서울형 강소기업 청년재직자의 조직만족도가 재직 희망 기간에 미치는 영향: 성별 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction of Young Employees on the Desired Period of Service: Focusing on Gender Difference)

  • 본 연구는 조직만족도의 다양한 세부 차원이 서울지역 강소기업 청년재직자의 재직 희망 기간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울지역 인적자원개발위원회가 2021년 실시한 「서울형 강소기업 청년 재직자 근로실태 및 직업훈련수요 조사」 데이터를 사용하였다(N=292). 세부 만족도 중에서는 (1) 직무(업무수행)(p<.05)와 (2) 보상과 인정정책(p<.05)에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 재직 희망 기간이 증가한다. 더불어 남녀 사이에 재직 희망 기간에 영향을 미치는 요인에 차이가 존재한다. 남성은 (1) 리더십(p<.1), (2) 직무(업무수행)(p<.01), (3) 보상과 인정정책(p<.05)이 재직 희망 기간의 증가에 유의미한 영향을 미친 반면, 여성은 (1) 직무환경(p<.1)과 (2) 경력개발(p<.05)에 만족도가 높을수록 재직 희망 기간이 증가할 가능성이 컸다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청년층의 장기재직을 유도함으로써 기업의 인적자원 유출을 막기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • To try to determine the type of medical service wanted by the rural population, in Chungnam Province, a survey amongst the populations of 6 counties was conducted; Within the 6 counties, 2 local communities, which had no access to local medical services, were surveyed. The 12 communities were actively involved in Sae-maul activities, and total number of households surveyed, was 822. The survey was conducted over a 1 month period, from July 16th, 1976, thru August 20th, and the followings are the results, summarised. 1. The largest number of respondents desired a combination of Public Health Center and Country Hospital, followed in order by Private Clinic and Modern Medical Facility. 2. The respondents, aged under 40 years, desired the Private Clinic type medical service, whilst those over 40 years of age, wanted the County Hospital, and as the numbers in this age bracket, were larger, so the ratio was much higher. 3. Sex, educational background, and occupation did not play any particular emphasis in the decisions. 4. Monthly income affected the responses to the survey. These in the lower-income bracket, wanted the County Hospital, and the ratio was high. These in the high income bracket desired the Modern Medical Service, accordingly. Those with an income of 50,000 won or less, amongst the low-income bracket, favored the Public Health Sub-center type of service. The ratio for this service was very high.

Efficiency of Different Selection Indices for Desired Gain in Reproduction and Production Traits in Hariana Cattle

  • An investigation was conducted on 729 Hariana cows maintained at Government Livestock Farm, Hisar, from 1973 to 1999, with an objective to compare the efficiency of various selection indices for attaining desired genetic gains in the index traits. The various traits included were age at first calving (AFC), service period (SP), calving interval (CI), days to first service (DFS), number of services per conception (NSPC), lactation milk yield (LY), peak yield (PY), dry period (DP). Except for LY, PY and AFC the heritabilities of all other traits were low. Desirable associations among reproductive traits are supportive of the fact that any one of these traits incorporated in simultaneous selection is expected to cause correlated response in other traits. Production traits (LY and PY) were positively correlated, while DP had low negative genetic correlation with LY, and high genetic correlation with PY. Thus, DP can be taken as additional criteria in selection index for better over all improvement. Almost all production traits except DP had low negative correlation with AFC, SP, DFS and CI meaning that reduction in reproduction traits up to certain level may increase production performance. While, the correlation of NSPC with LY and PY was moderate positive. Among four trait indices I23: incorporating PY, AFC, SP and NSPC and among three trait indices I1: incorporating LY, AFC and SP were the best as these required least number of generations (4.87 and 1.35, respectively) to attain desired goals. Next in order of preference were PY or LY along with DP and SP as the best indices (I20 and I16) of which, index with PY may be preferred instead of LY as it produced considerably high correlated response in LY and reduction in NSPC as well.

  • The amount of safety stock is decided from various information such as the forecasted demand, the lead time, the size of the order quantity and the desired service level. There are two cases to consider the problem of setting safety stock when both the demand in a period and the lead time are characterized as random variables: the first case is the parameters of the demand and lead time distributions are known, the second case is they are unknown and must be estimated. The objective of this study is to present the procedure for setting safety stocks in the case the parameters of the demand and lead time distributions are unknown and must be estimated. In this study, a simple exponential smoothing model is used. to generate the estimates of demand in each period and a discrete distribution of the lead time is developed from historical data, and the optimal service level is used which determined to consider both of a backorder and lost sale.

