국제경기에서 나타난 엘리트 여자하키 스프린트 특성분석: 2016~2018 A-match를 중심으로 (Analysis of Elite Korean Women's Hockey Sprint Characteristics in International Games: Focus on the 2016~2018 A-match)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the distance, number, duration, velocity of sprints generated during women's hockey competition by position to identify sprint patterns. Method: The data was collected in 17 matches between 2016 and 2018, 49 elite women's hockey players were tested using SPI-HPU to identify differences by position using SPSS 25.0. A total of 376 Sprint information was utilized. Results: First, women's hockey players all showed significant differences in the number of sprints, duration, distance, and max velocity depending on their positions. Second, there was a significant difference in the number of sprints in the difference between quarters. And the factors of duration, distance, and max velocity showed differences between positions. Third, according to the results, there were differences in the number of times, duration, distance, and max velocity in the difference between positions. Conclusion: These results can be confirmed the sprint patterns of depends on position during the women's hockey game and can be used as information for the development of physical and tactical training programs.

한국형발사체 7톤급 엔진의 개발 시험 현황 (Development Status of the 7-Tonf-class Engine for KSLV-II)

  • 한국형발사체 3단에 사용하기 위한 7톤급 엔진의 개발 시험 결과를 제시하였다. 2기의 engineering model 엔진을 가지고 수행된 연소시험은 시험조건에 따라 지상 시험과 고공 시험으로 구분된다. 엔진의 작동성 검증을 위해 수행된 short duration과 long duration 시험은 성공적으로 완료되었다. 내구성 검증을 위해 수행된 full duration 시험에서는 일부 개선 사항들이 발견되었다. 종합적으로, 엔진 개발에 힘을 더할 수 있는 고무적인 데이터들이 7톤급 엔진 시험으로부터 획득되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 새 엔진들이 제작되고, 제작된 엔진은 연소시험을 통해 지속적으로 검증될 예정이다.

Temperature-Dependent Development of the Swallowtail Butterfly, Sericinus montela Gray

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of ambient thermal environments on the development of swallowtail butterflies (Sericinus montela Gray). Developmental durations and survival rates of S. montela were examined at two crucial developmental stages, embryonic and larval development, at varying temperatures ranging from $15^{\circ}C$ to $35^{\circ}C$. As expected, our results indicated that increasing temperatures decreased the developmental duration and survival rate of the eggs. However, the larvae and pupae showed maximum survival rates at $20.0^{\circ}C$ and $25.0^{\circ}C$, and the represented durations were similar to those of the eggs. Larval development was stage-specific, revealing that the fourth and fifth instars at the later stages were more susceptible to temperature variation. When considering both parameters, the optimal development of S. montela occurred within the temperature range of $20.0-25.0^{\circ}C$. The lower threshold for the complete development of S. montela from eggs to eclosion of adults was calculated at $10.6^{\circ}C$ by linear regression analysis. The estimated value is similar to that of other endemic insects distributed in temperate climate zones, which indicates that S. montela belongs to a small group of swallowtails adjusted to low ambient temperatures. From the results, we predict that the full development of S. montela could be achieved within the temperature range of $17.5-30.0^{\circ}C$. Embryonic development ceased at both test temperature extremes, and no further larval development proceeded after the third instar at $35.0^{\circ}C$. These results suggest that embryogenesis can be significantly influenced by slight variations in the ambient thermal environment that fall below the optimal range.

