소백산국립공원 등산로의 환경훼손에 대한 이용영향 (Use Impacts on Environmental Deteriorations of Trail in Sobaeksan National Park)

  • 소백산국립공원 등산로 및 주변환경의 훼손에 대한 이용영향을 파악하기 위하여 3개의 주요 등산로를 대상으로 1992년에 조사를 실시하였다. 등산로폭과 나지노출폭은 능선부, 희방, 비로등산로의 순이었으며 이용강도에 따른 차이가 인정되었다. 등산로의 물매는 다른 국립 공원 등산로에 비해 가파른 편이었으나 최대깊이는 그리 크지 않았다. 총 11km 105개 조사지점에서 관찰된 훼손형태는 종침식, 암석노출, 분기 등의 비율이 높았고 훼손된 지점의 등산로상태는 건전한 지점과 뚜렷한 차이를 나타내었다. 약 4.2km구간의 능선부등산로는 훼손이 심화되고 있으며 환경피해도 4등급 이상의 면적이 10,335$m^2$나 발생하고 있었다. 해발고가 높아짐에 따라 주연부의 상층수관의 우점수종은 희방등산로에서 신갈나무, 고로쇠나무$\longrightarrow$신갈나무로, 비로등산로에서 소나무, 신갈나무$\longrightarrow$소나무$\longrightarrow$신갈나무로 바뀌었으며, 이용강도의 차이가 있는 양등산로의 하층수종을 비교할 때 철쭉꽃, 병꽃나무, 호랑버들, 산딸기나무등이 이용영향에 대한 내성이 크고 복분자딸기. 산앵도나무는 내성이 약한 것으로 파악되었다. 능선부 등산로에서는 철쭉꽃, 병꽃나무, 산딸기나무, 노린재나무 등이 경쟁력이 큰 수종으로 나타났다.

상태평가 결과 기반 고속도로 PSC Box 거더교 상부플랜지 열화·손상 실태 고찰 (A Review of the Deterioration and Damage of the Top Flange of the Highway PSC Box Girder Bridge based on the Condition Assessment Results)

  • PSCB 거더교는 고속도로에서 공용중인 교량의 4%로 많은 비중을 차지하고 있지는 않지만, PSCB 거더교의 약 98%가 1·2종 교량이며 전체 교량 연장의 약 16%(192km)를 차지하는 만큼 유지관리가 매우 중요한 교량 형식 중 하나이다. PSCB 거더교의 손상유형을 분석하기 위해 고속도로 공용중 교량의 가설공법, 제설환경 노출등급 비율을 고려한 62개소(477경간) 정밀안전진단 보고서를 선정하여 상세 분석을 수행함과 동시에 실제 열화·손상이 발생한 교량의 현장조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 대부분의 열화·손상 원인은 교면포장으로 유입된 우수(염수)가 상부플랜지와 계면 사이에 체수되어 콘크리트가 열화되고, 이후 교면포장의 균열 및 파손, 철근의 부식·팽창으로 인한 콘크리트 박락 등으로 진전되어 나타난 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 상부플랜지 하면에 발생한 교축방향 균열 원인은 수화열, 건조수축 등으로 인한 균열로 판단된다. 결론적으로 PSCB 거더교의 특성을 고려한 합리적인 유지관리를 위해서는 시공초기 발생되는 상부플랜지 하면 교축방향 균열 제어를 위한 설계측면의 개선 방안이 제시되어야 할 것이며, 공용중 발생되는 열화는 상부플랜지 열화 이전 교면포장의 유지관리를 통한 선제적 대응과 제설환경 노출등급에 따른 차별화된 유지관리 방안이 제시되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

공간분석·데이터마이닝 융합방법론을 통한 산업안전 취약지 등급화 방안 (Industrial Safety Risk Analysis Using Spatial Analytics and Data Mining)

