  • This paper propose scene change detection algorithm using coefficient of forward prediction macro-block, backward prediction macro-block, and intra-coded macro-block on getting motion estimation. Proposed method detect scene change with correlation according picture type forward two picture or forward and backward two picture on video sequences. Proposed algorithm is high accuracy and can detect all scene change on video, and detect to occur scene change on P, B, I-picture.

An Anomaly Detection Algorithm for Cathode Voltage of Aluminum Electrolytic Cell

  • The cathode voltage of aluminum electrolytic cell is relatively stable under normal conditions and fluctuates greatly when it has an anomaly. In order to detect the abnormal range of cathode voltage, an anomaly detection algorithm based on sliding window was proposed. The algorithm combines the time series segmentation linear representation method and the k-nearest neighbor local anomaly detection algorithm, which is more efficient than the direct detection of the original sequence. The algorithm first segments the cathode voltage time series, then calculates the length, the slope, and the mean of each line segment pattern, and maps them into a set of spatial objects. And then the local anomaly detection algorithm is used to detect abnormal patterns according to the local anomaly factor and the pattern length. The experimental results showed that the algorithm can effectively detect the abnormal range of cathode voltage.

  • In this work, an efficient test algorithm and BIST architeture a for embedded memories are presented. The proposed test algorithm can fully detect stuck-at fault, transition fault, coupling fault. Moreover, the proposed test algorithm can detect nighborhood pattern sensitive fault which could not be detected in previous march test algoarithms. The proposed test algorithm perposed test algorithm performs testing for neghborhood pattern sensitive fault using backgroung data which has been used word-oriented memory testing.

  • This papaer presents a new algorithm for the P-wave detection in the ECG signal. Digital differentiation method (7-point derivative) is used for detecting P-waves exactly. This algorithm can detect various parameters of PR, PP, RR interval, which are important to diagnosis AV blocks and WPW syndrome. Especially, this algorithm can detect P-waves very efficiently not only in well-preprocessed waves but in pccr waves with noise and artifact. And it enables to develope more reliable automatic diagnosis algorithm.

  • In this paper, we report detects system algorithm, adapted a perimetric mask and a generalized symmetry system, to detect a transformable material and find out a minute error cannot be noticed by a naked eye. In this thesis, supposed a stable detecting system applied a general image processing theory and perimetric mash algorithm to detect badness. And finally, detected some vague errors with the application of symmetry transform algorithm that accumulate a symmetry of minute error and put stress on it.

  • 최근 코로나 19가 유행하고 더불어 고령화 시대와 1인 가구 증가로 인해 가구 구성원이 집에서 다양한 활동을 하며 머무는 시간이 매우 증가하였다. 본 연구에서는 노인을 포함한 1인 가구의 구성원들의 이상 징후를 탐지하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 홈 CCTV를 통한 영상 센서 알고리즘, 스마트폰에 내장된 가속도 센서를 이용한 활동 센서 알고리즘 및 2D LiDAR 센서 기반의 LiDAR 센서 알고리즘을 이용한 사람의 움직임 및 낙상 탐지 결과를 기반으로 이상 징후를 탐지하는 알고리즘들을 제안한다. 하지만, 각 단일 센서 기반 알고리즘은 센서가 가진 한계점으로 인해 특정 상황에서 이상징후를 탐지하기 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 그에 따라 단일 센서 기반 알고리즘만을 사용한 것보다 다양한 상황에서 이상 징후를 탐지하기 위해 각 알고리즘을 결합하는 융합 방식을 제안한다. 우리는 각 센서로 수집한 데이터를 통해 알고리즘들의 성능을 평가하고, 특정 시나리오들을 통하여 알고리즘 하나만 사용하여 정확한 이상 징후를 탐지할 수 없는 상황에서도 융합 방식을 통해 서로 보완하여 정확한 이상 징후를 효율적으로 탐지할 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • This paper represents a real time algorithm which improves the some drawbacks in the past methods for detection of the QRS conplexes of ECG signals. In the conventional method we can't detect QRS complex and QRS duration more correctly in case of (1) the contaminated ECG with 60Hz noise, muscle noise. (2) the movement of the baseline for a QRS complex. (3) being abnormal QRS complex with prolonging QRS. Therefore, we have proposed a new algorithm which can detect accurate QRS complex detection in case of the contaminated ECG with 60Hz noise, muscle noise, and movement of baseline for QRS complex. Moreover, in case of prolonging QRS we accomplished to detect not only QRS complex but also a single pulse that has a width proportional to QRS duration. This algorithm which is proposed in our paper in our paper in programmed with 6502 assembly language for real time ECG signal processing.

  • 본 연구는 교통관리 시스템의 유고검지 체계를 검토하여 기존 체계의 문제점과 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 검지체계를 구축하고 새로 구축된 검지 체계에 맞는 알고리즘을 개발하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 새로운 검지체계는 검지기 1개소의 설치로 다차로를 검지할 수 있으며 특히 1개 차로 내에서도 검지영역을 여러 개 검지할 수 있는 다 검지체계의 장점을 최대한 살린 시스템이므로 기존 체계의 한계성인 단일 검지영역 문제를 해소할 수 있으며 경제적으로 교통관리 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이 시스템으로 고속도로와 국도상에서 유고 검지율을 기존의 APID와 DES를 비교하여 현장 시험 평가한 결과 이 시스템이 제일 높은 유고 검지율을 나타내어 기존 시스템보다 우수한 것으로 판명되었다.

Pixel 군집화 Data를 이용한 실시간 반사광 검출 알고리즘 (Real-time Reflection Light Detection Algorithm using Pixel Clustering Data)

  • A new algorithm has been propose to detect the reflected light region as disturbances in a real-time vision system. There have been several attempts to detect existing reflected light region. The conventional mathematical approach requires a lot of complex processes so that it is not suitable for a real-time vision system. On the other hand, when a simple detection process has been applied, the reflected light region can not be detected accurately. Therefore, in order to detect reflected light region for a real-time vision system, the detection process requires a new algorithm that is as simple and accurate as possible. In order to extract the reflected light, the proposed algorithm has been adopted several filter equations and clustering processes in the HSI (Hue Saturation Intensity) color space. Also the proposed algorithm used the pre-defined reflected light data generated through the clustering processes to make the algorithm simple. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, several images with the reflected region have been used and the reflected regions are detected successfully.

  • This paper presents a refined protection algorithm of the unfused 22.9kV shunt capacitor banks in grounded wye connection to improve the existing algorithm using the voltage difference method. It is difficult to detect ground faults with arc near the input points or ground faults near the grounding point by the existing algorithm using only the voltage balanced relay. This paper shows that ground faults with arc near the input point can be detected by harmonics analysis of the differential voltage and that it has no impact of harmonics out of nonlinear loads which have the quantitative influence on capacitor banks. Thus the proposed method using harmonics analysis can be a proper detection method. In case of ground faults near the grounding point, an OVGR is being added recently and its validity is verified in this paper. The proposed method is applied to a 22.9kV example system and is verified that the proposed algorithm can detect clearly faults which are not easy to detect by the existing method.
