This study postulates a partial mediation model(study model I) and a whole mediation model(study model II) to examine the effect on endogenous rural development of local innovation capability strengthening in the local industry promotion project, the establishment of promotion system, and the revitalization of local economy. To accomplish study purposes, 169 response samples from 85 project groups which drive the local industry promotion project were verified using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results showed that in the partial mediation model, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significantly positive effect on the establishment of promotion system, the establishment of promotion system had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy, and the revitalization of local economy had a significant effect on the endogenous rural development, while the establishment of promotion system and local innovation capability strengthening didn't have effect on the endogenous rural development. In the whole mediation model, the local innovation capability strengthening had a significant effect on the revitalization of local economy, the establishment of promotion system on the revitalization of local economy, and the revitalization of local economy on the endogenous rural development. According to the verifications of study model I and II, the endogenous rural development is achieved after the revitalization of local economy through the establishment of promotion system and the local innovation capability strengthening. From these results, this study presents suggestions, limits of study and directions in the future study.

In this paper, we develop business models for the robot industry that facilitates to explore new business opportunities in the convergence age. Considering the trend of convergence society, we analyze the market drivers. Analyzing market dynamics and value chain, we design a set of the business model for the robot industry focused on u-health robots. In addition, we describe the evolution path of the proposed business model in terms of technology development and market. Finally, we develop a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of the business model.

게임 산업은 컨버전스를 통한 새로운 가치 창출이 가능한 영역이다. 이는 대표적으로 시리어스게임으로 나타나는데 교육, 의료, 국방 등의 산업과 융합으로 더 큰 부가가치를 창출하고 있다. 정부도 국가차원에서 게임 산업의 중요성을 파악하고 예산의 확보나 게임 개발 지원 사업, 인력 양성 사업 개발 등 산업 육성 정책과 더불어 산업 발전에 따른 사회적 문제를 해결하기 위한 규제정책을 발표 및 운영 중에 있다. 그러나 각기 다른 시각에서 접근함으로서 산업의 지속적인 성장에 있어 문제로 작용할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 산업의 방향성을 설정해야 하는 정책입안자로서의 정부 입장과 실제로 산업 속에서 비즈니스 활동을 수행하고 있는 민간 기업의 입장을 모두 반영할 수 있는 새로운 육성 접근법의 설계와 도입이 필요한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 게임 산업 육성정책을 살펴보고 기업 수준에서의 활동뿐만 아니라 국가 및 산업수준에서의 활동도 동시에 고려해야 한다는 서비스모델을 이용하여 통합적 관점의 게임 산업 육성정책을 제안하고자 한다.

Today many corporations converge clients' needs and IT technology, and then they are developing new service model in order to survive global situation. The changes of manufacturing industry from simple manufacture to industry for focus on services is getting speeded up, because not only growth of service part but also enlargement in creating value in services is expected. And services through collaboration with knowledge based service and only manufacturing industry is important. In this situation, this thesis is willing to propose methodology for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model. The proposed methodology includes procedures which develops service model, plans for Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model and evaluating framework. Also, this applied case studies. I look forward to offering useful guideline on the proposed methodology in this study to corporations that try to create new service model through Inter-Industry Collaboration Service Model.

경제위기를 디지털콘텐츠산업 육성으로 극복하려는 노력이 국내외에서 경주되고 있고 국가의 미래가 디지털콘텐츠 산업에 달려있다. 우리나라는 국민 개개인 성향이 창의력에서 결코 뒤지지 않음을 우리는 많은 문화, 예술, 역사 사례에서 발견할 수 있다. 이같은 국민적 창의력을 디지털 콘텐츠 기반의 창조산업 육성으로 연결할 경우 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠 소재만이 아닌 창조지식기반 경제의 핵심 플랫폼으로서의 기능과 역할을 발휘할 수 있다. 이를 위해 창의적이고 효율적인 창조산업 육성 방향을 마련해야 한다. 주요국 창조산업 성공사례 벤치마크, 창의성을 바탕으로 한 한국적 창조산업 비전 개발, 콘텐츠 정책 추진체계 리엔지니어링, 콘텐츠 클러스터 체계를 구축하는 정책이 필요하다. 융합시대의 u-미디어 콘텐츠 시장은 정부, 기업, 소비자의 선순환 구조로 형성되며 이같은 유통체계가 활성화됨으로써 활력을 위한 시너지 효과를 얻게 된다. 무엇보다 콘텐츠산업 기반의 대내외적인 성장동력을 확보하는 것이 핵심이다. 디지털콘텐츠 비전은 디지털콘텐츠가 국가사회 발전성장의 모멘텀으로 기여될 수 있도록 정책 역할모델을 변화시켜가는 일련의 과정이 필요하다.

Standing in front of the huge benefits that shipping industry brings about in economy, politics and society of a country, many countries, especially the developing countries have strived hard to invest and develop their shipping industry (if any) by many methods such as economic reform act, tax allowance or even raising capital from domestic and foreign resources which seems very difficult to implement in the 21st century. According to analysis of A. Gerschenkron - a Russian economic historian at around 60 years ago, developing countries, who regarded shipping as an industry of strategic value with multi-dimensional affects for economic development, had utilized their backward advantages and imported modern technology, capital and skillful labor from more advanced countries in the course of fast industrialization in their countries. In fact, Gerschenkron model has applied in shipping industry of many backward countries. Korea's industrialization in shipping analyzed by Tae-Woo Lee (1996) could considered as a good example, in which the country makes use of policies on capital of tonnage finance, ideology, labor management in order to develop the industry. In this paper, the authors try to find the applicability of the Gerschenkron model to the shipping industry in developing countries, especially in Vietnam. And some questions which are necessary for the author's next paper about developing strategies to shipping industry in developing countries will be asked.

Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to contribute to the elevation of producers' production at various levels by proposing the creation of producer improvement indexes that can be used for the successful 6th industrialization of Korean agribusiness based on the Kano model and has synergistic effects on the development of the 6th industry through scientific researches. Research design, data, methodology - To this end, this study derived better and worse index from the same estimation of Timko's customer satisfaction index as in the evaluation charts used in previous researches and theoretical studies on the Kano model. Results - In this paper, we suggested that the formula for producing PSCI Index be applied to yield the producer improvement index in the 6th industry, in order to draw SIPPI. Conclusions - If this suggestion is realized, then a lot of researchers will be supported to more systematically study producers, and it is expected to contribute to the development of the 1th industry, a basis for the successful 6th industry. Moreover, the central government and municipalities are expected to provide a variety of clues for applying various policies for successful agribusiness.

The purpose of this paper was developing a development density control model for urban growth management, using system dynamics modeling. The density control model was developed to see how urban growth, transition, and decay occur depending on the interaction among population, houses, industry structure, land and urban infrastructure such as road, water supply, and sewage treatment facilities. Suggesting adequate level of development density control using the model was another purpose of this paper. The model was applied to An'yang city to estimate the maximum number of population, industry structures, houses, and cars that can be adequately sustained with the current An'yang city's infrastructur capacity. The computer simulation results shows that the city is overpopulated by some 90,000 people. To reduce the population to the adequate level that the current urban infrastructure can sustain, the current city regulation on floor area ratio are needed to be strengthened at least 20 to 35%.