  • The mortality rate in industrial accidents in South Korea was 11 per 100,000 workers in 2015. It's five times higher than the OECD average. Economic losses due to industrial accidents continue to grow, reaching 19 trillion won much more than natural disaster losses equivalent to 1.1 trillion won. It requires fundamental changes according to industrial safety management. In this study, We classified the risk of accidents in industrial complex of Ulju-gun using spatial analytics and data mining. We collected 119 data on accident data, factory characteristics data, company information such as sales amount, capital stock, building information, weather information, official land price, etc. Through the pre-processing and data convergence process, the analysis dataset was constructed. Then we conducted geographically weighted regression with spatial factors affecting fire incidents and calculated the risk of fire accidents with analytical model for combining Boosting and CART (Classification and Regression Tree). We drew the main factors that affect the fire accident. The drawn main factors are deterioration of buildings, capital stock, employee number, officially assessed land price and height of building. Finally the predicted accident rates were divided into four class (risk category-alert, hazard, caution, and attention) with Jenks Natural Breaks Classification. It is divided by seeking to minimize each class's average deviation from the class mean, while maximizing each class's deviation from the means of the other groups. As the analysis results were also visualized on maps, the danger zone can be intuitively checked. It is judged to be available in different policy decisions for different types, such as those used by different types of risk ratings.

22.9[kV]급 애자의 표면오염에 의한 자외선 영상과 열화판정 (The UV Images and Aging Judgement with Behaviors Caused by Surface Contamination on 22.9[kV] Class Insulators)

  • 본 연구에서는 22.9[kV] 애자의 표면오염에 의한 자외선 영상과 거동을 통해 자외선 이미지 형태 판단법을 정의하였다. 코로나 방전에 의해 나타나는 자외선 영상은 아메바, 젤리피쉬, 썬플라워 형태 등 3가지로 나누어지며, 세부적으로는 8개의 진행 메커니즘으로 구분하였다. 전력설비가 설치된 현장에서는 즉각적으로 이 판단 방법으로 전력 설비의 열화된 부분을 찾을 수 있다. 이는 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 통해 전력설비의 열화를 판단하는 기준에 활용이 가능하다. 향후 현장진단에 적합한 기술로서의 연구가 활용될 것이다.

Ultra-low cycle fatigue tests of Class 1 H-shaped steel beams under cyclic pure bending

  • This paper presents experimental and numerical study on buckling behaviors and hysteretic performance of Class 1 H-shaped steel beam subjected to cyclic pure bending within the scope of ultra-low cycle fatigue (ULCF). A loading device was designed to achieve the pure bending loading condition and 4 H-shaped specimens with a small width-to-thickness ratio were tested under 4 different loading histories. The emphasis of this work is on the impacts induced by local buckling and subsequent ductile fracture. The experimental and numerical results indicate that the specimen failure is mainly induced by elasto-plastic local buckling, and is closely correlated with the plastic straining history. Compared with monotonic loading, the elasto-plastic local buckling can occur at a much smaller displacement amplitude due to a number of preceding plastic reversals with relative small strain amplitudes, which is mainly correlated with decreasing tangent modulus of the material under cyclic straining. Ductile fracture is found to be a secondary factor leading to deterioration of the load-carrying capacity. In addition, a new ULCF life evaluation method is proposed for the specimens using the concept of energy decomposition, where the cumulative plastic energy is classified into two categories as isotropic hardening and kinematic hardening correlated. A linear correlation between the two energies is found and formulated, which compares well with the experimental results.

CarboMedics 판막의 10년 임상 성적 (Ten-year Clinical Experience with CarboMedics Valve)

  • From March 1988 to June 1994, 275 CarboMedics cardiac valve prostheses(199 mitral, 70 aortic and 3 tricuspid) were implanted in 226 consecutive patients(mean age 39 years, male/female 90/136) by one surgical team operating on adult cardiac patients at Kyungpook University Hospital. Total follow up represented 16,848 patient-months(mean 76 months) and follow up rate was 96%. One hundred and forty-nine patients(66%) wer in NYHA functional class III or IV preoperatively, and 204 patients(99.5%) were in class I or II postoperatively. Early mortality was 4.9% and late death was 9.3%. The actuarial survival at 81 months was 86.l2$\pm$3.1%. The linearized incidence of valve-related death, prosthetic valve thrombosis, anticoagulation-related hemorrhage, non-structural dysfunction and reoperation were 0.71%, 0.43%, 0.07%, 0.21%, and 0.14% respectively. The 81-month rate of freedom from all valve related complications and deaths including hospital mortality was 88.1$\pm$2.5%. Thee facts suggest that the CarboMedics cardiac valve has excellent result, low incidence of valve-related complications and no structureal deterioration.

