적외선 검출기 개발가능성 및 대안 분석 연구 (A Study on Feasibility Analysis and Alternatives for Infrared Detector Development)

  • This paper deals with the feasibility analysis and alternatives for infrared detector development. The purpose of this paper analyze development requirement and feasibility study in both technology and cost. We get raw input data for system engineering process from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternative study. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 to 2008 year. Technical level is analyzed by TRL(Technical Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternative) is done by development and production cost estimate. We use SEER-H tool for cost estimate, that is parametric cost estimate tool based on Knowledge Base. Also this paper presents risk analysis for project management because it is necessary to risk driver management during the infrared detector development. The result of IR Detector feasibility and alternative study will be used in technical and cost analysis. This study can help those who are related to the cost analysis and development feasibility of other weapons

DEVELOPMENT OF FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS MODEL FOR DEVELOPER-REQUESTED HOUSING PROJECTS

  • While many studies on feasibility analysis for housing projects have been released, the main focus was on economic feasibility and factors related to developers were not clearly identified enough to be used in practice. In order to establish a feasibility analysis model for apartment development projects requested by developers in Korea, 31 driving factors behind projects' success were identified under seven different categories. Criterions of the each factor were also developed, and weight of each factor was assigned by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Finally, based on the Monte Carlo simulation, the feasibility analysis model was established, providing probability distribution of project's grade. The model was applied to 12 housing projects to verify its reliability, and found that the model properly filtered projects that are unlikely to be profitable, indicating reasonable reliability of the model. The model can be a useful tool for contractors, especially with less experience in analyzing project development feasibility.

일반주거지역에서의 소규모 집합주택 개발가능성 검토 및 모델 제안 (A Proposal of Urban Housing Models and a Feasibility Study for the Application of Small-scale Development in Residential Blocks)

  • The intent of this study is to investigate the feasibility of small-scale developments in residential blocks in the city, and to propose development strategies and models. This research is done on the premises that large housing developments ignore the urban structure of its own quality, whitens on-lot-based multi-unit housing developments fail to maintain amenity and livability in residential blocks. For solving these shortcomings, this research proposes the possibility of small-scale housing development models as an alternative development system. And some residential blocks were selected as case sites and analyzed into typical block types, to support the proposal of pertinent development types. Each type was investigated and discussed in terms of development feasibility and proper development strategies. Finally, three development schemes are proposed as prototypical models for the best application in residential blocks.

  • Making practical use of urban MAGLEV system which is tried by government includes technique development and railway construction. Because huge amount of money will be spent on this project, feasibility study is being carried out in order to check the feasibility and to devise the master plan in prior to making practical use of urban MAGLEV system. The key issues of feasibility study are possibility of technique development, economical feasibility, location of a model railway and the improvement of related laws and regulations. This paper shows the approach to solve these key issues.

  • As the low-cost carriers of the region enters the air transportation market, the domestic air transport circumstance is to be changed and each local autonomous entity conducts the feasibility study to develop the regional airport. But the airport is developed almost all by the goal of the policy and actually the valid basis of the airport development is often weak. To present the validity of the regional airport development Using the pre-feasibility study method the government performs I apply it to the airport development project of the Seo-san region. To present the validity of the regional airport development this study carries out the pre-feasibility study by the AHP analysis.

Web-system development for the feasibility of national road

  • For last three years, our research team have conducted the project named "Development of construction project management technology based on BIM/GIS platform. "We developed construction cost estimation system as well as 3D modeling engine at the first two year and established a web-system which could estimate the benefits of the project and further analyze the economic and financial feasibility of the project. This paper mainly focused on the functions and specifications of web-system. The system was composed of two modules: economic feasibility estimation module and financial feasibility estimation module. While the economic feasibility estimation module determines economic feasibility of the project based on traffic demand forecasting from the public's perspective, the financial feasibility estimation module determine financial viability of the project using toll fee of the road from private entity's perspective. Compared with traditional feasibility study, the proposed system provide users with better flexibility which can make users easily to validate the project upon the change of project environments. The system was also verified with an already accomplished project. The verification showed that proposed system could provide satisfactory accurate results with reduced time and resources.

  • 국가연구개발비의 규모가 점점 증가함에 따라 R&D 예산을 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 논의의 중요성은 점점 부각되어져 왔으나, 정작 이에 대한 체계적인 연구는 부족한 편이다. 국가 연구개발 사업중 체계개발 국가사업은 일반적인 사업에 비해 구현 대상 시스템이 매우 복잡하고 많은 절차들로 이루어져 있어서 사업이 대규모이고 장기적인 편이다. 이러한 환경적 특성들을 고려하여 체계개발 국가 사업의 사전타당성 조사 분석시 체계개발 국가사업이 가지고 있는 높은 수준의 불확실성과 위험 요소들에 대한 철저한 분석을 바탕으로 적절한 평가방안의 도입을 통해 보다 효율적인 사전타당성 조사를 수행할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 체계개발 사업의 기획안 분석에 사용되어질 수 있는 방법론들과 관련 연구들의 분석을 바탕으로 체계개발의 특성을 반영한 사전타당성 조사 방안의 개선 방향들을 시스템 엔지니어링, 비용/일정 관리, 성과 관리, 생애주기 고려, 위험관리, 요구사항관리, 그리고 프로세스 및 정책 관점에서 도출하였다.

신기술개발을 위한 사전평가지표 개발 (Study on Assessment Indicators for the Development of Agricultural Technology Development)

  • 본 연구에서는 신기술 연구개발사업의 사전타당성 평가현황 및 개선방안에 대해 설명하였다. 농촌진흥청이 수행하고 있는 사전타당성 평가방법을 파악하고 이를 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 국내외 여러 기관의 사전타당성 평가제도와 평가지표를 조사 분석하여 새롭게 사전타당성 평가지표를 구성하였다. 이렇게 하여 도출된 평가지표에는 기술성, 시장성, 사업성과 관련된 지표들이 새롭게 산출되었다. 이를 기본내용으로 설문지를 개발하고 응답내용을 통계처리하여 지표간의 비중을 설정하였다. 결과는 사업성이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 세부적으로 예산적절성, 신규성, 기술수요가능성, 상용화가능성의 타당성이 높게 나타났다. 이를 참고하여 사전평가지표의 운영프로세스에 대해 간략하게 제안하였다.

  • 건축개발사업은 목적물을 완성시킴으로써 이윤을 창출하는 사업이고, 프로젝트의 성공을 좌우하는 것은 프로젝트 초기에 사업타당성을 정확히 분석하고 예측하는 것에 달려있다. 사업타당성 분실은 본질적으로 현재시점에서 미래예측이라는 불확실성을 내포하고 있으므로 불확실한 상황 하에서 의사결정을 할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 불확실성 하에서의 의사결정방법은 통계학의 확률이론에 기초하고 있지만, 지금까지 사업 타당성 분석은 확률론적 결정방법에 의한 타당성 분석이 아니라 결정론적 방법에 의한 타당성분석을 적용하여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초기 사업 타당성 분석 시 프로젝트의 성공을 위해 확률론적 방법에 의한 의사결정을 함으로써, 의사결정 자에게 좀 더 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 제공할 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 확률론적 분석방법을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 확률론적 시뮬레이션 기 법은 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석 기법으로 적합하다. 중요한 사업 또는 신중한 의사결정시 이 방법을 활용함으로서 정확성과 신뢰성에 근거하여 효율적인 판단이 가능해 질 것이므로 그 활용성이 기대된다.
