The systematic classification of database is much debated issue currently in telecommunication industry. Nevertheless, the attempt to build the systematic model is nowadays nowhere to be found. The purpose of this study is to gain a general overview relating to this subject and to make out a draft for the development of standard model. Relating th the study for the databases classification, it was classified from the 9 points of view： manufacturer, subject, processed form (level), (re)presented form, language, completion state and updating cycle, retrieval method, communication media, and use.

It is AGC(Automatic Gain Control) amplifier to decide characteristics of IF(Intermediate Frequency) processing IC. When demodulated IF signal by PLL type demodulator, the amplitude of input singla should be maintained at a certain amplitude. The AGC amplifier is an important factor to achieve this condition. The AGC amplifier needs the wide dynamic range, the wide AGC range and better noise characteristics. We designed the AGC amplifier to satisfy these characteristics.

In this paper, the limit temperature for applying maturity method are discussed. 4 kinds of W/C in combination of 7kinds of curing temperature are selected as experimental parameters. According to the experimental results, high curing temperature and low W/C gain in strength rapidly. And maturity rule can be applied less than $30^{\cire}C$ in W/C of 30~60% in the conditions of this experiment.

A new adaptive PRML architecture, considered not only DVD-ROM but also DVD-Multi including DVD-RAM as well, is presented to demonstrate its superiority over the conventional analog channel in a DVD system. For this new architecture, channel adaptation algorithm using gain controlled type of FIR filter, and asymmetry compensation algorithm using expected level adaptation of viterbi decoder are presented. In addition, a method of modelling the disk tilt and asymmetrical read-back signal are discussed.

In this paper, we proposed development of improved model reduction and design of hierarchical controller using reduction model. The model reduction is considered that it is the transient response and the steady-state response through the use of nyquist curve. The hierarchical controller selected tuning of PID controller to ensure specified gain and phase margin and hybrid smith-predictor fuzzy controller using reduction model. Simulation examples are given to show the better performance of the proposed method than conventional methods.

To gain insight into the etiological mechanism of dementia and to develop clinically effective congnitive enhancers, it is required to prepare animal models with symptoms and mechanism resemble to that in human. Dementia is mainly classified into two types : senile type of Alzheimer's disease (STAD) and cerebral ischemia-induced one. As animal models of cerebral ischemia, a couple of types in rats have been introduced : one is the occlusion of bilateral carotid arteries-induced forebrain/global ischemia and the other is the occlusion of middle cerebral arteries-induced focal/regional ischemia.

Most recently, the development and publication of the ordinance and the manual of policy qualify management is spreading the recognition of quality Control in the public sector. The purpose of this study is to introduce of the system quality Control for local government's policy. So we suggested lessons drew from case study(Daegu metropolitan city, Gumi city) on current introduction. To introduce the system quality Control for local government, we have to gain the sympathy of introduction, second prepare of inducement, last manage PQM flexibility.

In this paper, a simple method is presented to synthesize a transfer function from experimentally obtained gain and phase data. The method we offer here is based on the previous method given by M.Hassul etc. [1], where they proposed relevant formulas in a straightforward manner so that undergraduate students could follow the development more easily. This method, however, inevitably is accompanied by a significant difference between the real and identified model especially in the low frequency region. We solve this problem by introducing a new weighting function that can be determined by using the additive uncertainty of the Identified transfer function.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of housing product through housebuilders' strategies. As a methodology for this study, literature survey and questionnaire survey were used. Questionnaires were delivered on mail to 232 housing-builders and return rate was 34.1％. In summary, housing product was characterized long gestation period, periodically building cycle, future uncertainty of market volatility, maximization of land development gain, utilization of public fund for continuous building activity, moral hazard by accidental bankruptcy. Therefore private housebuilding could be defined speculative industry.
