The general software configuration management system shows lack of the properties and features of software development environment for multimedia due to its wide range to be covered. Multimedia software development environment has properties like repetitive analysis and simulation using visual programming environment where, beside support of elementary development functions, component or library can be combined and tested interactively. Moreover, the method to look fast and effective for component having similar function is required. In this paper, we present the system which supports the software configuration management method for a simulation tool and the system for the properties in the multimedia software development environment. And we relate our system to real simulation tool so as to check its ability as the software configuration management system for multimedia software development environment.

This study has a purpose of setting applicable ecological environment plan items when establishing city development plan. To achieve this purpose, multiple methods of data gathering, documentary surveys, and questionaries research were used in this study. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The appliance of ecological environment plan is appropriate to apply before the establishment of development plan. 2. The items applicable to ecological environment plan establishment step by step is the following. First, it is necessary to prepare the environment improvement plan and ecology restoration on the stage of assigning the area. Second, on the stage of planning development plan, it is required to set the restoration plan of ecological resources and step by step ecological environment plan. Third, on the stage of plan implementation, it is required to set the maintenance guide on ecological environment. 3. The planning items of ecological environment plan are "geographical features and soil", "water resource", "wind resource", "green resource", "circulation of resource", "usage of nature energy" and "habitats", etc. 4. To apply ecological environment plan to the planning of development, it is necessary to specify the clear concepts and specific plan. 5. This study is limited to select generalized planning items and later on, it is necessary to develop detailed planning contents.

Considering the present development situation of domestic apartment complexes, the development of environment-friendly apartment complexes is very important issue in Korea. At this point of time, it is very meaningful to understand the domestic development trend and the actual condition of environment-friendly apartment complexes and examine various problems about this and the possibilities fer development. Thus the purpose of this study is to accumulate basic data to establish planning direction and pertinent planning factors or the environment-friendly apartment complex for sustainable development. It is believed that the role of the related aspects such as administration, construction companies, designers and residents must be redefined in order to manage such problem. Planning factors for environment-friendly apartment complex should be developed systematically and more fit to the natural environment and residents in the aspect of district and community.

and to provide (case example-focused) guidelines for environment-friendly oriented plans. Key findings of this study are as follows : first, a total of 2,465 development projects covering $173km^2$ were undertaken in Gyeonggi province in last three years. Second, based on the analysis of 16 development projects in four types, about 20 alternative environment-friendly location were suggested. Thirdly, 56 environment-friendly criteria were suggested for the environmental assessment items by setting at least three alternatives. Going forward, if discussion case examples by project type, environment-friendly location criteria by project type, and environment friendly review criteria by assessment item suggested in this study are fully utilized when initiating or approving various development projects in the future, environment-friendliness will be enhanced in development projects.

There are five suggestions on interrelationship between Hew Development and Preservation of the Environment. First, it is necessary to make the Perservation of the Environment the prime object of the national land development instead of the New Development. Second, the planners and the designers of the land (or city) must sufficiently understand the concepts that make friends with environment. Third, a policy planners need to understand the concepts that make friends with environment and the concepts must be involved when the policy is projected. Fourth, the criteria to evaluate the quality of the New Development must be changed from only the beautiful ones to both the beautiful and the ecological ones. finally, it is necessary to decide on the policy of the environment in cooperation with the developer and the preserver in consideration of economic, environment, and development indicators.

Abnormal oceanic conditions associated with the passage of typhoons are examined using hydrographic and satellite data 1990-2002. During the passage period of typhoons in the Korean waters, an abrupt decrease of sea surface temperature(SST) in range of 5 to 8 $^{\circ}$ was observed. The areas of SST decrease were an order of 100-200km, and the low SST lasted about 15-25 days after passage of typhoon. After passage of typhoon, the water temperatures in the surface mixed layer of 30m show negative anomalies for quite a long period. In addition, stratification parameters were substantially decreased and chlorophyll a density was rapidly increased.

For the verification of the security level against a IT product development environment, we should analyze the vulnerability and the various threatening factors which exists in the IT product development environment. Also we need the evaluation criteria and tools for the evaluation and improvement of the level of information security. For that, we need evaluation indices and the standard it will be able to improve the evaluation methodology in the actual IT product development environment which will reach it will be able to apply must be researched. In this study, our aims are the development of verification tools for the security level of IT product development environment.

The aims of this study were to investigate the relationships among mothers' depression, home environment, and preschool children's development. The participants in this study were 199 parents of 3- to 5-year-old children. Statistical methods used for the data analysis were the frequencies, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows. First, mothers' depression had a negative influence on home environment. Second, mothers' depression had a negative influence on children's development. Last, the effect of mothers' depression on children's development was partially mediated by home environment. The results suggest that mothers' depression and home environment may predict children's development.
