The purpose of this study is to create design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. We studied preschool education professionals for perspective of design education in young child. So the study contents of our paper are design education for enlightenment of creativity in young child. Preschool education professionals recognized that design education work unsystematic manner in present education program. They recognized the important factor for enlightenment of creativity in young chid. They need a relevant and contents for design education issues. Our studies show that they realized an absence of the perception of design education and design education professionals for young child. They could not distinguish between the conventional art activities and design activities. So they required a design teaching aids. We realized that they are respond to the design education in young child positively. Our study states that preschool education professionals need a contents of design education and development of a relevant programs for young child.

Digital communities' spaces have been very popular through communication contents provide entertainment and usability. Emoticons provide simply emotional expressions and intension, so they weakly convey a realistic sense as they are designed by 2D graphics. However, 3D Avatars presented by 3D Computer Graphics make users interesting because of delivering senses of reality and three-dimension and amuse users because of representing their characters. It is the purpose of this study to analyze design examples of emoticons and avatars applying to personal messengers and propose the development of them. In addition, this paper researches various characteristics of emoticons and avatars for web and mobile phones, and suggests a strategy to usefully and properly apply emoticons and avatars to design.

As the competition of city design from various municipals recently, color guidelines are continuously established. But the contents of color guidelines are differing from one municipal to the other, It has doubts on its effectiveness. Thus, the objective of this researchis to investigate municipals' color guidelines in order to apprehend the characteristics and differences among each other. In order to do this, the research will collect color guidelines of 5 different cities and 2 different districts. Then, by organizing tables for different characteristics of contents, the research will attempt to identify the difference between municipals. The conclusion of such research is as follows. First, basic contents of color guidelines are composed with planning, proposing and managing stages. Furthermore its objective, target subject, detailed guidelines and exemplary cases were common. Second, the contents of color guidelines of municipals were vastly differing from each other in respect to the size of the cities or the objectives of its application. Third, color guideline contents of the city of Seoul, Sejong city, and Chung-ra district are composed rather reliably while that of the city of Inchun, and Sung-buk district were lacking considerably in terms of up-to-date survey of environment, color proposal, and managing policy in comparison to other municipals. In conclusion, there is a strong necessity for standardization of establishment or form of the color guidelines. Furthermore, measures for proper adjustment in respect to the size of a municipal or its purpose should be arranged adequately.
