This research entailed the production of stereoscopic 3D (S3D) contents using 2D-to-S3D conversion for exhibition at a museum and subjective evaluation. Hybrid production combining S3D images of existing live-action videos using the 2D-to-S3D conversion technology and computer graphic ones created via stereo rendering was conducted. Design and control of the chronological analysis of the parallactic angle was conducted on the produced contents, using binocular information as well as subjective evaluations, with the intent of conducting an investigation on the characteristics of such contents from the perspectives of the producers and viewers. An investigation was also conducted on the effects of the viewing position on the impressions of the S3D images.

Recently 'Earthquake Resistance Design Regulations for Subway structures' has been established. It is the first time in our country. In this paper the regulations is reviewed and expalined briefly. Contents for the Performance Based Design Critetia and the estimation method for the design earthquake reponse spectrum in underground structures are reviewed. Earthquake resistance design for the evaluation of liquifaction, boundary spring coefficients for structural analysis modelling and soil response displacements are investigated and described also. Earthquake resitance design details shall be explained.

디자인은 이미 우리 삶속에 없어서는 안 될 요소로 많은 영역에 다양한 형태로 존재한다. 다양한 디자인이 생성되면서 디자인의 가치 정립(아이덴티티)의 더욱 중요해졌고, 개발된 디자인을 바르게 사용하고 배포 관리하여 일관성을 유지하는 것도 개발만큼 중요한 일이 되었다. 국가적 차원에서 유치하여 치러진 2018 평창 동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회는 다양한 콘텐츠를 생성하고 운영하여 전 세계에 대한민국을 알리는 중요한 역할을 하였다. 한국적 특성을 잘 반영 할 수 있는 '한글'을 모티브로 개발된 엠블럼과 대회 룩, 대회의 정체성을 잘 드러낸 마스코트 등을 만들었다. 생성된 콘텐츠들은 사용자(후원사, 언론, 유관기관 등)의 편의성을 고려하여 디자인 가이드로 만들어져 디자인 배포 시스템(DDS)을 통하여 관리되었다. 본 연구자는 POCOG의 DDS를 운영하여 얻어진 결과를 토대로 디자인 배포 및 관리 시스템의 효용성과 가치를 판단하고자 한다.
