PLS 회귀분석을 통한 서울디지털산업단지 이용자 만족도 영향요인 규명 (Presumed Influence Factors of User Satisfaction of Seoul Digital Industrial Complex using PLS-Regression Model)

  • 국내의 산업단지는 노후화와 환경문제 등으로 인하여 점점 더 경쟁력을 상실하고 있는 실정이다. 첨단산업단지로의 재편을 위해 공공 및 환경디자인의 질적 향상과 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방향성 정립이 시의적으로 필요하다. 본 연구는 서울디지털산업단지의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 계획요인을 PLS 회귀모형을 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 총 32개의 계획요인 중 중요도(VIP)값이 1.0 이상으로 매우 의미 있는 디자인 계획요인이 12개로 나타났으며, 0.9~1.0 사이의 비교적 중요한 계획요인이 8개로 도출되었다. 이들 계획요인은 디자인개선사업 시행 시 정량적 우선순위를 가늠할 수 있는 전략적 디자인 계획요인으로 판단할 수 있으며, 서울디지털산업단지의 경쟁력 강화에도 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this study treats 'Rural Village Development Project'. The ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Korea Agricultural & Rural Infrastructure Corporation are enforcing this from 2004. A purpose of 'Rural Village Development Project' is as follows. Repairs a function of production farms-residing rest tourism generally after connecting a neighborhood village having the same nature in a small scale unit. Too local human resources and material resources is utilized, and develops various types with specialization. As a result, it is to improve with the quality of life of a farmer. This study finds problems to have broken out in Rural Village Development Project. Therefore, recognize whether it is on to be devoted to rural village and rural community inhabitants to solve the problem how. And analyze a policy characteristic of Rural Village Development Project and basic course. Therefore, provide with materials when decides on plan course of Rural Village Development Project through this. As a result, it is a purpose to give help to Rural Village Development Project. The results of study are follows; First, A state inhabitants, professional group, administration understand an agricultural village, and to be able to learn must be prepared first. Second, the enough time that can carry out study is necessary. Third, must present the guidebook which expresses a local characteristic well. Fourth, it is specialist database construction and network formation.

혼합학습(Blended Learning)을 적용한 디자인 수업 실증사례 연구 -팀 프로젝트와 스마트디바이스 앱 기반 학습을 중심으로- (A Case Study on Design Classes using Blended Learning -Focused on Team Project and Smart Device App-based Learning-)

  • This study presents the educational utility of blended learning by analyzing the effectiveness of learning after class by blending team project learning and smart device app-based learning methods. Qualitative analysis and survey analysis were conducted and the results were as follows. First, team project activities based on task resolution were conducted freely through detailed activities such as sharing roles, planning meetings, and coordinating opinions. Team activities were carried out with respect and consideration, team member bonding, and a sense of responsibility. Second, the smart device app is recognized as a medium for work and communication, and fast feedback has been made, making it highly impactful on classroom activities. Third, in terms of learning satisfaction, most learners showed an interest in the course and were satisfied with the project results. The smart device app was used as a learning and communication medium for personal and team activities and was analyzed as a blended method applicable to classes that conduct practical activities as an efficient tool to further activate project activities.

미국 오대호 지역내 단독주택의 에너지 효율적인 재생 방안의 수립을 위한 건축적 유형 분석 (Housing Archetype Characterization for Developing the Energy-Efficient Retrofit Strategy in the Great Lakes Region)

  • This project was conducted as part of the Building America program that proposed the overall mission to achieve 30-50% reduction in existing building energy use. The purposes of this project were to analyze architectural styles and features named as archetypes of existing homes within the Great Lakes regions that include Michigan and identify the dominant type that would offer significant potential for energy-efficient retrofit. Housing archetypes were analyzed according to vintage, style, and construction characteristics in two target cities within the region. The findings from an intensive case study targeting the City of Ann Arbor established a fundamental framework for characterizing local housing archetypes and determined the dominant housing archetype that needed energy-efficient retrofit. An extended case study then conducted in Grand Rapids additionally refined this framework for the future application. This paper explained the process and data collection method to develop the framework that can be utilized by other researchers to determine the target housing types for energy-retrofit research.

BIM을 활용한 리모델링계획 사례연구 (A Case study on the Remodeling Design through BIM(Building Information Modeling))

  • In this study based on BIM(Building Information Modeling) apply for performing efficient remodeling project and utilized. And this study will examine a real project where a BIM based process was used in the remodeling of an single-family homes. In the remodeling design phase of the planning process was conducted for the BIM process modeling, BIM in the remodeling stage while performing the required range and level of the remodeling process were studied. Based on this, communication between client and remodeling designer, participants more expect that smooth and speeds up in remodeling. For client decision support, troubleshooting of remodeling of the design process to be effective in the BIM have been identified. The BIM model and deliverables data used for the remodeling design process of building remodeling is the most effective way, due to the increased efficiency gained in many areas.

