본 연구는 안양시의 정체성과 특수성을 고려한 도서관 중장기 종합 발전 계획 수립을 위한 운영 전략들을 도출하고자하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 안양시의 대내외 환경과 지역적 특수성 등을 파악하기 위해 안양시와 관련된 각종 문헌 자료 및 통계 자료들을 수집·분석해 정리하였다. 둘째, 「국가도서관통계시스템」 및 「경기도 공공도서관 연감」, 각종 도서관 관련 법규 등의 자료를 토대로 안양시 공공도서관의 운영 현황에 대해 파악하였다. 셋째, 안양시 공공도서관에서 근무하고 있는 사서 26명을 대상으로 안양시 정체성부터 현재의 도서관 운영 전반에 대한 의견을 수렴하기 위해 주관식 개방형 질문으로 구성한 설문조사를 실시해 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 앞서 정리한 현황 분석 내용과 최근의 도서관 트렌드, 정책 및 사회문화 환경 등을 반영해 향후 안양시 공공도서관의 중장기 발전 계획 수립의 토대가 될 수 있는 구체적인 운영 전략들을 ① 조직체계 및 인력 구성, ② 지역 간 균형 발전을 위한 시설 계획, ③ 장서 개발 및 보존 방향, ④ 특화주제 서비스 방안, ⑤ 협력체계 구축, ⑥ 홍보 방안의 여섯 가지 영역으로 구분해 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to prepare lesson plans, study aids and multimedia learning materials for the clothing units in TechnologyㆍHome economics of the 7th national curricula. It's also meant to utilize these materials in instruction in order to provide students with more direct and practical learning experience and make them capable of leading a successful life in the 21st century. 1. The teaching plans were mapped out for the clothing units in TechnologyㆍHome economics class for middle school grade 2, which were all covered by eight textbooks: clothing and life(the function of clothes, my attire, wearing a suit, and wearing Korean traditional dress), the preparation of garments(the type of fiber, understanding of stuff, and preparing garments), and cloth care and storage (washing, storage, alteration and recycling). 2. The lesson plans included information on the name of units, period, learning objectives, teaching environment, materials, learning content, introduction, development, remarks, topping off, announcement for next session, and related Web sites. 3. To raise the effect of education, study aids were developed to be appropriate for the units. The lesson plans and study aids for the clothing part of TechnologyㆍHome economics class for middle school grade 2 would serve to help students build the right clothing habits, and are expected to serve as good teaching materials.

인천광역시는 1999년 10월 도시철도1호선 개통에 따른 역세권 개발은 대규모 도시계획사업이지만 역주변의 토지이용을 특성화 하지 못하여서 교통 혼잡 발생과 이용자의 불편을 초례하고 도시문제가 개선되기 못하고 심화되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 인천 1호선 전철의 역세권 주변 인구 및 토지이용현황 등을 분석하여 도시전체에 대한 합리적인 기능의 배분과 적정한 개발수준을 결정하기 위해 각 역세권의 기능과 목적을 고려하였다. 각각의 역세권 유형별 특성변화를 분석하여 향후 건설될 역세권에 대한 건설로 발생하게 될 파급효과와 교통 및 토지이용의 변화를 고려한 통합적이고 특성화된 역세권 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Fishing village is becoming the central base of fishing industry and it plays a major role. However, there is a decrement of marine resources and some difficulties with the deterioration of fishing industry management. In order to solve these problems, there should be some developments(e.g. fishing village toursim development) on various undergoing government and the private organization programs. Nevertheless, there are not guidelines for fishing village tourism development to utilize for practical business. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the current status and guidelines regarding the development of fishing village for coastal planner. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of fishing village development works in Korea and Japan. The second purpose is to identifie success factors after analyzing individual success cases. Based on evidence from the literature and a dialogue with village leader, a literature review on extracting success cases for guidelines were selected according to criteria such as the degree of contribution to an increase in income of the fishing village, the degree of contribution to an increase in consumption of marine products using local natural resources, the number of tourists that visits the village. Finally we propose guidelines for future fishing village development projects. The guidelines based on the successful cases, as well as the major factors about the objectives and direction of fishing village tourism development, suggested as follows. 1)Plans for land use, 2)Development of tourist resources, 3)Plans for views, 4)Plans for resource protection, 5)Plans for operation and marketing.

