소형 SUB 컨셉카 디자인 연구 (A Concept Design Study for Mini Sporty Utility Vehicle)

  • 역사적으로 볼 때, 지난 100여 년 간 자동차 개발의 경향은 기술적인 성능 위주로의 경쟁이 주도하여 왔다고 할 수 있다. 특히 첨단 전자 산업의 급속한 성장에 의한 자동차 기술력의 향상은 단기간에 걸쳐 괄목할만한 결과를 가져온 것이다. 초창기부터 고급차를 생산하는 일부 유명 제조 사에서 현재의 신흥 자동차 제조 사 까지 승용차를 위주로 한 개발기술 능력은 한계에 이를 만큼 매우 근소한 차이로 좁혀져 왔다. 따라서 이제는 자동차 선택의 기준에 디자인이 큰 몫을 하게되었다. 최근의 자동차 스타일의 경향은 보편적인 삶의 질의 향상에 따른 소비자의 다양한 욕구에 만족할 수 있는 개성 있는 디자인으로 변화되고 있다. 따라서, RV, SUV, MPV 등의 자동차가 등장하는가 하면, 각 차종별로 독특한 파생 모델이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 개념의 새로운 소형 SUV형 자동차 디자인에 대한 컨셉카 연구를 시도하였다. 리서치에서부터 최종 하드모델까지 자동차 디자인 프로세스에 의거 진행한 전과정은 대우자동차의 디자인 연구소에서 진행되었다. 특히 젊은 연령층이 쉽게 소유할 수 있도록 값싸고 개성 있는 새로운 카테고리의 자동차 개념을 스타일화 하였으며 고객의 반응도를 조사 분석하여 차후 경 SUV 자동차 개발에 참조될 수 있도록 하였다.

수학적 개념의 과학적 성격과 교육과정 구성과의 관련성 연구 (A Study of the Scientific Characteristic of Mathematical Concepts and Curriculum Design)

  • We know that curriculum is, first of all, related to teaching materials, namely, contents. Therefore, when we think of mathematics curriculum, we must take account of characteristic of mathematics. Vygotsky has studied the development of scientific concepts and everyday concepts. According to Vygotsky, scientific concepts grow down through spontaneous concepts; spontaneous concepts grow upward through scientific concepts. And mathematics is a representative of subjects dealing with scientific or theoretical concept. Therefore, his study provides scientific basis for mathematics curriculum design. In this context, Davydov notes that everyday concepts are developed through empirical abstraction, while scientific concepts require a theoretical abstraction. And Davydov constructed the curriculum materials for the teaching of number concept. Davydov's curriculum is an example of reflecting Vygotsky' theoretical view and his view about the types of abstraction. In particular, it represents mathematical characteristic of a 'science' by introducing number concept through quantitative relationship and use of signs. In conclusion, stance mathematical concepts have scientific characteristic, mathematics curriculum reflects this characteristic.

볼류트 단면적 변화가 원심펌프의 성능곡선에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Volute Area Distributions on the Performance Characteristic Curve of a Centrifugal Pump)

  • In this paper, the effect of volute area distribution on the performance characteristic curve of a centrifugal pump were numerically studied using a commercial CFD code. To reduce the shutoff head, maintaining head and efficiency at a design flow rate, the flat head-capacity characteristic curves in which the head varies only slightly with capacity from shutoff to design capacity are frequency required. In order to control the shutoff head of a pump, several volute area distributions were proposed as a main parameter with the same impeller geometry. The calculation results show that the characteristic curve of a centrifugal pump can be controlled by modifying the area distribution with the same volute outlet area.

  • In the present study, fuel system matching was analyzed, and a characteristic chart for common use for design-related parts is presented. Based on the characteristic chart thus presented, controlled fuel system matching was tested for a 35-liter fuel system, and actual mass product movement coils were applied to validate the test. The keynote of the present research is the use of the characteristic chart to devise a preferred fuel system matching method. Through the present study, it will be possible to design standard parts for efficient fuel system matching in the near future.

