The typws of service using location Information are being various and extending their domain as wireless internet tochnology is developing and its application par is widespread, so it is prospected that LBS(Location-Based Services) will be killer application in wireless internet services. This location information is basic and high value-added information, and this information services make prior GIS(Geographic Information System) to be useful to anybody. The acquisition of this location information from moving object is very important part in LBS. Also the interfacing of acquisition of moving object between MODB and telecommunication network is being very important function in LBS. After this, when LBS are familiar to everybody, we can predict that LBS system load is so heavy for the acquisition of so many subscribers and vehicles. That is to say, LBS platform performance is fallen off because of overhead increment of acquiring moving object between MODB and wireless telecommunication network. So, to make stable of LBS platform, in this MODB system, acquisition of moving object location par as reducing the number of acquisition of unneccessary moving object location. We study problems in acquiring a huge number of moving objects location and design some acquisition model using past moving patternof each object to reduce telecommunication overhead. And after implementation these models, we estimate performance of each model.
The purpose of this study was to develop a parenting intervention program and determine the efficacy of the program with low-birth weight infants and their mothers. Nine dyads for the experimental group and twelve dyads for the control group discharged from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a University Hospital in Seoul were recruited for the study. For the intervention group, programmed education and support which focused on the maternal sensitivity of the infant's behavior. rearing environment. motherinfant interaction and infant care were given to each subject. Individual counseling and home visits were provided at discharge, one week after discharge. and one and three months of corrected age in every infant. Structured questionaires were administered and feeding interactions were videotaped and coded by a blinded certified observer. A Quasi-experimental design was conducted for this study. Postpartum depression, maternal self esteem. infant care burden, HOME. mother-infant interaction, and infant development were measured. Results were in favor of the intervention versus the control group. On the Beck depression inventory, intervention mothers showed decreasing trends in depressive symptom vs control mothers although, there were statistically no significant differences between the two groups at each time. The mean score of experimental group was 11.55(mild depression state) at discharge and became 8,6(normal state) at 1 month of corrected age. On the other hand, the mean score of the control group was 13.92(mild depression state) at discharge and became 14.0. Maternal self esteem in both groups improved over time. Infant care burden in both groups was also shown to increase over time. There was a significant difference between the two groups in HOME(p=.0340) at 3 months of corrected age. HOME scores of the experimental group and the control's were 31.10 and 25.58, respectively. Mothers' emotional and language responses were significantly high in the intervention group compared with the control group(p=.0155). Intervention group (53.33) showed a significantly high quality of motherinfant interaction compared with the in control group (42.80)(p =.0340). Intervention group mothers appeared have a better quality of mother-infant interaction behaviors. On the other hand, there was no statistical difference in the infant part between groups. Intervention group infants had higher trends in a general developmental quotient: although, there was no statistical difference between groups. The general developmental quotient of intervention infants was 102.56 and control's was 91.28. However, the developmental quotient of the domain of 'individuality-sociality' was higher in the intervention group infants compared with the control's(p=.0155). The concerns identified by parents revealed two domains of an infants' health management -knowledge and skills in caregiving of lowbirthweight-infants, characteristics of lowbirthweight infants, identifying a developmental milestone, coping with emergency situations and relaxation strategies of mothers from the infant care burden. Interview data with the mothers of low-birth weight infants can be used to develop intervention program contents. Limited intervention time and frequency due to time and cost limitations of this study should be modified. The intervention should be continuously implemented when low-birth weight infants become three years old. An NNNS demonstration appeared to be a very effective intervention for the mothers to improve the quality of mother-infant interactions. Therefore intervening in the mothers of low-birth weight infants as early after delivery as possible is desirable. This study has shown that home visit interventions are worthwhile for mothers only beyond the approach as an essential factor in ability of facilitating a growth fostering environment. In conclusion. the intervention program of this study was very effective in enhancing the parenting for the mothers of low-birth weight infants, resulting in health promotion of low-birth weight infants. The home-visit outreach intervention program of this study will contribute to the health delivery system in this country where there is a lack of continuous follow-up programs for low-birth weight infants after discharge from NICU, if it is activated as part of the home visit programs in community health systems.
