  • Today, wearable technology products are used in a wide range of consumer, healthcare, bio-medical, and industrial applications. The market for wearable technology products is expected to increase dramatically over the next several years. In addition, concerns for safety, performance and reliability of wearable products keep increasing and will be essential for widespread acceptance in the marketplace. Wearable smart devices, which are generally in contact with the human body and skin, are exposed to the risk of the electric shock, burn, and explosion. Therefore, the standardization of wearable devices in terms of human safety and reliability should be very important. Furthermore, the development of test method and test certification of the wearable products will be one of the key technology for mass production. Such standardization and certification will help consumers to choose the safest and best quality wearable devices and allow manufacturers to prove the safety and quality of their products, thereby helping them to gain a competitive technology. This paper discusses the current status of the wearable smart devices as well as the standardization and test certification applicable to wearable technology products.

  • ISO 10303-112 is an integrated application resource of ISO 10303, commonly known as STEP, and specifies the procedural_sketch schema. The ISO 10303-112 provides general resources for the representation of modeling commands for the exchange of procedurally represented 2D CAD models. Procedural models have the advantage of being easy to edit, simply by changing values of parameters of their constructional operations. Such models are said to embody design intent, in the sense that modifications to them conform to the method of creation used by their original creator, and they also comply with any constraints implied by the particular constructional operations used. This paper introduces the development and standardization process of the ISO 10303-112, and describes the concept of procedural 2D CAD modeling, the way to represent the procedural 2D CAD models in STEP and the harmonization with other STEP resources.

  • This study focus on the suggestion of application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code. We see it will function as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plan. For a estabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

  • We introduce the systematization design method using analogical analysis. The design method can make us predict the characteristic experiment for the magnitude we desire as the expression equation applied continuously. We can induce the design sample the users demand with the verification of the data on optimum design previously. Therefore in case of designing and developing the products systematization design method is very useful for the standardization of the developed goods compatability the reduction of construction time and price. In this paper we present the analogical algorithms of systematization design using similarity theory design factors and processing method of the restriction factors. Also we analyze the output voltage in terms of input voltage and displacement as choosing a differential transformer as the model.

  • Since late 20th century, modern society formed various thinkings. Therefore, moderns wished to exuviate law and standardization. Together, fast economic growth increased moderns' travel, These phenomenons became development opportunity of the hotel. Moderns want new culture and experience. Also, moderns preferred the special design hotels which can do different experience. I choose three typical designer of the design hotel and Wish to study about their design access method design hotel. Because their design's character have effect on other design hotel design.   • This paper presents a standardization method for designing wire harness systems, based on the control types and functional blocks, for use in commercial vehicles. With a rapid increase in the installation of systems with added new features, it is very important to develop a reliable wire harness design in a short time by standardizing wire harness designs and reusing the standard design. Because the function of a system, particularly, for commercial vehicles, varies significantly on the basis of the requirements, regulations, and options, it is not effective to establish one standard design for one system. In addition, a system with the same function may differ in terms of the input conditions and output loads on the basis of the installed vehicle types, and it is not practical to standardize a harness design targeting an entire system. In this study, the wire harness designs of a system were classified into six categories based on the control types of the system: switch driven, control of a switch, control of an electronic control unit, unit driven, control of a unit, and connector operation. Then, a wire harness design of each system was divided into three blocks according to their functions: the control, drive, and monitoring blocks. The standard wire harness designs were made for each functional block of each control type. The advantage of this proposed method is that an effective and practical design can be obtained, which covers the diversities in the same system for different grades of commercial vehicles with a reduction in the number of wire harness supplements.

  • This paper describes the design of EFbus(ETRI Fieldbus), EFbus was designed from the interim results of international Fieldbus standardization in IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and proposals of many companies. The design was performed and described on the basis of three layered architecture. Application layer S/W runs on IBM PC and provides services which is similar ED MMS in MAP to user application Data linklayer runs on Intel's iDCX96 real time executive and uses centralized media accesscontrol method. Physical layer uses Manchester encoding & decoding, twisted pair fines and RS485 electrical standard.

  • In this paper, we introduce the design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) which is profitable in the compatibility and standardization of the developed product, and the reduction of construction time and price to develop and design a machine equipment. Particularly, we select the standard model to design or develop from the large machinery to the super precision one, extract the peculiar characters of the model by the close analysis on the physical and technical part, the experiment for the characteristics of objective dimensions by analogical mathematical analysis for previous results, and can induce the design model demanded by user investigating optimal data in the design previous. We present the analogical algorithms and process method of design factors and restriction factors in the systematization design with computer. Then we analyze step functions for each systematization equipment and induce the process of technical data with actuator model.

  • 20세기부터 교통과 산업이 발달함에 따라 국제적인 교류가 더욱 활발해지면서 각국에서 사용하는 픽토그램의 국제표준에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 근원적으로 서로 다른 배경과 문화를 가진 국가간의 합의를 이루어낸다는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니기 때문에 국제표준화기구에서는 1947년 설립 이래 국제표준(ISO)을 제정하는 기준과 절차에 대한 논의가 끊임없이 되풀이되고 있는 실정이다. 현재 사용하고 있는 ISO 9186이라는 그래픽 심볼의 평가방법은 그 절차가 까다롭고 비용이 많이 드는데 비해 기호를 읽고 해석하는 경험세계의 본질적인 변수를 반영하고 있지 못하기 때문에 점점 회원국의 호응을 잃어가고 있다. 본 연구는 그래픽 기호와 지각메카니즘에 대하여 그 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 네트 문화의 시대를 살고 있는 우리에게 과연 문화적 차이는 존재하는지 디지털 미학의 관점에서 현실세계의 사물이 갖고 있는 리얼리티는 어떻게 해석되는지를 고찰한다. 3장에서는 국제표준화 절차와 기준의 문제점을 분석하고 지각메커니즘에 의한 그래픽기호의 전달과정이론에 바탕을 둔 픽토그램의 국제표준화는 어떻게 이루어져야하는지 또한 반드시 고려되어야할 사항은 무엇인지에 대해서 연구한다.