  • Middle Route Project, the largest water conveyance system in China delivers the water of Changjiang River to North China. In order to create canal operation simulation system, mathematical models are established based on the analysis of hydraulics about steady flow, unsteady flow, and check gate. By simulating the canal operation behavior, we improved the check gate control algorithm and predicted the change process of water surface and flow profile which is very valuable to actual canal operation.

지식 기반 플랜트 건설 공정 계획 시스템의 개발 (A Knowledge-based Approach to Plant Construction Process Planning)

  • 플랜트 건설 프로젝트는 다른 분야의 프로젝트에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 불확실성과 위험을 수반하게 되며, 이는 정확한 플랜트 건설 프로젝트의 관리가 프로젝트의 성공에 있어 매우 중요해진다는 것을 의미한다. 특히 프로젝트 관련 초기 단계에서 이루어지는 공정 계획과 일정 계획 작업의 성패가 곧 전체 플랜트 건설 프로젝트 수행의 성패를 결정하는 주요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 플랜트 건설 사업은 그 특유의 비구조성과 환경의 역동성으로 인해 적시에 정확하고 체계적인 공정 및 일정 계획 수립을 수행하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 첫째, 플랜트 건설에 필요한 공정 지식을 모듈화하고, 둘째, 플랜트 건설 문제의 체계적 표현 방법을 마련하였으며, 셋째, 문제에 따라 필요한 공정들을 구성하고 계획을 수립하는 전문가의 지식에 대한 표현 기법과 이의 추론 방법론을 개발하였다. 또한 이렇게 수립된 공정 계획을 바탕으로 프로젝트 초기 단계에서의 일정 계획을 수립하는 휴리스틱 기반 일정 계획 방법론을 제안함으로써 보다 빠르게 공정 계획의 수행 가능성과 경제성을 여러 가지 측면에서 고려해 볼 수 있게 된다. 이와 같은 자동화된 프로젝트 초기 단계의 공정 계획 수립은 계획 수립 소요를 극적으로 단축시키며 따라서 불확실한 상황이나 여건에 대한 고려를 체계적으로 그리고 충분히 수행할 수 있게 함으로써 보다 수립된 공정 계획의 완전성과 정확성을 높이게 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 또한 이상의 접근 방법을 시스템으로 구현하였으며, 구현된 플랜트 건설 공정 계획과 일정 계획 수립 시스템은 국내 최대 건설회사의 열병합 발전소와 하수처리장 건설을 위한 실제 프로젝트 관리 업무에 적용하여 그 성과를 경험적으로 중명하였다. 특히 이와 같은 실제 적용 사례는 본 방법론이 다른 플랜트 건설 분야에서도 쉽게 적용되어 프로젝트 관리 업무의 질적 향상과 생산성의 제고에 기여할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

A Conceptual Framework of an Agent-Based Space-Use Prediction Simulation System

  • Size of building has a direct relationship with building cost, energy use and space maintenance cost. Therefore, minimizing building size during a project development is of paramount importance against such wastes. However, incautious reduction of building size may result in crowded space, and therefore harms the functionality despite the fact that building is supposed to satisfactorily support users' activity. A well-balanced design solution is, therefore, needed at an optimum level that minimizes building size in tandem with providing sufficient space to maintain functionality. For such design, architects and engineers need to be informed accurate and reliable space-use information. We present in this paper a conceptual framework of an agent-based space-use prediction simulation system that provides individual level space-use information over time in a building in consideration of project specific user information and activity schedules, space preference, ad beavioural rules. The information will accordingly assist architects and engineers to optimize space of the building as appropriate.

  • The water resources project of 320 Ha second stage reclamation, in which including an University City, out of 800 Ha Ndata Farm, Malawa, had been under studied in this research. The challenge of C value of runoff coefficient was obtained as 0.8, by introducing the attenuation factors method, proposed by second author, an IDF dimensionless method customary used in Taiwan, proposed by the third author, is translated further to solve the project design rainfall; Rational Method, thus, obtains 11.5 CMS as the 5 year recurrence storage. The final job, completed by the third author's on-site performance, includs field alignments and discussions with the trustee, Malawa President H. E. Dr. Bingu Wa Mutharika, when a special concern of anti-theft. In order to provide sufficient supply up to an amount of 44,000 M3 during April to November, the sketch package includes 6 measurements: one water barrage, one sluice gate, one intake, one sediment reservoir, one water reservoir, and 3199 Km long gravity-driving hydraulic pipe.