천해어장에서 인위적 환경훼손에 의한 어업생산 감소량 추정방법 (A Quantitative Method for Estimating Damages in Fishery Production due to Artificial Environmental Deterioration in the Tidal Flat Fishing Grounds)

  • A quantitative method was suggested for estimating damages in fishery production due to the diffusion and deposition of suspended silt and clay by various construction processes in tidal flat fishing grounds. Marine populations are maintained through the process of spawning, growth, recruitment, natural death and death by fishing each year. All of the year classes of the population in a fishery ground could be affected when damages occur by human activities such as land filling or reclamation. The propose of this study is to calculate damages in terms of fishery production using a quantitative population dynamic method. If the maximum age in the population is $X_\lambda,$ the starting year of damage is $t_s,$ and the ending year of damage is $t_e,$ the number of year classes damaged is $t_{s-n\lambda}-t_e,$ Many year classes present in the year $t_s,$ and so if damages occur, they Influence all the year classes which are present in the population. Damaged year classes in year $t_e$ would still be in the population until the year $t_{e+n\lambda}$, where $n_{\lambda}$ is the oldest age class. If the expected yield of a year class is constant, the total yield from year classes in the fishing ground during the construction periods can be calculated as follows: $Y_\Phi=[(t_e-t_s+1)+n_c]{\cdot}Y_E+\sum\limits^{n_\lambda-n_c}_{l=1}\;\sum\limits^{n_\lambda-n_c}_{l=i}\;Y_{n_c+i}$ This method was applied for damage estimation in the production of Ruditapes philippinarum in a tidal flat fishing ground.

22.9[kV]이하 XLPE 전력케이블의 열 충격 시험 및 절연파괴 특성 (The Properties of Dielectric Breakdown and Thermal Stresses below 22.9[kV] Class XLPE Power Cable)

  • 2002년부터 시행되어오고 있는 제조물 책임법에 의해 사고케이블의 원인분석과 사고패턴에 대한 데이터베이스화가 중요하다. 더욱이 가속열화상태에서 전력케이블 사고의 패턴 및 모의실험은 데이터베이스 시스템 구축에 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 열 열화 따른 22.9[kV]이하 케이블의 열 충격시험을 수행하였다. 이 시험은 IEC60811-3-1에 따른다. 시험결과로부터, 22.9[kV]급 A사 전력케이블은 표면이 변색되었고 길이방향으로 급격하게 감소되었다. 특히, A사 전력케이블의 열 중량 특성이 심하게 변함에 따라, 케이블 제조상의 문제일 것이라 추측된다. 만약 전력케이블의 제조상의 결함에 의한 것이라면, 피해자들은 PL환경 하에 손해배상을 받을 수 있을 것이다.

2.2 kW와 3.7 kW 유도전동기의 정상과 구속운전에 따른 전류 및 온도 특성 (Characteristic of Current and Temperature according to Normal and Abnormal Operations at Induction Motor of 2.2 kW and 3.7 kW)

  • This study analyzed the current and temperature characteristics of major components of an induction motor during normal and abnormal operations as functions of the difference in the rated capacities of medium and large-sized motors widely used in industrial settings. The temperature rise equation of the induction motor winding was derived through locked-rotor operation experiments and linear regression analysis. When the ambient temperature is 40 ℃, the time to reach 155 ℃, the temperature limit of the insulation class (F class) of the winding of the induction motor, was confirmed to be 48 seconds for the 2.2 kW induction motor and 39 seconds for the 3.7 kW induction motor. This means that when the rated capacity is large or the installation environment is high temperature, the time to reach the temperature limit of the insulation class during locked-rotor operation is short, and the risk of insulation deterioration and fire is high. In addition, even if the EOCR (Electronic Over Current Relay) is installed, if the setting time is excessively set, the EOCR does not operate even if the normal and locked-rotor operation of the induction motor is repeated, and the temperature limit of the insulation grade of the winding of the induction motor is exceeded. The results of this study can be used for preventive measures such as the promotion of electrical and mechanical measures for the failure of induction motors and fire prevention in industrial sites, or the installation of fire alarm systems.

고압유도전동기 절연특성시험의 신뢰도 평가 (Evaluation of Insulation Diagnostic Test Reliability for Stator Winding of High Voltage Induction Motor)

  • This test was performed to assess the correlation between insulation diagnostic tests and breakdown voltage strength of the stator winding of 6.6kV class induction motor in insulation deterioration condition which have been in service for 5 years after being installed in 1998. The insulation diagnostic tests include resistance, polarization index(P.I), dissipation factor(${\triangle}tan{\delta}$), maximum partial discharges(Qmax) and AC breakdown test. we evaluated the correlation between insulation diagnostic test and AC breakdown test for stator winding of high voltage induction motor.