  • 최근 국내에서 도심재생을 위한 입체복합공간 개발사업으로 여러 메가프로젝트가 수행중이지만, 메가프로젝트 실적 자료 및 경험, 기술부족으로 인해 여러 가지 문제점들이 드러나고 있다. 다양한 유형의 프로젝트들로 구성된 입체 복합공간 개발 사업에서 프로그램 및 프로젝트 수준으로 메가프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다. 메가프로젝트는 다년간에 걸쳐 수행되는 사업으로 사업기간 예측과 그에 따른 공정관리가 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 메가프로젝트 특성에 맞는 프로그램레벨에서의 공정관리 기술 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공정관리 기술개발의 선행연구로 사업초기단계 사업기간 예측 및 일정 계획 방법에 대해서 제시하였다. 먼저 과거 수행된 단일시설 및 복합시설의 프로젝트 속성정보와 설계 및 공사기간의 일정데이터를 수집하여, 프로젝트 기간 예측을 위한 DB의 개발방향을 제시하였다. 그리고 메가프로젝트 사업초기단계 사업기간 예측 시 영향을 미치는 발주자의 요구사항과 사업비 투입계획에 따라 시나리오를 개발하여 사업기간 예측 방법에 대해 제시하였고, CCPM을 통한 사업기간 단축가능성을 제시하였다.

배양 조건을 달리한 Dunaliela tertiolecta의 조체내 지방산 분석 (Evaluation of Fatty Acids in Dunaliela tertiolecta, in Various Culture Conditions)

  • 녹조 편모류인 Dunaliella tertiolecta Butter를 광도, 광주기 및 온도 조건을 달리하여 배양한 후 조체내의 지방산 조성을 분석하였다. 광주기와 온도 조건은 D. tertiolecta의 성장에 뚜렷한 영향을 주었고, 성장기에 최대 세포수는 $2.32{\times}10^6$, 세포 분열율은 1.97 division/day였다. 여러조건에서 배양한 조체의 지방산을 분석한 결과Cl6(Palmitic acid), C18 : 3$\omega$3 (cis-Linolenic acid)가 주성분이었으며 EPA나 DHA와 같은 고도의 불포화 지방산은 소량 검출되었다. 불포화 지방산(Polyene)은 배양 온도가 낮을수록 증가되었으며, 광도는 불포화 지방산 함량에 별로 영향을 미치지 못했다. 광주기 조건에서, 명주기를 오래할수록 D. tertiolecta의 성장은 증가했지만, 반면에 조체내의 불포화 지방산(Polyene)은 감소되는 것으로 나타났다.

Optimal Timing and Duration of Cold Application for Breaking Diapause in Queens of the Bumblebee Bombus ignitus

  • Bumblebees are important pollinators of crops and wildflowers. The Korean native bumblebee, Bombus ignitus, undergoes one generation per year, and induction of artificial hibernation is essential for year-round rearing of the bumblebee. Keeping queens under cold treatment conditions for several mo is an effective method for terminating their diapause and promoting colony development. In the present study, we investigated how the timing and duration of chilling affect the artificial hibernation of B. ignitus queens. In the timing assessment, cold treatment was instituted at 12 d, 40 d, or 100 d after eclosion under a constant temperature of $5^{\circ}C$ and 80% humidity. The queens that entered cold treatment at 12 d after emergence evidenced the highest survival rates: 86.7% at two mo, 73.3% at three mo, and 46.4% at 4 mo. Survival rates were reduced under storage conditions at 12 d, 40 d, and 100 d after emergence. When queens were subjected to chilling at 8 d, 12 d, or 16 d after eclosion with constant 80% humidity, the queens stored at 12 d after eclosion exhibited the highest survival rates, which were 84.6 at one mo, 25.0% at two mo, and 7.9% at three mo. In regards to the duration of the cold period, the queens that hibernated for at least two mo evidenced optimal colony development rates. The rates of oviposition, colony foundation, and progeny-queen production of queens hibernated for two mo were 60.0%, 30.0%, and 13.3%, respectively. These values were 6.0 to 13.3 times higher than those in the queens that hibernated for 15 d. Therefore, a cold period of at least 2 mo applied 12 d after emergence were found to be the most favorable conditions for diapause break in B. ignitus queens.