가시화를 위한 단면곡선, 반사성질선, 점근선 생성 기법 (Computation of Section Curves, Reflection Characteristic Lines, and Asymptotic Curves for Visualization)

  • An approach to compute characteristic curves such as section curves, reflection characteristic lines, and asymptotic curves on a surface is introduced. Each problem is formulated as a surface-plane inter-section problem. A single-valued function that represents the characteristics of a problem constructs a property surface on parametric space. Using a contouring algorithm, the property surface is intersected with a horizontal plane. The solution of the intersection yields a series of points which are mapped into object space to become characteristic curves. The approach proposed in this paper eliminates the use of traditional searching methods or non-linear differential equation solvers. Since the contouring algorithm has been known to be very robust and rapid, most of the problems are solved efficiently in realtime for the purpose of visualization. This approach can be extended to any geometric problem, if used with an appropriate formulation.

  • In the industrial field the necessity of the linear motion is increasing. We selected a moving magnet coreless type LDM, which have the advantages, such as long stoke, brushless, no cogging force. Actually, the design is accomplished using FEM analysis for the basic configuration of a magnetic circuit, and characteristic equations for coil design. In the course of design we have estimated airgap flux density and thrust.

  • This paper presents the design results and characteristic analysis of SRM. For vehicle power supply for adaptable design of the SRM, variable design parameters, such as stator and rotor laminations, winding details, pole numbers, and pole arcs, phases numbers are required. So, in this paper the SRM design results and the comparison of characteristics for vehicle power supply as phases changed are described.

  • 본 논문은, HVDC 시스템의 인버터 제어기 및 고조파 필터의 설계를 위하여 동특성 및 정상상태 특성을 해석하는 방법을 제시한다. EMTP 시뮬레이션을 이용하면, 동특성 분석이 가능하며, 정상상태 특성의 분석은필터와 부하를 고려한 조류해석을 수행함으로써 가능하다. 또한 본 논문은 HVOC 시스템의 정적 및 동적 특성 분석이 가능한 단상 등가회로를 제안한다. 이 단상 등가회로에서 인버터는 스위치의 소호에 따른 전류원으로 취급된다. 또한 필터설계에 사용되고 있는 각종 목적함수를 단상 등가회로룹 이용하여 구할 수 있다, 본 논문은 전압의 고조파 성분 및 필터의 전력손실을 고려한 목적함수를 이용하여 펄터를 최적화하는 과정이 제시되어 있다.

농촌지역 공간의 벽돌 담장 줄눈에 나타난 심리적 특성 분석 (Psychological Characteristic Analysis of Brick Wall Bonds in Rural Area)

  • Recently, brick walls are being widely introduced in rural areas. Walls are a very important design element of space. However, most brick wall works do not consider the human psychological characteristics. The purpose of this study was to investigate psychological characteristics on brick wall bonds such as the stack bond, running bond, english bond, flemish bond, america bond. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1)There is no statistical difference of psychological evaluation results among student groups using the semantic differential scale method using 10 adjectives. 2)Stack bonds have an uninspiring, artificial, simple, restful, boring and ordered psychological characteristic. Running bonds have an uninspiring, restful and ordered psychological characteristic. America bonds have a unique and modernistic psychological characteristic. English bonds have a unique, modernistic, complex and chaotic psychological characteristic. Flemish bonds have no critical psychological characteristics. 3)The running bond earned the highest score in preference, while the stack bond scored the lowest. Employment of brick wall bonds on this study was not highly preferred, hence it is necessary to develop a new brick wall bond design. 4)In conclusion, the proper selection of brick wall bonds is very important and we should consider human psychological characteristics in the design of rural areas.

  • Taguchi's robust design methodology has focused only on a single performance characteristic or response, but the quality of most products is seldom defined by a characteristic, and is rather the composite of a family of characteristics which are often interrelated and nearly always measured in a variety of units. The multiple performance characteristics problem is how to compromise the conflicts among the selected levels of the design parameters for each individual performance characteristic. In this paper, the modified desirability function using SN ratio which can be optimized by univariate technique is proposed and a parameter design procedure to achieve the best balance among several different response variables is developed We reanalyze two existing case studies by the proposed method and compare these results with ones by the sum of SN ratios and the expected weighted loss.
