석조문화유산의 손상지도 제작방법과 표면 및 3차원 손상율 평가기법 (Making Method of Deterioration Map and Evaluation Techniques of Surface and Three-dimensional Deterioration Rate for Stone Cultural Heritage)

  • 이 연구에서는 석조문화유산의 손상유형별 표준범례를 제시하고, 손상지도 작성방법에 대한 공정시스템을 구축하였으며, 균열지수 개발과 표면 및 3차원 손상율 평가기법을 제시하였다. 손상유형별 표준범례는 균열, 박리, 박락, 탈락, 입상분해 및 공동으로 세분한 다음 상용 그래픽 프로그램으로 제작하였으며, 손상지도는 손상 영역에 대한 정확도와 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 3차원 디지털복원과 고해상도 사진맵핑 기술을 적용하였다. 또한 균열지수를 개발하여 대상 석조문화유산의 물리적 손상도에 대한 정량평가를 수행하였고, 가상복원 모델링을 통해 탈락부의 부피와 3차원 손상율을 산출하였다. 이를 통해 마곡사오층석탑의 손상도를 정량적으로 평가한 결과, 전체적으로 북측면이 구조상 균열(1.70), 미세균열(1.34), 박락(20.2%), 탈락(13.0%)의 손상점유율이 높게 나타났으며, 1층 옥개석의 3차원 손상율은 6.7%로 산출되었다.

Inventory Models for Fresh Agriculture Products with Time-Varying Deterioration Rate

  • This paper presents inventory models for fresh agriculture products with time-varying deterioration rate. Due to the particularity of fresh agriculture products, the demand rate is a function that depends on sale price and freshness. The deterioration rate increases with time and is assumed to be a time-varying function. In the models, the inventory cycle may be constant or variable. The optimal solutions of models are discussed for different freshness and the deterioration rate. The results of experiments show that the profit depends on the freshness and deterioration rate of products. With the increasing inventory cycle, the sale price and profit increase at first and then start decreasing. Furthermore, when the inventory cycle is variable, the total profit is a binary function of the sale price and inventory cycle. There exist unique sale price and inventory cycle such that the profit is optimal. The results also show that the optimal sale price and inventory cycle depend on the freshness and the deterioration rate of fresh agriculture products.

  • Generally, in deriving the solution of economic production quantity (EPQ) inventory model, we consider the demand rate and deterioration rate as constant quantity. But in case of real life problems, the demand rate and deterioration rate are not actually constant but slightly disturbed from their original crisp value. The motivation of this paper is to consider a more realistic EPQ inventory model with finite production rate, fuzzy demand rate and fuzzy deterioration rate. The effect of the loss in production quantity due to faulty/old machine have also been taken into consideration. The methodology to obtain the optimum value of the fuzzy total cost is derived and a numerical example is used to illustrate the computation procedure. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out to get the sensitiveness of the tolarance of different input parameters.

  • This paper discusses condition based preventive replacement for deteriorating systems. The system continuouslydeteriorates in time and fails at any deterioration level which is always monitored, It is replaced at failure or atsome deteriorated level preventively before failure. The deterioration process is represented by a Weibulldistribution with a time-linear scale parameter. The cost rate function is formed considering replacement costand opportunity loss cost and deterioration dependent failure distribution, If the system has an increasingdeterioration dependent failure rate, the optimal deterioration level for preventive replacement can be determinedfrom minimizing the cost rate. An illustrative example is given for a Weibull deterioration dependent failuredistribution.

  • In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.

  • This paper establishes a scheme to estimate track quality using standard deviation and deterioration rate of track irregularities. To provide index of quality, standard deviation and deterioration rate of track irregularities are analyed. As an index, standard deviation and deterioration rate were applied to decision of corrective maintenance and replacement maintenance, respectively. Further, this paper proposes a basic scheme for a modernization of mechanize track maintenance that using MTT(Multiple Tie Tamper) and Ballast Cleaner.

  • Grease deterioration of mineral oil type grease was investigated using sealed deep groove ball bearings (6203) and bearing life test rig. The bearing test was performed under 3,000 rpm and 245 N radial load at 120。C. Grease taken ken tested bearings was checked in using certain evaluation methods, for example, oxidation induction time (OIT), FT-IR peak intensity, leakage .ate, bleeding .ate, total acid number. (TAN) and bearing noise increase. Within these test conditions, OIT, TAN, bleeding rate were changed gradually in accordance with bearing operating time and showed useful indices for deterioration of grease.