The revolution of smart media such as smart phone, smart TV and tablets has brought easiness for people to get contents and related information anywhere and anytime. The characteristics of the smart media have changed user behavior for watching the contents from passive attitude into active one. Video is a kind of multimedia resources and widely used to provide information effectively. People not only watch video contents, but also search for related information to specific objects appeared in the contents. However, people have to use extra views or devices to find the information because the existing video contents provide no information through the contents. Therefore, the interaction between user and media is becoming a major concern. The demand for direct interaction and instant information is much increasing. Digital media environment is no longer expected to serve as a one-way information service, which requires user to search manually on the internet finding information they need. To solve the current inconvenience, an interactive service is needed to provide the information exchange function between people and video contents, or between people themselves. Recently, many researchers have recognized the importance of the requirements for interactive services, but only few services provide interactive video within restricted functionality. Only cooking domain is chosen for an interactive cooking video query service in this research. Cooking is receiving lots of people attention continuously. By using smart media devices, user can easily watch a cooking video. One-way information nature of cooking video does not allow to interactively getting more information about the certain contents, although due to the characteristics of videos, cooking videos provide various information such as cooking scenes and explanation for each recipe step. Cooking video indeed attracts academic researches to study and solve several problems related to cooking. However, just few studies focused on interactive services in cooking video and they still not sufficient to provide the interaction with users. In this paper, an interactive cooking video query service system with linked data to provide the interaction functionalities to users. A linked recipe schema is used to handle the linked data. The linked data approach is applied to construct queries in systematic manner when user interacts with cooking videos. We add some classes, data properties, and relations to the linked recipe schema because the current version of the schema is not enough to serve user interaction. A web crawler extracts recipe information from allrecipes.com. All extracted recipe information is transformed into ontology instances by using developed instance generator. To provide a query function, hundreds of questions in cooking video web sites such as BBC food, Foodista, Fine cooking are investigated and analyzed. After the analysis of the investigated questions, we summary the questions into four categories by question generalization. For the question generalization, the questions are clustered in eleven questions. The proposed system provides an environment associating UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) that allow user to watch cooking videos while obtaining the necessary additional information using extra information layer. User can use the proposed interactive cooking video system at both PC and mobile environments because responsive web design is applied for the proposed system. In addition, the proposed system enables the interaction between user and video in various smart media devices by employing linked data to provide information matching with the current context. Two methods are used to evaluate the proposed system. First, through a questionnaire-based method, computer system usability is measured by comparing the proposed system with the existing web site. Second, the answer accuracy for user interaction is measured to inspect to-be-offered information. The experimental results show that the proposed system receives a favorable evaluation and provides accurate answers for user interaction.