The purpose of this research is to apply the regional development attractiveness of the national level determined in the previous study to the city and county level of Chungcheongnam-do. We verified results with the population change of the floating population data. In order to measure regional development attractiveness in 2020, Chungcheongnam-do's integrated air environment index and per capita gross regional product were gathered. Population movement data over the past five years have been used to analyze population changes in the floating population data. Regional development attractiveness depended on the data of GDP per capita, which had a large difference between the maximum and minimum values. The rate of increase or decrease in population change by city and county in Chungcheongnam-do over the past five years has changed significantly since 2021 and characteristics of each group were grouped into four groups. Based on the environment and economic feasibility of the region, it can be the starting point for a new analysis of Korea's regional development projects and the selection of target sites. Policy suggestions can also be made in spatial plans such as short-term comprehensive plans, long-term comprehensive plans, and development plans. It can be a limit of this research that regional development attractiveness was determined by the relatively large per capita gross domestic product. It is necessary to further develop regional development attractiveness by closely investigating the characteristics of the region, social problems, and emissions of environmentally harmful substances.

Korea is undergoing a rapid environmental change in health and welfare. Therefore, the law mandates the establishment and implementation of plans in accordance with the changes. A total of 49 long-term plans related to health and welfare were specified by the National Law Information Center, the Korean representative legal information website managed by the Korea Ministry of Government Legislation. Of the 49 long-term plans, 10 plans (20.4%) were not yet fully constructed. Eight out of 10 non-constructive plans have been put into force for more than a year, but these plans still require further systematic planning and development. The complete construction of long-term plans is substantial to account for the changes in South Korean health and welfare. In addition, a systematic plan with solidarity and continuity between the mutual plans should be established in planning.

As the procedure of the close examination of disaster impact at the initial stage of the beginning of development plans, the newly extablished Pre Disaster Impact Assessment Review Deliberation (PDIARD) system which have been introduced through the revision of the Natural Disaster Countermeasure Act-revised at August, 2005 is enforced for the purpose of the disaster prevention which caused during a development projects. From that time down to this day, the PDIARD system have been reviewed about 6,000 cases totally. However, the current the PDIARD system at the uppermost limit in the aspect of every Acts and operational problems is in need of sustaining supplementation at the present situation. To cope with this operational remedy related to the PDIARD system, this study deals in 3 major concerns. First, it is required to fix a criterion in detail because of a wide range of the subject plans of deliberation. Second, there is some ambiguity according to the area or length of the subjected administrative and development plans. So it should be excepted of the targeted plans which has few probability in disaster potential or vulnerability. Finally, the subjected plans need to be added as to the continuous urbanization and industrialization and the enactment or revision of the Acts related. This study focuses on the investigation and analysis to find out the improvement way about the main problem pending of the PDIARD system, consequently suggests a effective remedy and new categories, including future directions and detailed plans for operation.

이 연구의 목적은 국립중앙도서관의 발전계획과 서구 및 중국, 일본의 국가도서관의 전략적 계획을 비교하여 국립중앙도서관 발전계획의 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내외 국가도서관 발전계획과 전략적 계획을 수집하고 루브릭 평가를 시행하였다. 분석결과, 국립중앙도서관의 계획은 현황 분석 및 실무위주 계획으로 작성되고 사명 및 역할의 천명이 미흡한 반면, 외국 국가도서관의 계획은 사명과 비전을 명확하게 제시하고 그러한 틀에서 목적과 목표 및 세부계획을 수립하고 이를 대내외에 천명하여, 도서관의 장기적 발전을 견인하는 이정표로 기능하는 경향을 보였다. 이 연구는 결론으로 국립중앙도서관의 사명과 비전의 정립 및 천명, 사명 비전 목적 목표 실행계획의 연계, 지속적인 도서관마케팅 등을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 국립중앙도서관이 전략적 개념을 활용하여 발전계획을 수립하는 데 기여할 수 있다.

This study aimed to analyze the functionality and healthiness of family rules through a relational analysis of the relationship between the rule frequency by sub-family system and the content properties shown in the 'family constitution', It also aimed to examine the relationship between the perception degree of healthy family elements and the family subsystem rules and prepare the project development plans. As a result, it was a found that there were many dysfunctional rules, and healthiness was not satisfied. Project development plans include specific project plans, delivery systems, an orientation for practitioners, the necessity of evaluation and feedback, family health diagnosis, association with other project areas, and small scale operations.

As the information technology advances and the number of internet users increase, the electronic commerce has been discussed actively in the academic and industrial circles. Though the reference model is important as a guide to the study on electronic commerce at this time, current studies on the reference model are inclined to emphasize on the specified area, not on overall area. In this respect, this paper aims to provide the synthetic reference model - named the ECGR model(Electronic Commerce Generic Reference model) - and its application plans. First, for these purposes, several frameworks and reference models of electronic commerce are compared and analyzed from the various viewpoints. Second, several factors for the development of the reference model are proposed. Finally, the ECGR model is developed and its application plans are suggested. The ECGR model provides a conceptual and analytical apparatus to interpret the profound understanding of electronic commerce and presents the fundamental framework related to the electronic commerce projects. According to the expansion of electronic commerce and the development of related information technology, the ECGR model must be modified.