한국의 농업기후지대별 이상일조 출현 특성 평가 (Agro-climatic Zonal Characteristics of the Frequency of Abnormal Duration of Sunshine in South Korea)

  • 1973년부터 2010년까지의 38년 동안의 순별 누적 일조시간을 평년값과 비교하여 표준편차법으로 이상다조와 이상과조의 출현횟수를 시 공간적으로 분석하였다. 과거 38년 동안 이상일조의 출현횟수는 연 평균 1.24회(이상다조 0.55회, 이상과조 0.69회)로 조사되었다. 연도별로는 2001년에 이상다조의 출현횟수가 2.37회로 가장 많았고, 이상과조의 출현횟수는 2010년에 1.95회로 가장 많았다. 연대별 이상다조의 연간 출현횟수는 1970년대의 1.26회에서 2000년대의 0.47회로 크게 감소한 반면에, 이상과조의 연간 출현횟수는 1980년대의 0.39회에서 2000년대의 0.98회로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 농업기후지대로 구분하여 분석하면, 과거 38년 동안 이상다조의 출현횟수가 가장 많았던 농업기후지대는 중부내륙지대로서 연 평균 1.35회이었고, 이상다조의 출현횟수가 가장 적었던 농업기후지대는 영남내륙산간지대로 0.21회였다. 반면에 과거 38년 동안 이상과조의 출현횟수가 가장 많았던 농업기후지대는 동해안남부지대로 연 평균 0.97회이었고, 이상과조의 출현횟수가 가장 적었던 농업기후지대는 소배산간지대(충주, 보은 등)로 연 평균 0.48회이었다.

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens로 제조한 콩 발효물의 발효시간에 따른 품질 변화 (Changes in Quality of according to Fermentation Time of Fermented Soybean Produced Made with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the appearance, physicochemical, physical, and fermentation properties of the fermented soybean produced by manufacturing with inoculation the different types of microbial strains. The strains were inoculated by the NSI (natural strains inoculation), and the SSI (selective strain inoculation) were treatments. The appearance showed differences in color, viscous substance, and hardness depending on strains inoculation and fermentation duration. The pH, and total acidity were 6.40~7.26%, and 0.10~0.39% respectively with differences depending on the samples. The moisture content as the fermentation duration increased, the NSI (56.03~57.66%) decreased and the SSI (56.71~58.63%) increased. The physical characteristics of the hardness increased as the fermentation duration increased for the NSI and the SSI decreased. The color values for the L, a, and b values were 47.64~58.56, 7.15~9.08, and 12.41~17.30, respectively. The α-amylase and protease activities of the SSI were the highest among all treatments. The total viable cell counts of the fermented soybean products by strains were 5.02 to 9.77 log CFU/g, and SSI (fermentation, 48 hours) was the highest. The amino-type nitrogen contents of all samples were 301.62~746.97 mg% and the SSI showed the highest content. The amino acid had the highest glutamic acid content.

침투도랑 시설의 유지관리 시점 산정방법에 관한 연구 (An estimation method for the maintenance timing of the infiltration trench)

  • To manage the non-point source pollution and restore the water circulation, many technologies including infiltration or reservoir systems were installed in the urban area. These facilities have many problems regarding maintenance as their operation period becomes lengthier. The purpose of this study was to estimate the optimal maintenance timing through a long-term load test on the infiltration trench as one of the low impact development techniques. An infiltration trench was installed in the demonstration test facility, and stormwater was manufactured by Manual on installation and operation of non-point pollution management facilities from the Ministry of Environment, Korea and entered into the infiltration trench. Particle size distribution (PSD), suspended solids (SS) removal efficiency, and infiltration rate change tests were performed on inflow and outflow water. In case of the PSD, the maximum particulate size in the outflow decreased from 64 ㎛ to 33 ㎛ as the operating duration elapsed. The SS removal efficiency improved from 97 % to 99 %. The infiltration rate changed from 0.113 L/sec to 0.015 L/sec during the operation duration. The maintenance timing was determined based on the stormwater runoff requirements with these changes in water quality and infiltration rate. The methodologies in this study could be used to estimate the timing of maintenance of other low impact development techniques.