노인장기요양보험 인정자의 미이용 관련요인 분석: 전남지역을 대상으로 (Factors Associated with the Non-Use of Beneficiaries of Long-Term Care Insurance Service: The Case of Jeollanam-do Province)

  • Background: This study aimed to explore factors associated with the non-use of beneficiaries of long-term care insurance services for the elderly in Jeollanam-do Province by analyzing a dataset obtained from National Health Insurance Service. Methods: The study sample consists of 1,663 individuals who were evaluated as eligible for long-term care insurance services in Jeollanam-do Province during the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. As a dependent variable, the non-use of the service was defined as one when a beneficiary had used it once or more times during one year after he or she was evaluated as eligible and as zero otherwise. A proportion analysis was conducted to describe characteristics of study sample. Chi-square tests were used to compare general characteristics between beneficiaries who had used the services and those who had not used them. Multiple logistic regressions were performed by three models including additional sets of explanatory variables such as socio-demographic characteristics, health conditions, and economic status. Results: Main results are summarized as follows. The proportion of beneficiaries who had not used the service was 14.5% of all beneficiaries. According to the results from the model using all explanatory variables, the factors associated with the non-use of the services were residence location, dwelling place, type of desired service, level of care needs, and instrumental activities of daily life limitations. Conclusion: In particular, regarding the type of desired service, the cash benefit showed a high likelihood of the non-use of the service; it had an odds ratio (OR) of 50.212 (95% confidence interval [CI], 24.00-105.04) compared with home service. In case of dwelling place, a hospital showed also a high likelihood of the non-use with an OR of 20.71 (95% CI, 10.12-42.44) compared with home.

  • 최근 건설시장의 선진화를 목적으로, 주어진 공기 내 완공 및 비용절감, 품질향상 등을 위하여 PMIS(사업관리정보시스템)의 활용이 심도 있게 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 각 프로젝트에서 개발된 PMIS는 개발기간의 한시성으로 대개 공사현황위주로 되어 있고, 프로젝트 수행자들의 PMIS사용 역시 형식적으로 운용됨으로써, 발주자, 사업관리자, 시공자간의 효율적인 의사소통에 한계가 있는 실정이다. 이에 현재까지 개발된 사업관리정보시스템을 검토하고, 그동안 현업에서 개발한 경험을 토대로 효율적 인 PMIS의 구축방향을 제시코자 한다.

응급구조과 학생의 임상실습 만족도 (Clinical Practice Satisfaction in the Department of Emergency Medical Service Students)

  • 이 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 응급구조과 학생들을 대상으로 임상실습 만족도를 조사하였다. 연구결과는 실습만족도 평균 3.61(${\pm}0.70$)이었으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 실습만족도에 유의한 항목은 희망취업분야(F=3.98, p=0.004)이었다. 실습실태에 따른 실습만족도에 유의한 항목은 실습시작학년(t=0.43, p=0.038), 실습기간(F=2.82, p=0.025), 담당부서(F=11.81, p=0.000)이었다. 임상실습 술기와 실습만족도와의 상관관계에서는 관찰횟수(r=0.221, p=0.000), 시행횟수(r=0.170, p=0.002)는 실습만족도와의 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 이상의 연구결과로 응급구조과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 확고한 직업관을 가져야 할 것이며, 임상실습 시작학년과 실습기간을 응급구조과 학생의 특성에 맞게 고려해야 할 것이다. 또한 실습기관에서 실습을 담당하는 부서 역시 응급구조과라는 특수성을 고려해야 할 것이며, 실습만족도를 높이기 위한 실습프로그램 개발 연구가 필요할 것이다.

외식전공 대학생의 외식산업분야 직업평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Occupation-appraisal of Students' Majorin in Culinary and Food Service)

  • 본 연구는 외식전공 대학생의 외식산업분야 직업에 대한 인식을 파악하고, 응답자 특성에 따라 외식산업분야의 직업평가에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2014년 5월 19일부터 5월 30일까지 설문조사를 진행하여 211부를 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, t-test, One way ANOVA를 시행하였다. 직업존중감에 대한 척도는 긍정적 가치, 사회적 평판, 부정적 대우, 상대적 효익으로 구성하였으며, 각 구성개념들은 통계적으로 유의한 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 인구통계적 특성에 따른 직업존중감의 요인 별 차이를 분석한 결과, 성별에 따라 사회적 평판을 다르게 지각하고 있는 것을 확인하였고, 학년의 차이에 따라 긍정적 가치를 다르게 인식하고 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 또 전공에 따라 긍정적 가치와 부정적 대우에 대해 인지하는 정도가 다르다고 분석되었으며, 미래 희망직업에 따라 상대적 효익과 부정적 대우를 다르게 지각하고 있다는 것을 파악하였다. 이는 직업존중감이 높아지면 전공만족도와 진로결정수준이 높아진다는 선행연구의 결과에 따라 외식전공 대학생의 직업존중감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 함을 시사하고 있다. 특히 외식산업분야 직업에 대해 가장 부정적으로 인식하고 있는 사회적 평판과 부정적 대우에 대한 보다 실질적인 개선책을 마련해야함을 강조하고자 한다.