비록 부정경쟁방지법의 제정 목적이 부정경쟁행위 등의 방지를 통하여 건전한 거래질서를 유지한다는 의미의 경쟁체제 확립에 있기는 하지만, 우리나라의 경우는 법 제정 당시와는 달리 사실상 산업스파이에 대한 영업비밀의 보호나 주지의 상표 영업표지의 보호와 같은 지적재산권의 보호 법률로서의 역할로 점차 변화하고 있고, 특히 부정경쟁방지법이 주지의 상표에 대한 출처의 혼동에 대한 규제뿐만이 아니라 별도로 저명상표의 희석화(稀釋化) 방지라는 법익, 이에 더 나아가 도메인 네임(Domain Name)의 선점과 원산지 및 품질의 오인(誤認) 야기행위, 주지 저명한 타인의 디자인(Design), 캐릭터(Character)와 같은 상품의 표지에 이르기까지 지적재산권과 관련된 보다 넓은 법익의 보호까지 수행하게 되면서 그 기능은 날로 강화되고 있는 상태이다. 이에 반하여 부정경쟁방지법상의 부정경쟁행위 자체에 대한 규제는 사실상 주지 저명한 타인의 상표나 상품표지의 식별력이나 출처표시기능 등의 보호라는 의미의 분쟁수준을 넘지 못하고 있어, '경쟁법'으로서의 역할은 상대적으로 미약해지고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 또한, 공정거래법 제23조 제1항 제8호를 비롯하여 현행 공정거래법상의 불공정거래행위에 대한 규정체제를 살펴보면, 해석 여하에 따라서는 부정경쟁방지법상의 부정경쟁행위가 대부분 공정거래법상의 불공정거래행위의 범위 내로 포섭될 수도 있는 상황이기도 하다. 이에 양 법률의 성격과 역할, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향을 고민하지 않을 수 없고, 이와 같은 논의는 발전적 입법론으로서의 가치를 갖는다. 물론 불공정거래행위(부정경쟁행위)에 대한 규제에 있어서 반드시 독일법체계에 따를 것인지 아니면 미국의 경우를 따를 것인지에 대한 선택 자체가 논리적으로 양립 불가능한 것은 아닐 것이지만 우리나라의 경우는 1980년 "독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률"이 제정되는 과정에서 당시 부정경쟁방지법에 담겨 있던 기존의 부정경쟁행위에 대한 규정과 공정거래법상의 불공정거래행위와의 경합이나 중복문제는 마땅히 검토되었어야 했음에도 불구하고 공정 거래법의 제정과정에서 사실상 부정경쟁방지법의 존재 자체가 간과되어 오늘에 이르고 있다. 그동안 양 법률상의 규정 중복이나 충돌을 정식으로 문제 삼았던 바는 없었지만 '발전적 입법론' 이라는 차원에서 살펴 보면 부정경쟁방지법상의 부정경쟁행위에 대한 규제는 앞으로 공정거래법체계 내의 불공정거래행위로 포섭할 필요가 있고 이를 통하여 경쟁정책의 전문 전담기구로서 불공정거래행위에 대한 규제의 중심에 서 있는 공정거래위원회를 중심으로 효율적이고 통일적인 경쟁정책을 확립을 기대하여 볼 수 있을 것이다. 이 과정에서 공정거래법의 변화 또한 뒤따라야 하는데, 부정경쟁방지법상의 부정경쟁행위의 편입에 따라 불공정거래행위에 대한 규정 일부를 알맞게 다시 수정하는 것에 그치지 않고, 기존 부정경쟁방지법이 인정하고 있었던 사인간(私人間) 금지 또는 예방청구권 또한 공정거래법으로 그대로 편입되는 방향으로의 입법 개선이 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 그동안 '부정경쟁방지법의 공정거래법으로의 편입문제'와는 전혀 무관하게 공정거래법의 사적 구제 및 사소(私訴)의 활성화 차원의 논의로서 공정거래법상 사인간 금지청구권의 도입 여부가 검토되어 왔지만, 앞으로 이 문제는 부정경쟁방지법상 부정경쟁행위의 공정거래법체계 내로의 편입문제와 함께 이를 포함한 더욱 큰 논의로서 다시 적극적으로 검토될 필요가 있다고 본다. 이를 통하여 앞으로 부정경쟁방지법은 특허청을 중심으로 산업스파이에 대한 규제나 영업비밀의 보호와 기타 지적재산권의 보호에 온 힘을 다하고, 공정거래법은 공정거래위원회를 중심으로 불공정거래행위 (부정경쟁행위에 대한 보다 포괄적이고 통일적인 규제를 담당하여 '선택과 집중' 이라는 차원의 각 법률체계의 한 차원 높은 발전 또한 기대해 볼 수 있을 것으로 확신한다. 이러한 합의점을 시작으로 미시적인 다음 단계의 논의에 해당하는 사인간 금지청구권의 허용범위나 허용요건, 남용을 방지하기 위한 제도적 장치, 단체소송 등의 허용 여부 등의 논의도 함께 하여야 할 것이고, 이 과정에서 미국의 클레이튼법(Clayton Act)이나 가까운 일본의 입법례를 참고하여 우리의 실정에 맞는 규제의 틀을 마련함이 타당할 것이고, 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 그동안 공정거래법의 사적 집행의 활성화를 통한 경쟁질서의 확립의 강화라는 이상에 더욱 가까워질 수 있는 좋은 입법적 변화의 모습을 볼 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

David Hume also emphasized the principle of empathy, asserting that morality can not be derived from reason, and Max Ferdinand Scheler, before grasping the visual characteristics of a person, has already captured the whole feeling of the person, And that the value given to this feeling is the value, and that the function of emotion that is elevated to the perceived object by grasping the value through this process and the value is always preceded by the reason. Emmanuel Levinas states that emotional emotions of love are ahead of reason and that emotions precede human reasoning and rationality is the inability of emotional control that we need rational thought and rational and wise action as reason of control and temperance. As part of human emotional education, in the 7th curriculum, Bloom's cognitive, perceptive, and behavioral domain, which is a person with integrated thinking, is trying to be a moral practitioner. It focuses on how to act according to the direction of emotions for virtuous acts and how to develop emotions for emotions on behalf of vicious acts. We can design the possibility and direction of cultivating human emotions and emotional happiness and happy sensitivities by the principle of strengthening virtue and the principle of elimination of ill feeling.
