬현상 변화분석 및 도시 형태와의 상관관계 (Analysis of the Surface Urban Heat Island Changes according to NewTowns Development and Correlation with Urban Morphology)

  • 도시 인구집중 및 도시확장에 의한 토지피복 변화는 도시 내 열섬현상과 같은 다양한 환경문제를 유발할 수 있다. 특히 계획적으로 구축되는 신도시의 경우 짧은 기간에 진행되는 급격한 도시화로 인한 도시 기후의 변화를 분석하기에 적절한 연구대상지로 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 Landsat 위성영상을 활용하여 분당 및 판교 신도시를 대상으로 개발 전후 토지피복 변화와 이에 따른 표면 도시열섬(surface urban heat island, SUHI) 현상의 변화를 비교, 분석하였다. 또한 SUHI 강도에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 도시구조적 특징들 간 상관분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 신도시 개발이 진행됨에 따른 토지피복의 급격한 변화 및 이에 따른 SUHI 현상의 직접적인 심화를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 각기 다른 도시계획에 의한 SUHI 현상의 차이를 확인하고 열 환경 개선을 위한 입체적인 도시계획의 필요성이 제시될 수 있다.

觀光開發を核としたむらづくりと住民の組織的活動 -大間間町小平集落を事例として- (A Report of a Rural Construction with Sight-seeinng Development as Leading Project and Methodical Activities of Inhabitants -The Case of Odaira Hamlet, Oomama Town, Gumma Prefecture-)

  • It is a important problem that the adjustment of a rural settlementas a unit of rural community, and many number of researcher tackled its. The aim of this paper is to verificate the process of rural con-struction, that is applied the regional resources, and to introduce the situation of attending inhabitants, and their employments as a results of this planning. We chose Odaira hamlets in Oomama town, it is located in Gunma prefecture as an object of this study. Odaira is a small village in the mauntain, and it is composed only 135 families. Odaira is an underpopulated hamlet. It is engaged no lively farming and forestry. Most of inhabitants are commuting to the cities around here. Inhabitants of Odaira who are conscious of the conditions of declining hamlet organized a group to improve it. This group have investigated all around the hamlet as a system of workshop. And they found the resources for sight-seeing, crops as the regional products, and other resources for rural planning under three keywords ; resources for the sight-seeing, the rigional products, and theimprovement of environments. In many resources, most important thing was the existens of a stalactite cave come down as a legend from old time. Local government of Oomama town and the inhabitants tried to explorate of stalactite cave and succesed to excavate it. They have constructed two facilities for management, parkaround the stalactite cave and these have been a new place of work for inhabitants. Arrangement of the rural constructions developed to other items schemed acording to the master plan, like as a camping ground, bungalows, a wet botanical garden, and a park beside a river. These also produced the new places of work for 54 people as a result of this rural planning. The most of them were the aged peoples and the women of farmer. The highest age was 83 years old, he is working at the camping ground. In the employment system at Odaira, people who desire to work and desire to employ both registrate to a commission of management of Odaira, and this commission arrange them in case of needs.

A Study on the Odor Management of Traditional Markets in the Old and New Towns

  • Purpose: Odor generated in traditional markets causes discomfort, hindering the pleasant life of residents, and complaints of odors are steadily increasing every year. Odor is defined as a smell that stimulates a person's sense of smell by stimulating hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, amines, and other irritating gaseous substances. Research design, data and methodology: It is not easy to grasp and manage the current status of the odor analysis of living odors such as traditional markets. Seongnam City has an advanced new town of Bundang and Pangyo, while old cities such as Sujeong-gu are relatively underdeveloped. Results: As a result, the gap between the old city center and the new city center widens, so it is urgent to develop a balanced development. Based on this, the market of Seongnam-si is divided into the old city center and the new city center, and the odor complaint in the traditional market is analyzed to find a solution. A survey was conducted to understand the current status of odor management in the Seongnam-si market and the odor felt by users. Moran Market, Seongnam Jungang Market, and Kumho Market and Dolphin Market, located in the new city center, were selected as targets. The items of the survey consisted of the frequency and cause of the odor, the current status of market management, matters that need improvement, and efforts to resolve the odor. Conclusions: Therefore, this study aims to help citizens feel better about odor environment in places where odor standards are exceeded or complaints occur frequently, and to help local governments and market merchants establish more efficient and useful development plans.

A Study on the User Demand Forecasting and Improvement Plan of Gimpo City Library Service

  • With accommodation of a population of many young people and families due to Hangang River New Town Housing Project and development of railway station spheres, a need is increasing to improve the quality of public libraries service for Gimpo citizens and to establish more libraries. This study thus analyzed the book lending data of Gimpo City libraries, and the city's libraries-related social media big data in an effort to forecast the users, and thus to propose four library service improvement measures. First, in terms of book gathering and book development policy plans, a proposal was made to expand good books for children and youth, and to expand general original-language books related to learning of English, and English books for children. Second, in terms of the establishment of additional libraries or specialization strategy, a proposal was made to establish exclusive children's libraries or English libraries, and to establish library specialization strategy with a focus on children and English themes. Third, in terms of library culture programs, a proposal was made to provide library culture programs in relation to children education and to expand weekend library culture programs. Fourth, in terms of library facilities, considering the convenience of parking facilities, a proposal was made to establish libraries near apartment complexes.