인삼을 경구투여한 흰쥐 심장근의 수축력 퇴화율 억제에 미치는 작용 기전 연구 (Study on the Inhibitory Mechanism of Deterioration Rate of Contractility in Papillary Muscle from Ginseng Treated Rat Heart.)

  • It was previously reported that the deterioration rate of contractile force of the isolated heart from ginseng extract treated rat was slower than that from control. Present study was carried out to investigate the mechanism of the action of ginseng on the contractile force of the papillary muscle in terms of calcium metabolism. Rats weighing 200-300g were administered orally with ginseng ethanol extract (100mg/kg/day) for more than 10 days. The isolated papillary muscles from rat hearts were suspended in bath containing Krebs-Henseleit solution. When equilibration of contractile force of papillary muscle was reached, the rates of deterioration of contractile forces of papillary muscle from ginseng component treated rats were determined by washing with Ca-free Krebs-Henseleit solution and compared with that of normal hearts. At the beginning of washing, the rate of deterioration of contractile force of the papillary muscle was slower significantly in ginseng treated rats than in control rats, suggesting that calcium may be somehow involved in sustaining the contractility in ginseng treated hearts. Anoxia of papillary muscle with nitrogen gas to muscles inhibited the contractility, but differences between control and ginseng treated groups in the rate of deterioration were not observed. Influence of diltiazem, calcium blocker, on the contractility of papillary muscle from ginseng treated and control hearts was studied. Contractility of papillary muscle from control and ginseng treated hearts was inhibited by diltiazem in dose dependent manner but the inhibition of the ginseng treated muscles was much weak. The effect was significantly different. From the results, it seemed that slowing in deterioration rate of papillary muscle from ginseng treated hearts might be related to calcium which was mobilized from plasma membrane of internal organelle by ginseng.

고속도로 교량 바닥판 열화분석 및 추정 (Analysis and Prediction of Highway Bridge Deck Slab Deterioration)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속도로 교량 바닥판 747개소의 GPR 데이터를 분석하여 주요 열화인자를 도출하고, 이들을 활용하여 교량의 공용연수에 따른 교량의 손상률을 추정하였다. 바닥판의 손상률 데이터를 공용연수에 따른 영향을 최소화하기 위해 공용연수에 따른 손상률 데이터를 선형회귀분석 모형을 사용하여 보정하였다. 보정된 바닥판 손상률과 강설일수, 강설량, 동결융해일수, 동절기평균기온, 고도, 제설제살포량, 환상교통량의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량이 바닥판의 손상률에 지배적인 영향이 있음을 도출하였다. 동결융해일수와 제설제살포량을 동시에 고려하여 복합열화 상황 하에서 바닥판의 손상률 차트를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 평균적인 예상 바닥판 수명을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 고속도로 교량의 유지관리 시에 현 교량상황별로 바닥판의 열화진전 상태와 전단면 개량이 필요한 시점을 예상할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

재배조건 및 채굴시기가 연포장재 필름으로 개별포장한 수삼의 저장성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cultivation Condition and Harvest Time on the Storage Stability of Fresh Ginseng Individually Packaged in a Soft Film)

  • The influence of cultivation condition and harvest time on the storage stability of the fresh ginseng (50g) individually packaged in a soft film bag (ONY/LDPE/L-LDPE; 200$\times$300 mm, 90㎛) was investigated. When the fresh ginsengs were divided into four groups of direct-planted ginseng on the paddy soil(PD), transplanted ginseng on the upland(UT) and each group was stored at 25$\^{C}$ for 40 days, the quality deterioration rate was the highest in PD group while PT, UD and UT groups exhibited similar quality patterns from each other. When each group was stored at 10$\^{C}$, the quality deterioration rate was also the highest in PD group and the other three groups exhibited similar quality patterns from each other till 90 days passed after storage. However, the quality deterioration rate of UT group was 54% which was higher than UD group or PT group 180 days after storage. When the fresh ginseng harvested between September of 1997 and October of 1998 was individually packaged with the soft film and stored at 25$\^{C}$ for 12 days, the quality deterioration rate was the lowest in the group harvested in October while relatively high in the groups harvested between July and September.