The export of domestic public services to overseas markets contains many potential obstacles, stemming from different export procedures, the target services, and socio-economic environments. In order to alleviate these problems, the business incubation platform as an open business ecosystem can be a powerful instrument to support the decisions taken by participants and stakeholders. In this paper, we propose an ontology model and its implementation processes for the business incubation platform with an open and pervasive architecture to support public service exports. For the conceptual model of platform ontology, export case studies are used for requirements analysis. The conceptual model shows the basic structure, with vocabulary and its meaning, the relationship between ontologies, and key attributes. The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The evolution of instant communication has mirrored the development of the Internet and messenger applications are among the most representative manifestations of instant communication technologies. In messenger applications, senders use emoticons to supplement the emotions conveyed in the text of their messages. The fact that communication via messenger applications is not face-to-face makes it difficult for senders to communicate their emotions to message recipients. Emoticons have long been used as symbols that indicate the moods of speakers. However, at present, emoticon-use is evolving into a means of conveying the psychological states of consumers who want to express individual characteristics and personality quirks while communicating their emotions to others. The fact that companies like KakaoTalk, Line, Apple, etc. have begun conducting emoticon business and sales of related content are expected to gradually increase testifies to the significance of this phenomenon. Nevertheless, despite the development of emoticons themselves and the growth of the emoticon market, no suitable emoticon recommendation system has yet been developed. Even KakaoTalk, a messenger application that commands more than 90% of domestic market share in South Korea, just grouped in to popularity, most recent, or brief category. This means consumers face the inconvenience of constantly scrolling around to locate the emoticons they want. The creation of an emoticon recommendation system would improve consumer convenience and satisfaction and increase the sales revenue of companies the sell emoticons. To recommend appropriate emoticons, it is necessary to quantify the emotions that the consumer sees and emotions. Such quantification will enable us to analyze the characteristics and emotions felt by consumers who used similar emoticons, which, in turn, will facilitate our emoticon recommendations for consumers. One way to quantify emoticons use is metadata-ization. Metadata-ization is a means of structuring or organizing unstructured and semi-structured data to extract meaning. By structuring unstructured emoticon data through metadata-ization, we can easily classify emoticons based on the emotions consumers want to express. To determine emoticons' precise emotions, we had to consider sub-detail expressions-not only the seven common emotional adjectives but also the metaphorical expressions that appear only in South Korean proved by previous studies related to emotion focusing on the emoticon's characteristics. We therefore collected the sub-detail expressions of emotion based on the "Shape", "Color" and "Adumbration". Moreover, to design a highly accurate recommendation system, we considered both emotion-technical indexes and emoticon-emotional indexes. We then identified 14 features of emoticon-technical indexes and selected 36 emotional adjectives. The 36 emotional adjectives consisted of contrasting adjectives, which we reduced to 18, and we measured the 18 emotional adjectives using 40 emoticon sets randomly selected from the top-ranked emoticons in the KakaoTalk shop. We surveyed 277 consumers in their mid-twenties who had experience purchasing emoticons; we recruited them online and asked them to evaluate five different emoticon sets. After data acquisition, we conducted a factor analysis of emoticon-emotional factors. We extracted four factors that we named "Comic", Softness", "Modernity" and "Transparency". We analyzed both the relationship between indexes and consumer attitude and the relationship between emoticon-technical indexes and emoticon-emotional factors. Through this process, we confirmed that the emoticon-technical indexes did not directly affect consumer attitudes but had a mediating effect on consumer attitudes through emoticon-emotional factors. The results of the analysis revealed the mechanism consumers use to evaluate emoticons; the results also showed that consumers' emoticon-technical indexes affected emoticon-emotional factors and that the emoticon-emotional factors affected consumer satisfaction. We therefore designed the emoticon recommendation system using only four emoticon-emotional factors; we created a recommendation method to calculate the Euclidean distance from each factors' emotion. In an attempt to increase the accuracy of the emoticon recommendation system, we compared the emotional patterns of selected emoticons with the recommended emoticons. The emotional patterns corresponded in principle. We verified the emoticon recommendation system by testing prediction accuracy; the predictions were 81.02% accurate in the first result, 76.64% accurate in the second, and 81.63% accurate in the third. This study developed a methodology that can be used in various fields academically and practically. We expect that the novel emoticon recommendation system we designed will increase emoticon sales for companies who conduct business in this domain and make consumer experiences more convenient. In addition, this study served as an important first step in the development of an intelligent emoticon recommendation system. The emotional factors proposed in this study could be collected in an emotional library that could serve as an emotion index for evaluation when new emoticons are released. Moreover, by combining the accumulated emotional library with company sales data, sales information, and consumer data, companies could develop hybrid recommendation systems that would bolster convenience for consumers and serve as intellectual assets that companies could strategically deploy.
